Do not stay here. The worst hotel experience. The hotel was dirty. Our bathroom had mold and had hair all over the floor from a previous guest. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel is undergoing construction and has fallen behind on regular maintenance, causing basic features to be unavailable or unusable; you should not stay here. Our problems started with the wifi -- it didn't work when we checked in. The hotel redirected me to the Internet provider, and after 45 minutes on the phone I was promised it would be fixed that evening. When it didn't work again the next day, I was told the hotel was under construction and the wifi likely wouldn't work for our whole trip. As a result, I had to cancel work meetings that I really needed to attend. The second day, our keys stopped working and somehow our room got coded as us having checked out, so the maids came into our room unannounced three times that evening, which was awkward. Also on the second day, 2 of 4 of the hotel elevators were out of service, causing huge lines every time we went up and down. Eventually, we started using the stairs, even though we were staying on the 8th floor. The only way up from the street to the start of the stairs was an escalator, and that broke halfway through the trip, and they wouldn't let us use it when it was off, meaning that then the only way to get to the stairs to climb up to our 8th floor room was via a circuitous path involving another building. Someone got hurt doing this, and I got to see a whole crowd yelling for help via one of the many police officers patrolling the place. Then they locked the stairs for some reason. The water in the shower would not get hot. I sent a package to the hotel. When I called the hotel said I could pick it up at the front desk, but it got redirected to the FedEx store which then tried to extort $10 out of me to release my package. Upon check-in they gave us drink coupons for having status with the hotel, but there is not actually a hotel bar so we left with six of those not redeemed. Eventually, after I wasted another 20 minutes complaining, the hotel comp d one of my three nights.

If you look at the other reviews for this hotel, my experience seems like it is common for this Omni. Broken elevators, poor service, long waits for basic service, broken internet. Yet, we are warned about none of it, they just take our money. The hotel needs to shut down during renovations if it can t maintain a base level of service.

Very comfortable beds and nicely designed rooms and lobby. The staff were excellent as well. No issues with them. Only downside that I saw in my 1 night stay was the WiFi was paid only. A bit annoying when paying the price you do for the room.

My stay at the Omni Hotel Atlanta has been great! The staff are friendly and the room was very clean. The view from the north tower overlooking the Olympic park is quite impressive and its convenient location is just a short walk away from various Atlanta attractions including the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Civil Rights Museum. Overall my stay has been great and I look forward to coming back!

Wonderful property with outstanding service. The Omni staff always go out of their way to help and make you feel welcome the Atlanta Omni is no different. The rooms are nice and the overall decor of the hotel is very well maintained. This Omni is in the heart of downtown and very centrally located.

Stayed here for the weekend and it was horrible. First of all, we booked our weekend far ahead of time last year and they cancelled on us with zero warning or reason. So, we had to stay somewhere else for day one (spoiler alert that hotel was much better than the Omni was).
We get in the room and instantly the toilet is broken. A man comes out quickly to fix but he left very quickly and the toilet was still broken after. The walls are PAPER thin, I can hear the neighbors using the restroom and casually talking in their rooms.
The elevators are horrible. I waited upwards of 30 minutes to use one at the beginning of our stay, for the most of our weekend we had to use the stairs over ten flights with all our baggage.
All of the staff aside from the bellhops were incredibly rude and at some points hostile towards us. I did not pay luxury comfort hotel money to be uncomfortable. Completely disappointed, never want to come back.

This place was trash! For a four star hotel! It is over price! Everything is old and smell old. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. They changed my room and things wasn t any better. I wouldn t recommend anyone to stay here. Only good thing was the location.

I got here today at 9:30 on the dot. It is currently 2:09 and i am still waiting for a room. I asked what was the hold up and was just told they forgot to clean our rooms and are getting to it now . If you are an impatient person do yourself a favor and find a different hotel to stay at!

Stayed for two nights, and it was nice. Room service is 24 hours so that helped because we arrived around 1am. Last call at bar is around 1230AM. Bar was okay. Lacked a lot of personality. The hotel itself is central to a lot of attractions. Getting our car back from the valet took around 1.5 hours. Wasn't too happy about that, but it was memorial day weekend so I can't be too mad. I'd come back.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Atlanta. We were able to walk indoors to the connected State Farm Arena for a concert, which was super convenient. The next day, we enjoyed Centennial Park and the World of Coke, just minutes outside the door. The staff is phenomenal and gave great restaurant (Ted's Montana Grill, Goodfella's Pizza) recommendations. Again - super awesome staff from the bell service to front desk and everyone we encountered during our 3 day stay. Highly recommend!

Reserved deluxe king room. Was asked at check-in if I wanted a high floor or low one - I chose high. First they put me in a room on a high floor, but it had 2 doubles rather than a king... then I was told the only king room available was handicapped accessible, which was okay i guess just the shower was a little weird, but it was on a low floor, with a remarkably dismal view of the rooftop of the adjacent section of the building...

