I once needed to leave after only a couple holes and when I returned the cart they offered a full raincheck without me even asking. It's now my new 'home' course. Love it there.

I am supremely horrible at golf. I enjoy playing, but am truly terrible. I had a blast at eel river.

This is a very nice, well maintained "country" golf course/club. There are some challenging holes, but it is not the most difficult course around. The challenges of trees, slope, water, etc. are manageable with good course management skills, and, there are plenty of birdies available to reward better than average shots. I have played it many times - enjoyed the deer that cross the fairways - and the buds on the trees to the colorful falling leaves. Always a better day than in the office!

This was a fun golf course, friendly staff. Not too challenging, but some tricky shots. We had a lot of fun.

Called and asked if they were busy was told it was wide open got here and got put on in between 1 groups in fornt and 2 behide felt rushed right after the first shot not fun to play like that all they do is want your money here and have very little respect for the game will not be coming back

Friendly people, nice course and always reinvesting in improvements.

The course is in wonderful shape, the fairways are pristine and the greens were rolling true. Great value. Can be an ego builder!

Eel River Golf Course has never been in better shape. From fairways to greens, and new golf carts, it's a good place to enjoy a round of golf even if you don't play well.

Decent enough golf course, too bad the staff don't know how to treat customers. Took the boys out to play and the staff kept yelling at us to stay split in 3&2 groups.... never mind that the group ahead of us was dragging and as soon as we split we were waiting for them...or I guess we could have hit into them.... never mind the group behind us were never closer than a half a hole back. I get holiday weekends being busy and needing to keep course discipline..... but have some friggin common sense about it, especially if we're playing faster than the rest of the course. Learn how to treat your customers Eel River.

Very nicely groomed, tight but fair course! With owners of other courses in the area buying and bulldozoing competing courses local golfers should make sure to give their money to guys like Eel River.

Fairways are the best I have played on this year. New drainage system works wonders. Holes 6 and 7 are being upgraded. My favorite course.

Overall, nice little course...very clean and maintained...some may not like it, holes are close together and length of some holes not super long...green are nice but pose a challenge....would play again....

the course has really changed in the last few years they brought a new superintendent for the greens 3 years ago and the place is really turned around only thing I didn't see they didn't have a senior men's driving tee the green tees box other than that place was very challenging and a lot of fun and clean

Great challenging course at a very comfortable price. Grounds are well kept and designed. Smooth play with some nice elevated tee boxes and a good balance of open holes and ones with tight windows that keep it exciting. Definitely a good time.

The course was in excellent shape used to play here years ago. Still a great track with tough small greens.

Eel River was a lot of fun learned a lot super nice people their great facility strongly recommend and very reasonable

Great staff, Thomas and Jeff are very helpful with newcomers in assisting directions around the course and aspiring members. Food and drink selection is great as well as attire and equipment. The simulators are a blast as well as the course, well maintained greens and fairways and roughs. The bunkers are well groomed and you can tell the greens keeping staff take pride in their job. 11/10 would recommend.

Fairways are terrible. I will never go back again. Place has gone down hill!

Nice staff! Nice course. Some customers need to learn some etiquitte, respect of others and manners. Other than that, it was a great place to spend the day.

Love playing golf at Eel River. However this time we had to deal with a lot of standing water on several holes from recent rains. Need to improve drainage.

The course is always in great shape. The pro shop always has a great selection of things and the simulators are a great way to keep swinging through the winter.

Enjoyed my time on this course. It was well maintained (compared to others in the area) and me and my buddies had a relaxing time out on the course.
