Great hotel in a good location ... everyone on staff was super friendly.

Other than the valet parking attendant questioning our free valet parking deal on arrival for about 5 mins, the stay was excellent and service otherwise exceptional. I would gladly stay here again.

Rooms are small, beds are small, restrooms are nice, room service food is good but ridiculously priced with a 22% service charge and a $5 service fee..

ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT! From the doormen, to the bell men, to the front desk staff, the OMNI experience cannot be matched. The staff makes the experience worth every visit.

Well appointed hotel very near Chinatown with a great steakhouse for all meals of the day. Service staff made the stay very nice. In line with the OMNI reputation for excellence.

Omni hotel in sf fidi is a great business environment for drinks with coworkers. Service has always been quick and pleasant. Having ushers open the doors for you as you enter or leave the hotel gives it a feeling of class.

Just amazing from start to finish. My daughter and I arrived late from the airport and we were greeted by the doorman by name immediately. This is not unusual but routine with Omni. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. I stay at Omni Hotels because of this service and they have never failed to live up to my expectations.

We were treated as special guests. Upon finding out it was my husbands birthday, they went ABOVE and BEYOND. This is a stay we will remember.

Very nice hotel in the financial district, good sized gym, complimentary breakfast beverage delivered to your room every morning, room size is better than most hotels I've seen in San Francisco. Bob's on the first floor is very nice and has good prices for a hotel restaurant. To get a car from the hotel to the airport was a flat $55 which isn't too bad on short notice.

This is a great hotel, Great location close to BART Station (about a 6 min walk), close to China town (just around the corner), short walk to Ferry Terminal (maybe 15 mins), about a 30 min walk to Pier 39 (a little over a mile). You have the cable car right out your front door ( we did not use it but it looked like fun). We are not night life people so I can't speak for that but if you want to relax and just enjoy a comfortable place in a great location, then you can't go wrong staying here.

Great rooms, friendly staff, and enjoyable atmosphere. Nice spot to be able to grab a drink,downstairs as well. Conveniently located to a lot of the spots that we wanted to go to, especially the ferry terminal for the Saturday farmers market.

The best hotel I ve stayed at in SF! Hospitality was unreal. Starbucks a block away. Note that this is the Chinatown/financial district district so if you re vegan like me, order Gracias Madre or stop by a local grocery store if you plan to eat a late dinner and can t eat at the steakhouse downstairs.

Had a breakfast meeting in here. A typical American breakfast with cozy interior. There is a protest in front of the hotel as of December 5th 2019.

Service was amazing as usual with very clean rooms.

Externally, the hotel is very nice. The staff is also kind and helpful. But the room itself is not top quality, I would have given 5 stars if it were not a few small issues. For instance, the room's heater seems old and makes lots of noise. Also the heater display was malfunctioning. In general it is a good hotel, but these small details are a little bit annoying.

Nice boutique hotel excellent service from the hotel staff and its well located in the financial and banking center of San Francisco.

We had a great stay at the Omni. The staff were always very cheerful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend the Omni andI would definitely stay there again.

Pro: The hotel and room was very nice and clean; you cannot beat the location. Close to Union Square and the Embarcadero!

Con: DO NOT EAT AT THE ATTACHED RESTAURANT/BAR. It is horribly overpriced. I paid $40 for two small Moscow Mules and the service was very subpar. With so many better places for food and drink do not waste your time and money here. I know the restaurant is independent of the hotel but my experience there left a bad taste in my mouth.

This is a great hotel. It is centrally located and they staff are very receptive of the client's needs. They think of everything! I am so impressed and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is gorgeous. I went to an event here in one of the conference rooms upstairs. I also sat in the bar for a bit downstairs. Everyone was incredibly friendly. A really nice location and great hotel.

We were in town for a few days and had an excellent stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we will definitely be coming back to stay again! The room was very comfortable and we slept great!

Place was clean, staff was friendly. Good amenities and location.

Great location, very clean rooms, and great customer service.

Customer service: Both check-in and check-out were seamless. Check-in gentleman was very kind to have upgraded me to the Premier Room after he learned about my cancelled flight.The staff had sent extra toiletries on two occasions minutes after I had called the front desk.

Rooms: As other Omni hotels, rooms have a classic interior. That being said, the rooms need a bit of refresh with modern amenities such as a newer phone (their phone looked like it was from the 90s), USB outlets, etc. I did appreciate the Keurig and bluetooth speakers that made up for the technology aspect. Lastly, the beds and pillows were an absolute cloud. I haven't had more restful sleep at a hotel in ages.

