Great hotel for families. Been coming for years and its always been great.
Great hotel for families. Been coming for years and its always been great.
Neat spot to see. Looking at the hotel it's hard to imagine the weather on My Washington.
I only visited for the sights, but I know that it is a 5 star hotel and a great place to stay if you can afford it.
Expansive porch for viewing the beauty of NH. Quality steeped in history.
Beautiful old historic hotel that needs lots of maintenance work and improvement in several areas & with staff choices overall for the price definitely..... not what it should be!!
This should be on everyone's bucket list. Beautiful, great food, comfortable rooms and breath taking views. I watched a few children's sliding on the side lawn as we had gotten snow. Also got to see them put on a wedding. If you are looking for a wedding venue, this was spectacular.
Amazing view right from the hotel. It is beautifully historic and the newer spa area is amazing. Rooms could use a little bit of modernization, but overall this hotel is great.
I was here this past weekend for a wedding and from beginning to end, my experience was top notch. The views and setting speak for themselves but what really blew me away was the amazing, attentive, and professional service of every staff member I encountered. For hosting a 200+ person wedding, the team never faltered. I want to give a special shout out to our server Donald who was incredibly personable and polite during the reception dinner and the next morning at the breakfast buffet. I cannot wait to come back!
Charming hotel with great history great location but with a negative environmental impact on the area though. This year the boiler room spilled 250 gallons of Bunker and it made its way inton a nearby River impacting wildlife. I thought it might have been an accident perhaps it was a maintenance issue. I've beenVacationing here for years and last year there was a huge puff of smoke billowing out into the atmosphere from The boiler room smoke stack. I thought it was a maintenance issue but the same thing is happening this year so perhaps the spill and the smoke is lack of maintenance.
I would highly recommend a stay at the Omni Mt Washington Hotel. We received top notch food and service for our son's wedding. The staff is always bending over backwards to make your stay the best experience ever. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
The food and it's presentation was beautiful. The staff was kind and helpful. Our event planner Kendra was a doll and an angel! Love her.
And, you can't beat the view!
Charming historic resort with all amenities you would ever need. Had a wonderful time. Not the best place for children but we are okay with that, would be a great adult getaway off season
It is a nice place for a peaceful vacation. Rooms are pretty old but food and everything else is good.
Regal hotel where you can spend the whole day just sitting in the balcony gazing at the mountains. Definitely do the hotel tour!
Went for a drink on the deck. 1 double gin and tonic and a glass of wine was $43! Self serve bartender. Trash all over the place. Beautiful view-but that was it.
Expensive but worth the experience of staying in a historic, stately hotel with fantastic views
Absolutely beautiful resort. My first time there this winter and I was totally blown away by the experience of the room, hotel and dining. The only letdown was the outdoor pool, which was so cold that guests openly joked about it. I was not expecting this from such a place. Understand I was here during winter, but one of my favorite things on a winter trip is to have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. There is no outdoor hot tub, and the pool is barely heated during winter. The indoor facility wasn't bad, but was crowded. If they were to fix the outdoor pool and add a hot tub, this resort would be spectacular.
Stopped in for cocktails in the veranda on a beautiful day. Fantastic views, friendly service - a nice civilized intermission on a drive through the White Mountains.
Amazingly beautiful. It is a definite experience starting at this hotel. It's like a elegant cruise ship, on land.
We always enjoy our stays at the Mt Washington. The room our dining and service all wonderful
I couldn't find an issue with this resort if I really tried. Beautiful grounds, building and rooms. Both restaurants were perfect and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere. Great service. Great food - dinner in the main restaurant was awesome. Buffet breakfast was great. Indoor pool is large. Amazing views of the mountains and sky.
The hotels sits amid gorgeous grounds with lush hills and meandering river. That s where it ends. Facilities need major upkeep/renovation. Room is tight and bed is quite uncomfortable. Heating system is outdated and noisy. We had dinner at the hotel and it falls substantially below expectations such that we decided not to have any other meals there. Staff was generally not that helpful with directions/General information. It s such a shame as the hotel could be so much more!
one of the most beautiful hotels i have ever stayed at! Service is amazing. Reminds me of the hotel from the Shining, in a good way!
Came here to see the hotel. Didn t stay, but will definitely next time I m in the area. Beautiful hills and tons of history behind the hotel.
Excellent hotel. Good food; breakfast, lunch and diner: all top! Nice environment.
The staff are friendly and professional. The grinds and amenities are impeccably kept. The food and bar offers a great Garry of tastes.
We were underwhelmed with the hotel. We came here for our honeymoon and to hike Mount Washington. For the price we paid, we were expecting a bit more. We wish the room was bigger, the pillows were comforter and the bathtub to be bigger.
This is a very nice and historic hotel. It has some great views of the white mountains. The service is very nice. Sitting outside on the patio is great. The only thing is that the rooms are quite expensive. I suggest if you plan to stay here try to go to the lodges right across the street. You still get the same amenities but for much cheaper.
Overpriced with poor service by hotel staff overall. Food and wait staff were good to very good though. Do NOT go during off season and try to avoid staying Monday-Tuesday. There is nothing open around the hotel.
Wonderful historic building with epic views. Plenty of on-site options for food and drink with a view- indoors and out. Room was a bit small and temperature hard to control.
Always our favorite hotel resort to visit. Our GO TO for our anniversary and fall golf getaway.
It was nice. Oil dripped on my head while waiting for a dinner table, so I have to detract for that.
If you're looking for a unique experience in the White Mountains of New Hampshire stay at the Mount Washington hotel it's a beautiful Grand Hotel beautiful property stunning views of the mountains.
