Not good. We were in the south tower. Every single way to get to our room was closed except for ONE single elevator. The wait to get on the elevator reminded me of an amusement park without the amusement!. No parking is available in the area so you're forced to pay $45 for them to valet park you. Rooms are small and not cozy. I prefer the Westin

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The complementary fruit and water station is a nice touch when you arrive after a long drive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well lit. I always enjoy my stay here!

Just got back from a 3 night stay here and will never stay again. I was traveling with my 5 year old, who was scared out of her mind when we were stuck in the South tower elevators for over 15 minutes and it was steamy hot. And then the fire alarm went off in our room at 3 am, waking us out of a dead sleep. It wasn't the entire hotel; JUST our room. When I called down to see what the issue was, they only said "I don't see anything on the panel." We waited for the elevator for over 30 minutes on 5 different occasions. The escalator was out of order. Just horrible all the way around.

Never stay in room 1541. Nonstop (at least every 40 minutes, but usually at least every 15 minutes) slamming of the maid door next to my room. The slamming would startle me awake. My mirror on the wall shook because of the constant banging. This was literally the worst room I have ever stayed in.

Got to the hotel at 1pm to check in. When we get here they park your car. You have to get all your stuff out that you want in the room with you. They had no carts to roll my stuff in. So i manage to get all my stuff to the front desk. They tell me that my room is not ready and it will be hours before its done. So now here I am in the lobby gaurding my stuff for hours. On top of that my wife is sick, and we have to sit in the floor waiting hours not able to get any food or do anything because i am gaurding my stuff. Not a great start to my vacation.

This was by far one of the better hotels in Atlanta GA , here's a tip try to book your room in the North Tower it just seems better in the North Tower. Here's another tip be prepared to pay for valet parking and be prepared for a wait at least a 20 minute minimum and could be as long as 30 minutes so once you check in get yourself an Uber if you need to leave the hotel for a downtown excursion, you want have to find parking and burn your gas up sitting in traffic in Atlanta.

The hotel is emasculate. Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area as far as places to eat. The location is great. The room rates were very good, however valet parking was too high in my opinion. Overall, it was a great experience.

Horrible experience. Room not ready at check-in. Offered a stair to sit on and wait for room that would take an hour or two. Offered a comparable room. It was not comparable at all. It was awful.

I cannot recommended this hotel. Wish I could give -5 stars

It's an OK hotel, kind of early 90s. Regarding amenities, not big thing really 2 bars with limited offer and no much more to say. Services works fine and if you are attending to an event in the convention center it's a great location (don't even need to get out to the street)

***WARNING DONT BOTHER STAYING HERE ITS A HEADACHE...

***WARNING DONT BOTHER STAYING HERE ITS A HEADACHE WAITING TO HAPPEN****

This ain't short or sweet

BOOKING
1. I booked a little bit over a month in advance for 2 rooms, called before check-in time to confirm. Got to the hotel a little after check in time did not have 1 room available. First room was available well after 5pm (and was the wrong room), second was after 8pm and in the opposite tower. Finally got the right rooms the next morning they didn't call or say anything I had to go back and ask.

PARKING
2. Parking is a whopping $45 a day. The first time I went to pick up my card they had a hold on my account ( mind you the room & valet service had a card on file they were supposed to use). After that was resloved they had the incorrect guess name on my ticket information. The "valets" stand around may or may not open the doors, depends on how they are feeling or if they care.

STAFF/COMMUNICATION
3. For 13 years it seems (because it's the 13th annual) they have been having the Publix 5k, and they shut the street down in front of the hotel. The building management waited until after 2pm because I was still in my room before that time, to inform us the street would be shut down at would seem to be the most busiest time because it's also check out time 9am - 2pm. And if I needed my car I should call them before 8am. I got back to my room at 9 (so you can image how i felt). So I still try to get ahead of it and call downstairs and let them know I would be checking out. They transferred me for about 5 minutes had to call back, someone by the name of Alexis hung up on me the third time. And now I'm guessing I will be missing my flight in the morning because when I asked the operator could he pass along the message to the valet (of the same hotel) he said no.

RESULTS
If I don't get my car and out of ATL on time Sunday morning and miss my flight I will literally do my best to slow down their day as much as they have slowed down my whole weekend.

