Great hotel!!! Great Location!!! Great staff!!! Allowed early check-in & late check out.
I wanted to write this letter to let people known how much we appreciated how we were treated. People like Nataisha and Demarco make this world a better place.
We left Florida as well as many many others because of Irma. I know the hotel is very busy because the hotel is full since we have been trying to book more nights and it's impossible.
So I would completely understand if things are slower because of the hotel is at its capacity but that was the complete opposite of what we experienced.
I called to order breakfast and ordered chicken noodle soup because my husband was sick with flu. I didn't realize that soup was not available until 11:30 am and I called in much earlier.
Nataisha not only said let me see what I can do. She was kind in her manner. Like a family Member worried that we are sick.
Very Shortly after Demarco arrived with soup and ginger ale with crackers beautifully presented. Demarco not only apologized he also was so Kind like a brother. He said "I'm sorry your food is still being cooked and I will bring it as soon as it is done but I wanted to bring up the soup now because it's done."
Their action made us feel like we are home.
Thank you to OMNI Hotel. Our experience here is above and beyond I have ever felt in a hotel and we stay in many hotels. We even have Hilton grand vacation points and my husband is also developing a hotel (he was choosing only Hilton or Marriott).
We now are members of OMNI.
This hotel must take care of their staff for so many are kind and good.
The cleaners are also AMAZING!!!

I had a corner room that was awkwardly laid out, especially the bathroom, which had no light in the shower area.
TV didn't work when I got the, but they died the problem promptly and professionally, and followed up to make sure every thing was fine.

Nice fitness center, but difficult to get to if you're staying in the North tower.

The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean. Bed was a bit hard for my tastes, and the pillows were heavy and dense and uncomfortable. I finally understand why some people like to travel with their own pillows.

So, mixed feelings about it, but the convenience to the convention center was the big selling point. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, and a nearby park, Ferris wheel and house and carriage rides.

This hotel have a great view of the park and SkyView. But unfortunately the service is not a good as expected. For example, I did not hang Do Not Disturb sign outside of the door and they didn t give my room a service the whole day, and then I called the front desk ask for extra towels then they hang up the phone on me.

Real convenient to several of Atlanta's great attractions. They can't conveniently accommodate those who don't ride elevators. The vending machine on pur floor didn't work. No rooms available with 2 queens so sleeping was tight. Other than those minuses, we enjoyed our stay. Great staff from the motor lobby to the front desk.

The location is good. I think they are remodeling some rooms. The room I stayed in wasn't great as the carpet needed replacement because it was stained and loose. Staff is very friendly. Great food court which is convenient.

I was extremely disappointed in both the quality of my room and the attitudes of the staff. The entire floor I stayed on smelled musty and old the moment I stepped off the elevator. The room was dirty, one of the lights didn't work, wallpaper was peeling, and the towels were threadbare. This is not the level I would expect from a hotel that looks so nice in the lobby, and advertises itself as such. The part that tipped the scales for me was that there was a spot in the bathroom above the toilet where water had clearly been leaking for some time. It was poorly patched and eventually started to leak onto the toilet every time the person upstairs flushed. I reported this to the front desk and was told there would be an engineer up to my room within the hour and that if it couldn't be fixed I would be moved. I waited two hours and then had to attend my conference in the hotel. I asked the front desk what to do and was told to check back with them. When I did so several hours later no one could tell me if anyone had been to the room and that I should just call the front desk if it was still leaking. There was no evidence anyone had done anything. It still leaked. At this point I gave up on the front desk and changed my flight so I wouldn't have to stay one more night (even though I had already paid for that night). I informed the person at the front desk that it was still leaking and he just said "okay." At the end of it all they tried to charge me for a movie I didn't watch. Not once did anyone so much as apologize for the inconvenience. I was not the only one of my colleges to have issues with the cleanliness of their rooms. Also, I believe that any responsible hotel should have mattress covers to protect against bed bugs. I will not be staying at an Omni again.