One of our favorite places to stay, although during the fall a lot of tours come through the hotel which makes it a bit annoying for guests.
Truly a beautiful scenic vacation. Great for a getaway golf weekend.
This is my favorite hotel. There's so much to do that the hotel itself can be your vacation plans. There's always things to do for the kids as well as adults. This is simply a fantastic place.
We enjoyed our time at this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful, room with nice view and suttle service is convinent, the hotel itself also has many places and things to explore!
This place is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. I got to go snowshoeing. They have a great trail and the employees are wonderful! The mountain views are simply amazing!
Beautiful doesn't do this place justice. Incredible Resort. Views unlike most any other place. So worth the trip.
This used to be a magical place to stay but the quality of service and food has deteriorated alot in the past few years. Not greeted upon arrival at the hotel, food quality is poor and the cleanliness of the room was disappointing.
Oh and make sure you bring ear plugs if you wish to sleep as other guests think it is okay to run and shout through the corridors late into the night.
Magnificent architecture and beautiful interior. Had lunch there, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Scenery from the dining hall is unbelievably spectacular...Mt Washington. Breathtaking!!!
Great legacy hotel, great views and landscape . Our only issue is the rooms were slightly outdated which is to be expected in an old hotel but more importantly the hotel was definitely understaffed in many areas especially the front desk area. Most of the time when calling up front no one would answer so you had to walk over to speak with someone. I would rate the food overall 4 stars as well. The breakfast buffet was not good but in room dining was good. One of the main dining spots that allows you to sit on the back patio was excellent.
Best stay we've had in over 10 years coming there to celebrate our Anniversary and my Birthday!!! They really took great care of us with special details like; a bottle of Wine, Cup cakes and chocolates along with a great meal on our second night there. Overall best visit ever!!!!
This hotel was the perfect spot to soak up the mountains. With a 360 view and the most impressive service I have ever experienced. This place is worth a stay. Make sure you sit on the deck for evening cocktails and morning tea/coffee.
Beautiful views, friendly staff, luxurious rooms. There are lots of things to do and see. Food has been good so far. Not the usual stuff. Down comforters on beds, feather pillows, sheets feel like a high thread count. Remote control fireplace in our room because its on a corner. Also got couch and coffee table. 4 windows, two on each side.
Beauty combined with history. Immaculately clean and incredible service.
The hotel is beautiful and Stickney's restaurant was awesome.
For 30 years I have come to this classic and wonderful hotel. I have stayed here easily 20 times. Since Omni purchased it, it is clear they believe adding 105 more rooms is a good idea when in fact, the staff and facility are already maxed out to accommodate its current full house. 15 people in line to get a drink at the bar. 10 to 15 people in line to check out. 1 person making omelets for a full and large brunch crowd. I cannot recommend staying here for the prices they demand and the level of service they are capable of providing. Also, the hotel is now a construction site and have closed the heated outdoor pool and the spa hot tub. I would strongly suggest going for a beverage on the porch or even lunch but for the money, it is way over priced based upon the kind of service they are capable of providing. The staff tries VERY hard but the management systems don't support quality service. This is a beautiful gem of a piece of NH's history and totally worth a visit but not a stay over.
Beautiful location, historically regal building, gracious staff.
The accommodations are unique and historic, a pricey location to stay but something worth doing for special events. If you book a room during a conference, be sure to check in periodically to ensure your reservation stays with you.
Beautiful and historic. Wonderful views of the Presidential Range, most natably Mount Washington.
The hotel accounting manager reviewed the charges and credited my account. It took a couple of days, but they were very receptive, extremely helpful and corrected their error.
Golf course is like no other in the area. One of the few that have a great driving range.
Always a lovely motorcycle ride for us to enjoy the scenic views from the outdoor patio.
Beautiful historical hotel in the white mountains of new Hampshire with exceptional views of the presidential range
Service, views, seclusion, beauty, eat at Littleton at the Beal House, call for reservations.
Nice at the mount Washington hotel. Bit if you stay at the Brenton woods lodge it's not the lodge it claims to be. Find another place or don't spend too much there. No breakfast long cold walk for coffee dirty sheets. 1 star. I've seen better. Make a profit no care for the money spent. Find another place to stay
The place is beautiful. However, our beds were old, very uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep at all. We order pick-up dinner at Stickney's Steak and Chop Pub, little pricey but food was very good. Next morning we decided to have breakfast at the hotel Main Dining Room the service was very slow, pricey, the food quality wasn't good at all.
Spent a night at Mt Washington Resort to celebrate a big anniversary. This is our go to place every five years to celebrate our anniversary as they really treat you special and just have a lot of charm and character to offer. It's one of the classic old hotels from the bygone days, which also has all the latest amenities. We also love hiking the trails, especially along the Ammonoosic River. There just aren't many places like this around to really get away from it all and enjoy yourself.
This place is amazing. I can't wait to plan a trip to stay here for a few days. It looks like there is so much to do. Lunch was really good.
Great place for Anniversary , birthday, etc. And 14" snow this weekend so coming in March is ok.
Most beautiful resort in NH and so close to Bretton Woods. Always have to stop by Stickneys!
There is nothing I can say bad about the Omni!!! Been around the world and this is still one of my favorite resorts!!!!! Amazing staff, delicious breakfast buffet, breathtaking views of Mt. Washington WOW!!! This has been a 7 year tradition....love the history and the glam of it!!!!!! Now that they are expanding I cannot wait to see the finished product!!!!
Been here in the summer and winter and never ever disappointed xoxo
