Staff was friendly and took great care of us! It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

Had a great stay here while traveling on business. Staff was friendly and the City View suites offer a nice private outdoor patio.

It's the good quiet place to drink at Gencon. Good Moscow Mule. Excellent service.

The team at this hotel are the exceptional differentiator. The hotel is nice, with three room showing is age.

Didn't stay over night but the staff and lobby were wonderful. Very clean, high class, and very professional. Convenient location to the mall and many restaurants.

Note: I only was in lobby. Did not stay overnight. Lobby was Very nice though! Excellent atmosphere for a warm, spice evening or social gathering either personal or business. Love the decor & the chairs. Bar was cozy too. If try staying here next time. Very convenient location as well!

Our room was beautiful, clean and we had a fantastic view of the city. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We live in the city but wanted to have a nice date night. We will definitely be back soon!

From the price of this place I was expecting a bit more. I will say the city view room balcony was amazing and my favourite part.

The city view was my favorite feature about this hotel.

I attended a very nice wedding at the Omni Severin. The layout was unique but did feel a little cramped at times. The number of guests obvious determines this feeling. The space seems designed specifically for weddings and was perfect for this one.

I really like the general feel of the hotel. The staff all took time to provide the greeting of the moment and occasionally stopped me for casual conversation. Made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Can't beat the location. Right next to great dining and within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium and other downtown locations.

Great people here! Went out of their way to help us with our accommodations and give us a safe place indoors to store our bike overnight. Unusual request with a slight bending of the rules makes your customers grateful and sure to come back...in fact I already have been back!

My wallet and some important documents was left behind at hotel room after checkout while headed to Traverse city yesterday morning - 1/12/19.

Mr Andres from Omni Lost n Found department provided the great support with an alternative solution within an hour to ease my worries with called from another city.

He did the wallet delivery service arrangement done within an hour showed excellent customer service on behalf of Omni hotels team. That was awesome!

Am looking forward to receive my lost item soon with great customer support from Omni hotel. It's going to be in my preference hotel list from now because of these beautiful guys.

This is a great hotel with a lot of potential. Rooms need a serious redo. Bathrooms and hallway need loving. But I do love the Omni!

I was volunteering at a conference. The staff was great and the facilities were nice.

Breakfast at the hotel is subpar for the price & quality service, but everything else about our stay was a 10. The man that bartends the lobby bar is a gem, the small plates are great, and the hotel bar is fun with good service.

Excellent stay and the location is top notch. Make sure that you budget for the valet parking, but there are many places that are within walking distance.

The hotel is nice but it's definitely not convenient unless you pay for valet parking. Also, they charge for everything. Even local calls. Aren't the rooms expensive enough? You can't eat at the hotel unless you want to pay $14 for an omelet. The prices go up from there. It's a nice place but if you're an average Joe such as myself you may want to consider staying someplace else.

My first room had a broken air conditioner. They were sold out and I had to attempt to sleep in the heat. They were sold out and couldn t move me until the morning. My second room had mold on the ceiling. The hotel is poorly maintained.

We stayed on the 9th floor and the room was very clean. We did the kid family pack that gave us tickets to the zoo and milk and cookies for my son at bedtime. The breakfast bar the next morning is the best breakfast bar I have ever had. I will be coming back.

Great location, good breakfast, and the staff were exceptional. Pat was especially helpful and went out of her way to ensure that I had everything I needed for my room. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms with attention to detail from the staff. A few good in-house dining options, but not a lot of variety. A lot of great options for food within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful with questions and requests related to my stay. The room was spacious, but didn't great views. Basic amenities included. Would stay again.

The Omni is a fantastic hotel with top notch staff an amazing location and the best brunch in town.

I have stayed numerous times at the Omni. I like the location because it is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars an also Lucas Oil Stadium if you're catching a Colts game.

My 2 daughters and I met in Indy to celebrate a birthday. We chose the Omni Severin for it's reputation and the location. It was the best decision and guaranteed us a successful trip. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and engaging. They truly seem to care about our stay being the best possible experience it could be!
Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows could not have been more comfortable. I highly recommend the Omni Severin!

Paid for room in advance but they still took a second payment from my credit card!!! Not easy to contact as could not find an email address!!! and I don't use social media.

Great service! This hotel is tops when it comes to service as the staff was very friendly and made me feel as if I was at home.

Decent hotel for the price. Television was completely locked down to only allow pay-per-view and a shallow selection of cable channels. Otherwise, decent experience.

Sam at the valet and Elaine at the front desk helped turn around a very rough start to our trip. Everyone was very kind and the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Only wish we had 2 queen beds instead of 2 doubles, but we were very happy to get a room when everyone in town was full.

Love the complimentary hot pot of coffee each morning!

Amazing Hotel! Amazing staff! Extra great service. The rooms are clean, spacious,and comfortable. The balcony with our room was perfect because the loctaion is overlooking downtown. With a fantastic view of the Lucas Oil Stadium, beautiful Union station, and the nightlife. The Valet service took extra special care of me and were super accommodating and kind with a smile. I Will be returning in the future and staying at this GREAT location.

Staff was very friendly, from valet, to check in & check out, to restaurant. Everything was clean and tidy. And the location is great, central to all the best places downtown.

Lovely place to say. We loved our suite. The service was spectacular. Our refrigerator was not working so they came to our room and replaced it in minutes. The location was good. Stay here, you will be pleased!

Over priced for the condition and $40/day valet parking only option. Rooms are very noisy can here the rooms next to you carry on complete conversations. Indoor pool was freezing. Was good location to mall and convention center.

I must admit, we picked this hotel through the DCI housing people...and the walkability to Lucas stadium. After our weekend stay, we will definitely be making a reservation for the 2020 championship! Why? FRIENDLIEST STAFF.....EVER!!! Oh, the rooms were very comfortable, lots of places to hang with friends late night after the show, awesome breakfast (especially chatting with the omelet man!), lots to do near the hotel. BUT...it was the staff who will influence our return! THANK YOU!

I have stayed at the OMNI Severin Hotel several times over the past 15 years and I have always been very pleased with this facility. Service is great. Food and drinks in the hotel are super and the location and connection to the City Center Mall make this a must stay in downtown Indianapolis. I highly recommend this hotel!
