Hotel has great location. In the heart of downtown. Close to many tourist attractions. Hotel room is basic. Decor was bland and not vibrant. View in my room was terrible. This is not one of my favorite hotels but would recommend for tourists because of location.

The overall experience was great. The decor and appearance of the hotel was nice, very appealing to the eye. The room was also nice and very clean but the beds are decent....slightly hard.
The only downside to my experience was after pay $100+ per night, parking is $45 a night which i was not going to pay so i parked across the street and paid $20 for 24hrs

Great service, but too expensive for stains and cigarette burns on the floor of my room, as well as scratches in the sink and stains and mold in the shower grout.

I was just there for a convention and was amazed at the attention to detail the staff had. I was here once before with my wife while she was pregnant the staff took it upon themselves to bring fresh fruit to the room for her since anything else made her nauseous. A great hotel and even better staff

I stayed in room 1019, and the room was great. I did have the A/C cut out on me at one point, but maintenance was able to fix it, and I didn't have any other issues with it. The view from my room was great. Dinner downstairs was fantastic. I got the fillet, medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. The collards were the best I've ever had out to eat, and the bacon vinaigrette was a perfect addition to the side salad.

We had an amazing room view and we had bought through Groupon so I was pleasantly surprised. They are definitely an upscale hotel connected to CNN and a huge food court so that was nice. Right across the street from the Olympic Park and not a long walk to Coca cola or the aquarium. Highly recommended!

The best part of the Omni Hotel being great is the access to the CNN building also. There are multiple restaurants and gift shops. Another thing is the visible presence of Security.

The rooms need serious work. Even the walls had bubbles from the moisture in them, the bathtub was very worn and grimy, and the discoloration over the shower made me feel dirtier than when I stepped into it.

Stayed here for Shaky Beats and my experience was great! The rooms are pretty nice and the staff is friendly. I love being only an elevator ride away from CNN because the food court is great and the news tour is fun.

The room as average. The bathroom had a big mold stain on the wall but the biggest problem was the A.C. would not get cold enough. In all fairness I have not notified the management about these issues.

Maybe I didnt enjoy the hotel as much because half of it was shut down for the NBA, but I also really didn't like that they don't do room service during your stay after 4 nights it really needed new bedding and trash taken out. But take into consideration thats under pandemic rules. Staff were very nice

Checking in the front desk was very accommodating, we asked for a higher room to have a good view - 25th floor. She added the kids to the list to have turn down for that night with cookies & milk. In getting information from another staff member they brought the boys drawstring bags full of goodies. This is a very up scale hotel that is not only family friendly but family first. Highly recommended. Valet/parking for the hotel was $45/day, you can take out the car as often as you need, anytime.

Omni Atlanta Hotel service staff are very friendly...
Omni Atlanta Hotel service staff are very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is a bit pricey, $45 for all day, eventhough you're a guest. Parking should never be this expensive. It is a maze of a place. My friend had to be inconvenienced to come down from her room to let her visitors up to her room because Omni's elevators are designed to use your room key to go to your room. I understand requiring staying guest to use their key when accessing rooms via the elevator. It's extra protection for the guest. However, for such a "high end" hotel, why not have service reps available at the elevators to call to let the staying guest know their guest is in and ask would they like them escorted up to the room. This added feature will go well with the image the Omni is trying to portray. The room I saw was okay. To be "high end" and as expensive as they are, Omni should consider remodeling all of the rooms and hallways so they can sincerely be a step up from lower priced hotels. The Omni is a nice hotel and in a great area downtown, but it is not 100% living up to its potential. If you decide to make thesr changes, please feel free to invite me to join your planning team to make Omni an exceptional stay for all guest and their guest.

I stayed for one night and I'm glad. I did not arrive until 10pm that night. I had a very busy day been driving for hours ready to relax and get to my room to find somebody dirty underwear and shorts in my bathroom the room smell sweaty like sex and ice was already in my ice bucket. Now I know I was late but does that mean your staff can rent my room out for quickies???? Maybe I shouldn't have called and told them I would be running late? Well my wife was furious and I was just flat out disappointed. I have stayed at numerous hotels and this is definitely a first. O and thank your valet for hitting the edge of my door on some concrete wall. Great service for $45 parking. I have not put my experience on Google and BBB I'll leave that to my wife.

This was not a very good room like the rating it received on hotels.com. I'm currently staying here and arrived late with my child. I will be requesting a better room 1st thing in the morning. Seems like only one elevator is working. Shower head is in disrepair, adjoining room door is in disrepair, vent in bathroom is dusty, and wall in room looks old and soiled. Room wasn't stocked with enough towels, and etc.... Gr8 location. $45-$55 valet fee is ridiculous. Not impressed at all. Needless to say never again.

