Awesome place with super friendly staff who are also very helpful. The smiles they offered did not seem forced and they generally seemed like very nice people. My kind of people.

Our group pulled up at the entrance and the doorman was immediately helping us with small items and various things. We had various requests that were also met with smiles. Like borrowing their fridge to place a cake. Also throwing away a bag of trash that we had brought in. The staff even dug through it and found a reusable container that we didnt mean to toss and had asked us if we still wanted it! Just wow... super impressed. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at with their friendly staff, clean rooms and atmosphere.

Thanks Omni and staff for making the wedding weekend a better experience! Will visit again when we come back to the Bay!