Nice rooms, pretty hotel... nothing over the top, great for work trip. No free WiFi is an annoyance though.

I highly recommend this Omni Hotel in San Francisco! It has exceptional service, great food and is an easy walk to China Town and a bit further to Fisherman's Wharf. The orange and mint infused water, cold as can be, is also a treat in the lobby!

We spent one unplanned night on July 3, 2016 at Omni Hotel. Got a Priceline Express deal for Le Meridien but front desk explained Le Meridien was overbooked and gave us option to get refund and free night at Omni. We opted for the free stay. Omni lobby very nice more old world charm. King size Room fairly sized but I think it's dated. My taste runs to modern boutique hotels. Staff was great and attentive.

Courteous staff and comfortable accommodations. The concierge was spot on with Thai food suggestion of tamarind hall!

Excellent Hotel experience. The facility is clean and well kept. The friendliness of the staff was welcoming. The location of the hotel to the Ferry Building and other sites is perfect if you don't mind walking. I will recommend the Omni to friends and plan to stay at other Omni properties.

We travel all around the world and stay in a lot of hotels and this one is a winner. Very well managed. The staff were ALL HAPPY. Like really happy...obviously like their jobs which means that the hotel is well managed top to bottom. Very impressed overall.

Maybe the best service-oriented hotel I have ever visited. When the staff is praising the owner, something special is happening here.

Love our overnight stay here. Checked in early enough for a swim before heading to the Sacramento music festival in the evening. Beautifully designed space. Yummy breakfast. Quite, relaxing and comfortable.

For the price, it didn't really seem to be a great value. Shower was overpowered. Also, not enough outlets in the wall for charging.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and staff. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we were so impressed with every aspect of this hotel. The doormen, the front desk, the housekeeping, everyone was so pleasant, friendly, smiling, and so accommodating. Our hotel room was so clean and comfortable. Kudos to Mark, our concierge guru, who gave us great ideas for dining and activities during our 2 night stay. He also gave us a really special surprise after finding out it was our anniversary. A bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries! Yum!! With so many hundreds of hotels to pick from, it can be a little overwhelming to decide where to stay. All I can say is that we made the right choice. The location is perfect, not far from union square, not far from the Ferry Building. We did a lot of walking, but also learned quickly how to use the transit system, which was a lot of fun! We will definitely be back! Thank you, Omni Hotel, for making our stay in San Francisco so memorable!

Wonderful stay. Great location (close to the wharf), friendly staff, great room, very clean, decent gym with plenty of machines and dumbbell set up to 50 lbs.

Great experience at the Omni! Wonderful staff, great location, clean rooms, and beautiful lobby. Would be an easy 5-star, except for the outrageous prices at the hotel bar - we went in late Friday night for a drink. Was told the bar was closing in 5 minutes. Quickly ordered two (very small) Moscow Mules and was handed the bill at the same time - $40! Couldn't believe it! So many better places in SF to grab a drink. Avoid the bar, but the hotel is lovely.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the City. Great location, very nice amenities, and fantastic staff.

Hands down this the Hotel is Classy Elegant & Has TOP notch Customer Service from the Bell Hop to The Clerks at registration desk all have the Greatest Smiles which is real Important to me even the Maids where Pleasant & Greeted us Love the Room big spacious clean Absolutely will be returning with my Husband Thank You Omni Hotel Personnel for all the Kindness..

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Not too busy on the weekends (like at the Pier or Union Square). Easy walk to pretty much everywhere. Staff were easy to ask questions and very helpful. We had a beautiful room that was clean. Check in and check out went quick as well.

We are repeat visitors and every time we stay here we are treated like family. We love the location since there is so much to do within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly - special shout outs to Sheila and Danny in the Bar and Franz our most remarkable breakfast waiter. Talk about meeting your every desire! We look forward to our stay at the Omni San Francisco every time we go and we haven't been disappointed yet.

Excellent hotel on California street. Nice sheets, large room. we didn't have a good view, but didn't matter.

First time staying in an Omni Hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean. They don't have parking and you will have to pay $68 a day for that service, very disappointed. It should be mentioned before booking. It has a good location you can actually walk to most places. Overall it was a good experience but not sure if I would book here again due to parking issues.
