We just stayed at this hotel this past weekend. It was a perfect location for our visit, the room was very nice, price for the room was fine. The parking fee of $38 was outrageous and smacks of price gouging. We expected to pay for parking and admittedly did not check the website to see the rate but there was no self park: all valet, so a tip for the valet on top of the $38 made the parking in the neighborhood of 15% of the price of the room. Again...price gouging. The 4 star rating was for the room and the location. If possible I would have given a 1 star rating for the parking fee but that would not represent the full value of the room. Just very unhappy with this hotel for this kind of parking fee.

Hotel was gorgeous! The staff were amazing, the rooms were large, great amenities, and perfect location. While it's a little pricey you definitely get your money's worth. Only downside was the tight parking. If I find myself in Atlanta, I'll be staying here

Great location, nice room, but watch out for the added costs. Basic internet is not free, and is a daily fee assessed per device, which will need to be paid again if you want to connect in the business center too. Plus, you pay per page for printing. Online, it appeared we were booking a special deal that included discounted tickets to the aquarium - no such luck.

I had attended a dinner date at the Meridian restaurant within the hotel. The staff was awesome. Food was what I was hoping for from an establishment of this caliber. I would definitely go there again.

I visited the Omni for my birthday weekend and the experience was down right terrifying! Besides the fact that I asked for a view of the Ferris Wheel and was given the view of a brick wall, the hotel was flooded with teenagers running wild, the wait for the north tower elevators were over 20 minutes, and A MAN ENTERED MY ROOM AFTER I CAME IN FROM A NIGHT OF DRINKING. If it weren t for my friend waking up and scaring him away who knows what could have happened. He came halfway in the room when she woke up and ran out once he seen her awake. Not only am I disgusted, I am appalled and disgusted. What would have happened if she didn t wake up? The what if, is what bothers me the most. I made a complaint with the manager on duty at checkout and I was assured that I would be called the same day and would be updated about the situation as soon as they investigated the lock. Well, I never received that call after 2 business days passed by and I had to call the hotel back myself to follow up smh. I then learned this was actually a staff member who entered my room without permission due to lack of communication within the hotel at 5:00 In the morning which is completely unacceptable . This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, I just don t understand why this happened to me!

Awesome view in the north tower. Friendly staff. Valet had a long line during checkout but the guys acted like our time was valuable and didnt stand around wasting time to get the vehicles.

Nice hotel staff was really friendly and attentive. The bar in the lobby was pretty cool. Lots of people in the evenings. Rooms were really clean and some have nice views. CNN center is attached.

When Sister and I go on a roadtrip to Atlanta we Always stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. On our last trip to Atlanta we went on a tour of the city with a company that does private tours, which translates to you get into a car with a stranger and zipping around the city. Sister was a little nervous and mentioned it to bell services. When we returned from our tour, which was amazing, by the way, the bell man was keeping an eye out for us. He even said something about being glad we got back safely. This was such a comfort, to know that the hotel staff was keeping an eye out.
This hotel is also right in the middle of the action in downtown Atlanta. When you stay here, do yourself a favor and go to the bridge that connects the two wings of the hotel. After dark all the city lights are on and this walkway gives you a perfect view. It is beautiful!

Parking was horrible. The hotel amenities are severely lacking. It was my first time and I am extremely disappointed. I will never patronize this establishment again and will discourage anyone who attempts to stay at this hotel

Not a bad hotel, and sadly it is the only convenient hotel to most of the Atlanta venues. But for the price and headache of getting in and out is not worth it. Sat for 40 minutes waiting for valet because that is the only option. So while the location is nice, it is still not that convenient.

The hotel is pretty nice. Parking really sucks. Valet is mandatory and you need to plan at least an hour for you car if you need it. You will be charged $35/day for this "convenience".

HORRIBLE. Always have an excuse for why they don t have something. Ice on two floors of the hotel. Can t get ahold of an employee on the phone for your life. For as much as you pay to stay, the customer service is awful. Will not be back.

Attended recent Momocon Event, 2nd Year Going

The hotel wasn't my main stay but experienced the events held there on M4, and the rooms were giant and fresh, very clean with so many people coming and going for such a large venue, i hope the Larps they hold continue.

Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy as much of the hotel as I would have liked but the service was friendly, the room was nice, and the location was great. I'll definitely consider it for future visits to Atlanta.

I don't feel like this hotel should be called an Omni. The rooms are outdated and the service is subpar at best. I got into my room for the evening and turned on the bathroom light only to have one of the lightbulbs explode and trip the breaker. I had to switch rooms and I hadn't even been there for 5 minutes. I will say the desk staff is nice, but you'll get a lot more for your money is you pay a little extra and stay at the Ritz-Carlton down the road. This place is an Omni price tag dressed like a Holiday Inn Express..
