while we now usually stay at the Four Seasons when coming into the city, I would strongly recommend this hotel. The dining experience, including room service is 5 stars.

Staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Location convenient to Union Square.

Located in the financial district. Rooms small and spartan, but serviceable. Dining options in the hotel OK, not great.

Always lovely to stay at this location, staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is also central enough to be able to get around town.

Room was good quality. Room staff efficient. Concierge, Bell, and Door staff all friendly and very efficient. Just what you expect from a well managed Hotel. Didn't use other facilities this visit.

Amazing customer service! They have doormen who do a great job. Room service is on point with a great menu selection. Cable car stops accross the street, Starbucks on the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel and my room was nice, however, the service at the front desk was a bit slow.

Used hotel for a work event. The dining areas, and rooms available we're well maintained, staff was courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. Would use them again in the future for more events.

If you are at the Omni, Bob's is the place to go for drinks and a great steak

Venue food andlocation was good. Meeting room was freezing and had no wi fi.

Tall ceilings, fantastic staff, awesome location. Most downtown hotels in San Francisco have cramped and claustrophobic rooms. The Omni bucks that trend with spacious and comfortable rooms.

It's a hotel with extremely friendly people. A wonderful treat is they bring you a coffee, a soda, or some other beverage at the morning at your door. For me, there's nothing like being greeted at my door with a Diet Coke in the morning.

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We were on the top floor and had a nice view in a quiet room. Would definitely stay here again.

One of my favorite hotels. Great location, great staff, comfortable, clean, plush...everything you can ask for in a hotel.

People were friendly and the hotel lobby was clean. I participated in a wedding fair there and everything was great. I have also photographed a wedding there and they really do a great job taking care of everyone

Do not recommend it. They sell bedrooms with one king size bed for three adults, and they still think that is normal. The managers doesnt help too much.