I called needing to make a change to the payment information because my card old and I needed to update it since I had made the reservation in advance. It took upwards of 2 hours to accomplish my task since no one there seems to know how to do their job So I called and was directed to broken English women number 1, oh yes could I please talk to someone about getting my payment info updated for my reservation her response was literally not even recognizable as a language, plus being over the phone made it that much worse. So I went on to ask the same question but in a different way, she then made words and told me I needed to call a number. I got the number and thanked her.
The next call I got someone better at English but talked so low that I couldn t understand her so I asked my typical question. Oh yes could I please talk to someone about getting my payment info updated for my reservation? Her response was difficult to make out but I did manage to get you need to Call the following number I then I proceeded to call this new number and low and behold I got another women with broken English, I thought maybe it was the same one but this one was definitely new, cause she was slightly clearer but still near impossible to understand. I asked the question I had been repeating, and her response was I want accounting; I need to talk to someone in accounting. I was like YES PLEASE! So she forwarded me to accounting and I was presented with a women who spoke so low I couldn t make anything out she was saying, I thought she asked me for a phone number so I gave her one and her response (I think) was not a valid number from the reservation, I was like no that should be a valid number because that s the number I m calling from. She said (I think) there is nothing I can do. I was like ma am I can barely understand you can you speak up please (calmly). She SCREAMS at me that I need to call the association I made the reservation through to get anything done and that I have been calling the wrong department this whole time. I am extremely pissed and this about set me off but I remained calm and asked well since I can t seem to get a number for this association is there a number on record I can call? Her LITERAL response YOU MADE IT YOU FIGURE IT OUT! I hang up at this point.
I grew panicked as the email I got back FROM THE HOTEL ABOUT MY RESIRVATION said I had till 12 this evening, I live in slow time, so this meant 11 my time to get this figured out and fixed otherwise my reservation would be void and my rooms given to someone else. I then looked up manager numbers to the hotel from the employee directory and found a supervisor number to call. I called her and she was clear and spoke perfect English, I told her my problem and how I had been at it for nearly 2 hours so forgive any shortness. Her response Not a problem sir, I apologize on the hotels behalf for the inconvenience, please let me log in and see what I can do. She logs in and asks me for a confirmation number, SOMETHING NONE OF THEM HAD EVEN ATTEMPTED. She told me that the reservation needed to be updated through the association I made it through and happily provided me a number to call and get it resolved. I called the number and a very polite woman told me she was happy to fix my issue, I gave her all the info she needed and she updated my card info ASAP, I got a confirmation email back and everything was right with rain.
I couldn t believe how rude, unprofessional, and difficult the staff was with me I had stayed there nearly 4 times in the past and never had a single issue, this was the first and last time this will ever happen as I will no longer be staying at that hotel ever again for my conference. I expect the Omni to act and perform as prestigiously as they claim to be and that is not what happened here.

Stayed here during a women summit the past weekend and I must say we was very disappointed!! I don t have nothing nice to say about this hotel. Elevators wasn t work properly. People was getting stuck on them, no ice, no one answered room service line, and don t offer complimentary breakfast

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Any time I had a question they were eager to help. The first few floors are a bit confusing, but eventually I figured out how to get to different places on different floors. Located in a great area and plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby (coca cola world and the aquarium are about a 5 minute walk from the front desk).

Had a sour experience at another downtown hotel the night before. Omni, on the other hand, was a great stay. The valet service was simply super duper cool. We got a nice room in the North Tower. Comfy beds. Nice summer snacks in the lobby. Access to CNN center and nice Food Court - what more can you ask?

Stay here one night with my wife. Having a balcony that looked right into the CNN Center was awesome. I expected a little more for the price we payed, but the balcony made up for its inadequacies.

First of all I want to give a shot out to Brandon (not sure of his role but he worked right at the North Tower before the foot bridge to South Tower). I got confused on how to get to CNN and he personally walked me there and gave me great info about State Farm (as I was going to the concert that night). PLEASE make sure he is recognized. If this name is too generic please contact me and I will describe him! The view to my room was great. I was not given a map of the hotel upon check in so finding my way around was challenging. I did not see maps until I checked out.

The rooms are nice, with many featuring great views of the city and park. The gym and pool are some of the nicest that I've experienced at a hotel of this tier. It's very convenient to the GWCC, CNN Center, and Centennial Park. What's inconvenient is the parking, which seems like an important detail for a commuter city like Atlanta. The hotel only offers valet parking at $35/day. The overnight self-parking nearby (such as Red Deck) is a very inconvenient and long walk, and the price is not much better, varying from $10-40 depending on the day. Other major hotels that I've stayed at in the South have had better arrangements.

It is spacious and has good amenities for large group events. The staff is conscientious and friendly. It is very close to many Atlanta attractions such as the a world of Coca-cola and the Atlanta Aquarium.

Hmmm where to start...I Gave 4 Stars because of the Prime Meridian really that restaurant makes the hotel special. The manager Jeremy and front host dezire was so nice and made sure our anniversary dinner was done just right. I came in for my wedding anniversary and I was given a free upgrade by the hotel which was nice it was the Romance Package. The young front desk clerk Amos was extremely sweet and charismatic making sure we had everything that we needed. I just was confused with the whole going green set up they had with changing your linen and towels. We left with our kids to go to the park which was right beside the hotel, when we returned we noticed housekeeping came but there was still stains all over my sheets and towels so come to find out they pretty much need you to tell them to change the linen and towels in order for them to bring clean ones. Which was really my fault for not noticing that on the letter they left by the bed. Of course it threw me completely off. However they made up for it by giving me and my family Breakfast buffet vouchers and they cleaned up the room properly the housekeeping manager Andrea came to the rescue. Oh and did I mention my room was really nice!

The view from our room was amazing, but the overall experience no so much, the furniture was tear from one side of the bottom left and the bathroom had humidity in the roof, the rooms looks really dated, the hotel should take advantage of the great location and modernize a little bit more,The valet cost 45 a night !

Not what you would expect from an allegedly premium hotel. Additional fee for wi-fi. Unkempt hallway carpets that made it look like a flophouse. No dresser or drawers for clothing, just a closet. The staff was courteous and friendly, they obviously spend much more time an attention on the amenities shared by all guests (restaurant, spa, meeting rooms) than the rooms or guest experience.

Went here for a job fair, rating it 4 stars simply because it is not very easy to roam around. I had almost got lost finding the ballroom. Very dreamy views from the hotel windows and great customer service. The security was very helpful showing me where to go.
