Very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was great. Everyone was polite and well spoken. They remembered us from day to day.
Loved the room layout and design. Not super huge, but we are in the middle of a very big city. The bed was very, very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and very well lit. The shower was great and the shower head was high; specifically, high enough that someone over 6 feet tall could actually wash their hair without turning into a pretzel!
Coffee was a bit strong for me, but I like lighter coffee. Wish I'd had more time to explore the hotel and the area, but maybe on our next stay. The valet parking was super smooth; we really liked the call and retrieval notification process.
There were only two small issues: (1) the mini bar hostess knocked and entered almost simultaneously with her knock to check the refrigerator and snack stock after we arrived. Thank goodness I wasn't already changing for our evening event. (2) Our room was near the elevator and at 115 and 230 some really rude and very loud people came onto our floor. This is not the hotel's fault, but is something to be aware of when you book a room.
We will return here in the future.
