The experience to stay at a luxury hotel needs to be exceptional and that is what you will experience at the Omni San Francisco Hotel.

Great location. Center of city. Even on road of original and still in use cable cars. Staff incredibly friendly. Always there to hold the door open. However, room smelled like an old hotel. But that's my only complaint.

First stay at this Omni (3 nights) and it will be my go-to for every SF visit. The concierge is one of the best I've ever dealt with---completely planned my activities and dining reservations seamlessly, saving me money along the way via connections. Every single employee here goes beyond. Beautiful building and great location for all downtown activities. In terms of service, this is definitely a crown jewel of the Omni hotel chain.

The process for checking in was minimal and probably the least troublesome we have ever encountered. Exceptional service of the staff at all times during our stay. The cookies and milk in our room probably won our son over as much as anything. We shall have no hesitation in returning here on our next trip

We have not had better service during any hotel stay! All of the staff anticipated our needs every chance they could. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. The beds are very comfortable and our room was spacious and quiet. We decided we will be staying at this Omni every time we visit San Fran.

Very big and clean room in a luxury hotel. Price is expectedly a bit steep, but there are some good deals to be found. Heads up that some of the upper floors (I believe only the top floor?) have very small windows that don't give you much of a view. Location is very convenient.

Good location in the financial district and its fun hearing the cable cars from the Room. Rooms are nice and staff is highly competent. Bob s is a little boring but a good spot for an easy steak. The bar is lively and an easy meeting spot for post work

The room and building were lovely, and every single one of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be as helpful as possible! We would definitely come back here.

15 minute wait to check in and where to go at check in is a bit unclear but service was good. Waited several minutes for the elevator a number of times and the restaurant was not our favorite. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Being in the financial district a lot was closed over the weekend including dining options, stores and pharmacies.

Great location, great room. Service was excellent, even the elevators apologize if you have to wait too long. Food was delicious

I stayed for 3 days, the room was on the top floor and the windows were small, but it was very beautiful and the staff were very friendly and I was able to spend a pleasant time.
Please be careful as there are no Japanese staff.

Hands down the best service I've received. The maids had the same level of interaction and care as the front desk! I loved talking to all the employees. The food was awesome, the tv was great, the room was very nice. Loved it

Wonderfull hotel, elegant yet cozy. Very clean and all staff treats you with kindness. There was always a smile and a greeting even if you were just passing them by. Good location to the downtown area. Has a good bar and restaurant that meets all your needs. This will continue to be where I will stay whenever I am in the city. You should try it too, it is so much more intimate than the bigger hotels.

Classic hotel downtown SF. Bob's Restaurant is really nice and a good bar for meetings or hanging out.

The Omni in San Francisco is ideally located on California Street. Facilities are very nice with a somewhat classic, "old-style" feel. The greeting was amazingly friendly, and they already had me checked in before I walked up to the desk!

I very much enjoyed a great steak salad at the little bar and the yogurt parfait delivered to my door in the morning.

Will stay again.

Horrible customer service. Visited the Omni for a New Year's event. Paid and extra $100 for an open bar that had about 150 customers and 3 bartenders. The hotel is outdated. The workers have no respect for customer service. Waste of time and money.

The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The service was excellent. Every employee greeted me with a smile and was helpful whenever I needed it.

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly, efficient staff. It is also located in a nice area within walking distance of Chinatown, Fisherman s Wharf, The Ferry Building, and many other sites. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni. It is located in the financial district of San Francisco. We felt safe in the area and it was an easy walk to a lot of places that we visited. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We loved our shower. I know that sounds silly but it was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the cookies and milk and personal notes from our housekeeper. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Ate at Bob's Steakhouse which was fabulous. Great food, highly recommended.

What a welcoming, elegant and comfortable property. They pay attention to the details. Such as the gym had not only water but fruit and newspapers. Details make a difference

Room was nice, if a little antiquated. Service was also great. However, as a premium hotel in the tech capital of the world, it has some lessons to learn. We booked out 9 rooms for a team offsite in San Francisco this week, and found out on arrival that we woulds have to pay extra to receive any decent kind of internet connection.

There IS a free connection, but it's practically unusable; slow and intermittent. All guests experienced regular interruptions in service throughout our stay, making working from the hotel a very frustrating experience.

This feedback was given to the front desk by several of the team.

The Omni San Francisco is overall a very nice place to stay in San Francisco. The rooms are up to date and very clean/elegant. The location is in the financial district but is walkable to several other areas of interest. The one disappointing thing so far was the food quality from room service. It is over priced for what you get.

I dropped off a family member who was staying at the hotel. There was unloading space, and porters were there to assist with baggage. 10/10 would drop off again.

I like to spend $25.00 on a cheeseburger that is so-so. But the service is great at this restaurant and conference space.

This is a great hotel, located in the heart of the financial district. Service is second to none, rooms are big with great amenities and beautiful decor. Staff members are always around to assist you and are very proactive in making sure you have a great stay! The cable car is right outside the hotel, which can connect you to other parts of the city very easily. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel, if you don't mind being nickle- and-dimed for literally everything. We were quoted a rate of $179 per night, which we thought was quite good given the area. We were charged $237.55, after a destination fee they failed to mention on arrival or when quoted and various taxes were applied. Pretty terrible.

We loved it here and had the best time the rooms are so comfortable and clean we ordered room service pizzas to the room which were also delicious loved it!!!

Decor is dated and could use a refresh. Rooms are nice with a comfortable bed. Staff is helpful and common areas always have complimentary tea, coffee, and water with occasional snacks. Comfortable environment when traveling for work. More business crowd vs. family visitors.