QUALITY (STANDARD OF A HOOD RED ROOF INN)
Not to mention most of the employees are rude as HELL ! It is ridiculous a hotel that should be a higher standard operates like a red roof in

Wonderful hotel. Service was always friendly. Nice having coffee delivered to our room each morning as well as having the coffee maker and fridge that worked. Loved the fact that we could walk to convention center and stay indoors. Especially nice when Atlanta had that deep freeze this week. We were here for a Mary Kay leadership conference and the hotel was full up, no vacancies. The restaurants on site were good too. Nice to be within walking distance of main attractions also.

It was a nice hotel but they have a gnat problem. The gnats aren t in the guests rooms but they are every where else in the hotel which is pretty discouraging if you want to eat there. Also, housekeeping didn t keep house until it was check out time & they wanted us out of the rooms. Before that we had to call them just to bring towels and empty the trash.

Firstly we were here for the HUGE Walker Stalker event. People at desk upon check in didn't even make eye contact. Secondly they don't inform as to what amenities are available & that's important. Thirdly they didn't even direct us to our room, they just took the credit card and ID and said have a good night!
Also, because this is a Huge building EASY to get lost in seriously, they offer no map & have no map located on site for directions to Anything!!!
Also no one had information on the EVENT ABOUT to take place, nothing.
The service people weren't too rude but their lack of knowledge & inability to seek knowledge was lacking.
The food in the restaurant was ok but the prices will get ya!
No free Wi-Fi, gotta pay BIG time.
No free parking, Expensive!
Beds are lumpy & stiff, you'll feel as if you got an asswhooping in the morning!
Our patio door had NO WORKING LOCK on it!
The bathroom smelled like rotten crotch & had gobs of long black hair everywhere!
I have this crap hotel a 1 star cause they didn't have bedbugs at least in our room!!!!

The service from the front desk and staff was great. The rooms in the north tower were nice and clean. However, I had to rate this 3 stars as this was a very noisy hotel. Every door shutting can be heard in your room as well as every hallway conversation. There were a lot of people coming and going at 2am which surprised me as I thought we were staying away from the bar scene. You will hear your neighbors talking and anytime they are in the bathroom. This was extra difficult for us as we were traveling with a nine month old baby who didn t get any sleep.

Although this is a great location for a hotel, you can certainly feel it becoming dated.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Checkout on the TV was down so we did have to wait in a line to do that.

Our room was not well insulated from outside noise or noise next door.

AC was not working properly so a 60 on the stat was more like 68-70.

The location is the saving grace here as we walked to everything including stadium, Coke museum and dining.

Had a really awkward, horrible experience with the valet here. I was taking my wife back to the hotel back from the ER, and I received nothing but judgement from the valet, and he acted like he did not know how to take my car, give me a valet ticket and put it on my wife's room. It did not leave a good impression about the hotel, especially considering there are no other places to park at 2 in the morning.

am a travel agent. I stayed in the North tower this time. I didn't like the experience i had at check in and I wasn't as impressed with the room on the North side. I would definitely say there needs to be more signs up to show how to maneuver thru the hotel. I just wasn't happy.

I originally had 5 stars but have been sitting for 35 minutes waiting for valet to bring my car. It looks like they could have hired some more help knowing that they had a large convention and a show going on oh, I hate having to drop the stars but if they were just tired a few more people to bring the valet cars out as it looks like they only have 4-5 valet drivers servicing the whole hotel

The room was not ready when we arrived and it was already 5:30 pm when we arrived. Entering the valet parking was a nightmare, we waited for more than an hour to get served. Lost electricity on our last day. I am not coming to this place.

I attended a concert at the Arena adjacent to the CNN center. We had drinks and a little food prior in the hotel bar. It was an excellent experience. The staff are extremely friendly and add to the warm welcoming atmosphere.

If they offer you not one but two upgrades check it out first we were supposed to be in north tower and he said he was upgrading us and put us in south tower. The room wasn't nice, bed uncomfortable outdated furniture and No big screen tv???All the extra charges $45 to park at the hotel and taxes then more taxes Lesson Learned! Don't be fooled by lobby and need to improve the one small pool they have

Great view of the city and you are in the center of everything! Some of the rooms are a little outdated and could use a solid scrub versus the post-guest wipe down. I also came when half the hotel was under construction, so the restaurants were very limited than what I assume is their usual, based on the inroom menu.
