Great hotel with a food court. CNN center inside is a good attraction. Good meeting rooms. Just a bit confusing to navigate because of the sheer size of the hotel.

I've stayed at Omni Atl several times. But very disappointed in the rate for this hotel. I just tried to make a reservation and they first quoted me a price of $400 a night then I called back they quoted me $500 a night. I'm very, very disappointed !!!!!!!

I've been going through the Omni hotel since it opened in the early 70S, even before CNN existed. The surrounding area has changed greatly in those 45 years, but the hotel seems to be keeping up ok. Hard to beat the convenient location for events at the World Congress Center, Philips Arena or Mercedes Benz Stadium. It's also within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, which is awesome MARTA can take you to the airport, Buckhead, Decatur or Sandy Springs. It's not the absolute fanciest hotel ever, but it's very solid and the easy access to downtown locations and events is excellent.

The Omni at CNN center is always great. Rooms are nice and staff is courteous. When I travel to Atlanta this is my hotel of choice. The food court below is a plus for long stays.

Nightmare for every single guest staying the night I was. 45 min to valet, over an hour to ride an elevator, an hour to get the car out. Key stopped work, the room wasn't ready until 5pm. Absolutely horrible place. All of the staff and management needs to be replaced.

The hotel did not have rooms for us despite our booking 7 months in advance and checking in on the web the morning of arrival. Do not reserve and assume you have a place to stay. They did agree to pay for a hotel room in Stone Mountain (20 minutes away)

I stayed a brief period with Omni at CNN Center Atlanta and the service was not up to par with high quality standards. The bed had very worn out springs it was sinking in. The room is incredibly dusty and I felt itchy all over my skin as I slept. No one created us as we passed the front desk ever or other areas of the resort. The most intolerable encounter was looking inside my pillow case and seeing blood on the pillow. This was so disgusting! This is dried up blood and all the pillows inside the pillow cases were all stained on both sides. What could cause these stains? I don t want to analyze this question because there are so many horrible answers to know after I ve put my head and face on these pillows. This is so far from the Omni Luxury service it receives such high reviews for and for which Omni boasts about luxury and excellence. This hotel has definitely missed the mark and is so far from reaching it. This hotel needs help with management, organization, and most importantly cleanliness for its guest. I ve gone to other Omni s with true luxury -cleanliness, friendly staff, and employees always wanting to assist. There are still more issues I didn t get to bring up in this comment but I do hope someone reads the message and help this Resort out. I don t see how others who experience the same and are witness to the same will ever stay here again. One name attached to many other locations can taint a reputation. Thus, causing a decline in revenue because the organization has a very weak link damaging its luxury brand. Please send consultants to observe and audit the CNN Omni to make it a better stay for the next guest and hopefully prevent what I ve witnessed and experienced.

The Hotel is very nice rooms and very good location, but the vallet parking too expensive $ 45 and the WiFi must also be paid separately, There is no breakfast and the extremely small pool for such a large hotel and is NOT heated as it says in the description of the reserve..!

We stayed at the Omni Atlanta at CNN Center recently and it was outstanding in every way! From the moment you stepped foot on the property, customer service was number one! The hotel is very nice with beautiful, modern rooms, the gym and bar area are very nice as well! We met several people who made our stay a 10+, Loyality Ambassador Quinton Avery, Area Managing Director Keith Butz, Assistant Front Desk Manager Eric Reese, and the young man who brought items to our room- Daniel. We will return!

Absolutely perfect! The hotel staff could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. This hotel is in the heart of the city and within easy walking to distance to great pubs, restaurants and attractions. Not to mention that the hotel has its own terrific restaurant on-site.

I've stayed here twice now, and have been disappointed and ended up communicating with a manager both times. Valet and bell staff are not scared to ask for a tip, even though they are disorganized and snippy (pushing rude). Front desk staff and management are great. Rooms are very clean although very dated in terms of decor and comfort. It is super convenient to some of the event venues (CNN center, Congress center, and the area with MLK museum and Coca-Cola museum). Having the CNN Center food court attached to the hotel is super handy. It is about the same price as most nicer downtown hotels but if you're there for Dragon Con, try to get a bit closer. Walking across Centennial Park can be a bout sketchy at night.