The Omni is not prepared for large scale events even though it is the closest hotel to the Mercedes Benz Stadium. We specifically stayed there for the Taylor Swift concert. When we arrived, the valet took 30 minutes to assist, and our room wasn't ready until after 9 pm. Our friends didn't even get a room with the 2 beds they requested (a family of 4). They got a king bed and a BLOWUP bed. This issue was never resolved during the 2-night stay. Both times we tried to get our car out of valet (self-park wasn't even an option as it was full), it took 20-30 minutes. The bathroom light over the shower was out, and when I told the staff about it, they said, "Oh, you're the last guests to stay in that room. It's gonna be closed for renovations." The check -in employee was incredibly rude and seemed to enjoy telling us she had no idea when our room would be ready (we checked in at 7:30 pm).

North tower is awesome....and their customer service was dynamic....nothing like some bad reviews I heard. My block of rooms were together vs how atl marwuiss did with some folk at a convention

I like it because I walk near the concerts but it is not worth paying so much for a very bad room the bed is terrible I had a strong backache and I walked x the bathrooms in the lobby and I slipped the floor was wet and I had an elbow pain

Website claims they will match any price online if you book directly. That is false advertising as they did not. Also, I never hit "confirm" and it booked me anyway. I called to ask for help and they lady was rude and said too bad. Spend your money at a better place DO NOT STAY HERE.

This was my first time staying at the Omni and the experience was absolutely beautiful! I booked a room for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. The staff greeted us with warm welcome at check in. The receptionist that helped us also signed me up to be a select member so I could take advantage of the complimentary Wi-Fi! The room was super clean an cozy and our view was excellent! I'll definitely be staying there a again in the future!

My stay at this hotel was a 2-3 star experience for $300+ a night. My girlfriend and I expected all the conveniences of a luxury resort and instead were greeted with chaos every step of the way.

Issues we had during our TWO night stay: Booked a king - placed in a double, broken toilet, hair in shower, half of the power outlets didn t work, 15 minute check out, 45 minute valet wait, overwhelmed baggage storage, the list goes on.

Never again.

You have to pay for internet?! Do you have to pay for electricity and water too?

The rooms are fine, the pool is not nice, the service was intermittently good (picture of our bathroom AFTER cleaning came through). . The only highlight was the gym was nicer than i had expected.

The OMNI Atlanta Hotel is a lovely property for in-town dining, short or long-term stays in Atlanta. I have been a guest at this property twice and the service has been impeccable both times. I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

It is a very well organized hotel with plenty if amenities and also access to CNN tower and Georgia convention center. It is in prime location with access to multiple attractions. Great view, food is awesome and service is great.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I ve had. Stayed in the south tower on the 11th floor for 3 nights (tues- fri) and consistently was disrupted with noise and could not sleep. I literally paid for a hotel room just to sleep and I could not even do that. The stay was mid week as well which you d think would result in a quieter stay as well. In the lobby they are renovating, jack hammering was ongoing until 2:30am and the response when calling down to complain was we don t know who gave the authority for them to continue . I know for a fact all 11 floors in the south tower were complaining and no one had the authority to stop. Even though the noise bylaw is 11pm. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I m glad the hotel is completing their work on time but it shouldn t be at the expense of the their customers who are the reason they can open and operator a hotel. Meanwhile the paying customers are short a nights sleep and potentially are losing money themselves considering majority of people here are here on business. Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours phone alarm clocks and basically everything else in the hotel. I am not very sensitive with noise but this was unbearable. This experience has confirmed I will never book at an OMNI hotel again for personal stays or for any employees at my company. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.

The stationed employees were very helpful, security was quick and attentive, and the bar staff were quick! Getting in and out of the center was an unexpected breeze. We were home 45 minutes before we anticipated!

This was better than the Omni in First Worth. I had to call the front desk 5 times to get room service up here. I really liked the view I had, which was into the CNN center and food court.

A little disappointed with the overall appearance of the hotel this year. No adequate bar area which was disappointing during a busy IPPE show.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially during the time my wife got stuck in the elevator.

Improvements needed for next year.