Dissappointed. From the broke elevators on up. The staff is under a great deal of pressure to do their job. You could feel the check marks being ticked off as you interacted with them. I felt marginally thankful that I was only staying there, and didnt work there. For the money, I expected better, instead, got the usual. Oberworked staff, and underwhelmed results. If youre going to spend that kind of money, go elsewhere.

It's a very nice hotel, convenient to places, however it's very dated, no breakfast included, no parking included. $45 per night. I only hope and wish it gets updated to modern times, returning to the beautiful prestigious hotel of old but with future looks . Bathrooms are more updated. Staff is proficient and friendly. Some day it return to a 5 star.

As an owner of a travel agency, I look for a few things when I stay at a property...1) location, 2) service, 3) cleanliness, 4) amenities and 5) value. I usually do a site inspection and keep notes in order to provide my clients with information to enhance their experience. I give high marks to this Omni property in all areas.

It is very expensive, staff is really rude. The room is a nice size and clean. Each time we asked for something we were very abruptly told we are busy it will take a long time . It s 45 dollars to park your car even if you are guest. All that this place has going for it is that it is a nice location. :( not impressed and will not be back.

The hotel room was very small and out dated. You have to check-in in the South towers even if you are staying in the North. You have to pay for WiFi, even Motel 6 gives you free WiFi. Valet parking is $40!!!! You do not have the option to park yourself. The valet workers (the woman only) were cussing and fussing about personal life issues very loudly, could not even wait inside for my car. Oh!!! And check in time is @4P.M. And check out time is @11A.M. not even a full day.

I had two probelms during my one day stay in Omni Hotel. First the room was described as luxury. Imagine my surprise when I walk into the room and realice I ve stayed in better motel rooms than that one. The bathroom was old and basically no light reaching the shower.
Second problem was breakfast. I am not from the US and although I do have an accent after 3 years studying and working here I want to believe my english is pretty understandable. This been sayed I can understand that if I say that I want the breakfast parfait my waitress can misshear that and understand breakfast buffet . But if I say that I want the blueberry yougurt parfait with light granola can you really misshear that and make me wait 35 minutes until you come back and come up with the excuse that you heard breakfast buffet? Even if that was true, in a so called by themselves luxury hotel, is it really neccessary for a guest to wait 35 minutes for them to realice he has not been served? All these happened around 6:30 in the morning so the restaurant was not even 1/5 of its capacity. There were 5 tables with people! Unbelievable. Of course my waitress did not want to charge me for my coffee. I ended up paying because as I told her: if I have the right to complain when you do something wrong you have the right to be compensated for something you have done well .

I made a reservation for a room with a king size bed. Upon check in there were no king size beds left and they probably wouldn t have any available for at least 48 hours.
Valet parking is the only option for your vehicle and apparently a Toyota Tacoma is considered a full size vehicle and costs $55.00 a night. The lowest rate is $45.00 a night.
I was told at check in that they needed a credit/debit card on file for incidentals. They will charge your card $100.00 a night for the duration of your stay. I did not agree to this and was told they would accept $50.00 a night instead. I told them to take all of the bottled water, candy, snacks and junk they charge for out of my room. I told them to turn the TV off as well so I couldn t charge any movies. This wasn t an option though, they had to have at least $250.00 from my card. I have never stayed at a hotel where this wasn t an option. I decided to leave for awhile and research my options. I came back and there was a new shift on duty. The new manager on duty after midnight waived all of the incidental fees without taking the candy, snacks, drinks and TV out of the room.
When I did get into my room there was mold above the shower. I asked to change rooms and I was told that I would have to take my stuff out of the room then come back down to the check in desk with all of my stuff. I asked for a cart and I was told one would be right up. After waiting over 30 minutes no cart was brought up. I had to leave and decided I would deal with this problem later. By the time I got back there was a new shift on duty. The nice woman working the desk found me a room on the same floor and left my old room key active for a few minutes so I could move. This woman didn t make me bring my stuff all the way downstairs just to change rooms.
The room I moved into was on the side of the north tower that overlooked the railroad tracks. The train noise was just loud enough to wake me up. The quality of the room was average at best. The HD TV was nice though!!!
The total cost for the room and parking was $207.00 a night. I expected quite a bit more at this price.
There is very little consistency if you have a question for the staff, but if you don t like the answer wait until the next shift comes on duty. About half of the staff I dealt with were ambivalent and seemed to be there just for the paycheck. A few were right at the edge of being surly and the remainder were extremely nice, courteous, accommodating and sincere.