The hotel looks nice but this place missed the bit about Southern Charm. Everywhere I went the hotel staff was unfriendly and unapproachable, specifically management. Also, the rooms were not as clean as they could be along with the hallways. It was not uncommon to see forks in the middle of the hall along with other stuff that I felt should have been picked up way sooner. One of my coworkers had to call the front desk because her coffee machine was gross.
We went to see the R&B Forever tour at State Farm ...
We went to see the R&B Forever tour at State Farm Arena. It was easily the worst show ever on record. The show included Boys II Men, En Vogue, Teddy Riley and Blackstreet, Dru Hill, Karyn White, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill.
Our tickets said 7 p.m. and the show was changed to 8 p.m. without notice so we had to stand in the lobby for an hour while they did sound checks. Once the show started the setup between acts took at least 30 minutes each which miserably extended the showtime and the monitors were not used so if you didn't pay premium pricing you were viewing singing ants.
There was obvious chaos and confusion as some acts were moved in place of others to apparently appease them. Boys II Men were the beneficiaries of this and did great along with Teddy Riley and also Dru Hill.
En Vogue didn't fare so well and only got three songs and were noticably upset. Johnny Gill appeared inebriated as he was simply horrific and was playing bongos and a drum set more than he sang and then started trying to minister to everyone as his performance came off the rails at the end of the night with poor Ralph Tresvant who only got half a song and was cut to last and said he wasn't used to this as he walked off. Karyn White was okay and was first up.
Overall It was 6 hours of pure misery as the show wasn't over until close to 1 a.m. and most had already left in disgust.
Stay FAR away from after 9 partners promotions. These guys need to be ashamed of themselves as that was the most unprofessional display of business that I have ever seen. I will never attend a show being promoted by them again!!!

We came on probably one of the worst days of their month, where checkin was over an hour because of how many people were staying doing tax free.
The rooms were spacious and well stocked, clean too!
Close to everything downtown and right across from the Olympic Rings!

We picked the wrong time to stay here...music festival out the window til 11pm, started sound check again at 8am. So loud it rattled the windows and i could understand the lyrics to the songs. With all those rooms they couldn't have places people away from the concert? They offered no discount on valet with handicapped placard, i was charged full price even tho there was no clear alternative for accessible parking. The bathroom was dark, cramped and the shower smelled of mildew. The elevator broke and they herded ppl up a service elevator with staff members who were clearly unhappy we were there. Upon checkout i offered these complaints in writing to the staff member at the desk who said she would pass along to a manager but offered nothing to make any of the problems right. Save the $ and stay at a hyatt place.

Terrible. Waited in line an hour to check in. Then given a king room for 4 people. Called down and was told to stand in line again. Waited in line another hour and was told there were no double rooms. Then could not get extra blankets. Waste of money and worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had!

Great location and hotel is very clean. Enjoyed being close to a lot of food choices. It was especially great to not have to go outside to get to the CNN center when it was raining. Rooms could use a little update. Our shower kept dripping and the drain stopper did not work.

If I could give it negative stars I would! The signage is nonexistent so we were lost the first 30 or 45 minutes. You have to go up 2 flights of non-working dirty escalators to get to where you check in (with your luggage). They do not provide you with a map or give you directions. Parking in the north tower was closed. We were able to locate only one crossover to the north tower after being stuck in the south tower for a bit. Oh and they don't tell you when you make your reservation that there is a $45 valet fee added on to your room every day.

Guest services have been great and patient even when occasionally overwhelmed, and despite the crowd from the Kickoff Classic game, it's been restful with an easy walk to the stadium. Accommodations are pretty roomy, and the view over the park is really nice.
