Its always nice to visit even though they were under construction

$45 for parking a day is ridiculous. That's the reason I'm never going back.

Attending a multi day conference here. Can't speak to the rooms, but the meeting rooms are well laid out and there are plenty of bathrooms. Catering over various meals and days was varied and tasty. No lobby to speak of, but plenty of spaces to sit throughout the hotel. Great location overlooking a huge park; near aquarium, World of Coke and College football hall of fame. Noticed check-in lines were very long on two different days. One of the conference attendees mentioned having to wait three hours to check in.

Anthony is the best person working here. He went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Thank you Anthony for being so helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful place, helpful staff, great food court, and easy to get around.

At 2 am in the morning the glass under the TV exploded sending glass thru the room. I spent 45 minutes in the hall in my nightgown waiting to be moved. The bellman told me this has happened before. It is appalling that the glass would not be removed from all rooms. Please use caution staying here, especially with children that would be below the level of the glass. Two calls to management still not returned. I'll not visit Omni again

Every thing was excellent except for valet and housekeeping. Valet could definitely use much improvement. If your vehicle is large expect them to tell u to park yourself. I refused to pay for valet and have to park myself and walk back to hotel. That is insane. Every time I returned back to hotel I had same argument with valet. SMH. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Mgmt was willing to negotiate rate to stay 2 more days on rooms. So we had to check out and go elsewhere. O housekeeping starts knocking/opening door early even if u NOT checking out. SMH. I found this to be very nerve wrecking. Check out at noon. No need to start bothering guest at 7am or 9am. We had multiple rooms. View was great.

Awesome hotel great location right in the heart of Atlanta... great restaurants everywhere

Very nice views. Rooms were so so, clean, large bed. Bathroom plumbing was old, poor temperature control in the shower and every time the toilet flushed a bit of water ran in the tub. The toilet was very loud with low water pressure. Hotel staff was disorganized, did not communicate well with each other and overall unhelpful. Would not stay here again.

They charge you for internet usage. So that is the reason they are not getting customers also. It was more than half empty. They should consider about charging internet charges. Location is good

Great location the room was clean and comfortable. There's no self parking. Valet only and it will cost you $45. Great experience I would highly recommend. It's close to several tourists attractions.

Excellent Hotel! Very comfortable and clean. The level of service by all of the staff is top notch and the food is delicious!! Being connected to the expansive food court is also very convenient, as well as all the venues within walking distance. I took the Marta train from the airport for $3.50 with one quick transfer and then a two block walk to the Hotel. No car or Uber needed!!

Right in the middle of the action in downtown ATL. Convenient to several good eating establishments and a couple on the property. Walking distance to watch a pro game. College Football Hall of Fame very close. Staff is very accommodating and competent. Highly recommend.

Attended a trade show, did not stay in hotel but staff seems excellent, friendly and professional.

The worst experience ever! It took over 45 minutes to get our car from valet! To start, we were unable to contact valet from our room to request our car. We keep getting transferred or cutoff. Once we walked down to valet, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait for our car. That wait turned into ivee an hour...wit NO assistance from valet in getting our car other than blaming the delay on the police for directing traffic. When asked to speak to a manager about the situation, I was given the number to the desk and the name Ivo. The one front desk was no help at all! They didn't know Ivo and didn't have time to assist me because they were busy!!! Valet is $45 for piss poor service!!

My family hates the Bathroom. While you take a showering water coming on floor. ... altogether didn't like.

I went there for lunch during a conference across the street. The whole experience was great. The food was wonderful and all staff that I encountered we're please tell.

Hotel's stuck in time and the staff isn't great. Definitely shouldnt be a 4 star hotel.

Am here for a conference and navigating the hotel ti get to the GWCC is not easy. The room, however, is lovely.

The staff was wonderful. They treated my daughter as if she was a valued guest not just noisy three year old and that means the world to me. We will definitely stay there again

Best part of this hotel is the staff. They consistently make every effort to make guests feel welcomed. Room service is timely and the food high quality. The lounge is nice with interesting food choices. The location is good. On the negative side this was the second stay that we had that the room wasn t clean. Sticky soda rings all over the desk etc. makes one wonder if it was really cleaned at all. They definitely need better quality checks in that department. May be understaffed. The lack of free WiFi and room cleanliness and upkeep are the reasons I will find somewhere else to stay in Atlanta.

Beautiful rooms and view, large all in one hotel, everything was clean and in good repair.

Multiple hidden and overrated charges. Parking costs $35 and wifi is not free. Each charge on wifi access only supports 3 devices.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Every staff member provided excellent service and made me feel like a valued guest. Valet parking is expensive, but I think it's on par with other downtown hotels

The facility was nice but it was difficult to navigate. There are no bathrooms on the floor with the ballroom our session was in, and the elevator that can take you to a floor with bathrooms won't take you back to the floor with the ballroom. The staff was nice to direct me back though.

Great location and the staff was courteous and professional. Might just be a bad time to be traveling but I wasn't wowed for the price we paid.

The room was very spacious very clean and cozy. I loved the bedding pillows and decor. The bathroom space and detail was amazing. However we had just had a long flight from Puerto Rico from an 11 day cruise. In the morning all we heard was housekeeping slamming doors and talking loud. They made it feel like a prison in the morning. This is a hotel, not a prison. As we checked out the manager and housekeeping were still in the halls arguing and talking loudly very unprofessional.

The room was great and I had a wonderful view but the windows always made weird noise like the pressure was to high and I was on the 10th floor.Other than that I would stay here again.

The service was nice. Staff was always kind to everyone. They kept the rooms clean well and it was a great hotel.

Good informative tour. Tour is about 50 mins long. Lots of walking. Photography is not allowed during the tour. City pass is worth it

The club level was amazing and the seat near side stage where just fantastic for the Elton John Concert.
So honored to see him on his farewell tour, Yellow Brick Road.
I can't tell enough about how well this facility was designed and provided easy access to get food, drinks and use restrooms.
I even had no real issues with lines and loss of event time.

We came just to get something to eat the convention center was packed . It's very nice inside.

Hotel in downtown Atlanta with a location convenient to the CNN Center. Bed was comfortable and room was clean however I d consider the hotel to be dated. The WiFi in the lobby and public bar areas did not work and then I was charged $9.95 when I used it in my room. I was there on business travel so this is rather inconvenient. I ve been to 2 Star hotels without this hassle. When I called to inquire about the charge I was transferred to someone s voicemail.

Attended EOS Conference at this property. It was a great venue for this large event of 1000 people. Meeting space, guest room, and food and beverage services were excellent.

Hotel is okay. views are amazing lots of loud obnoxious guest could not sleep. Verry annoyed almost missed my protest outside CNN fake News. All is well I made it! It is a nice hotel besides the noise.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I've never stayed here so I am giving 3 stars just off the fact that its downtown Atlanta which I have stayed at before and I know how central and convenient the area is. I was thinking about staying here as I normally ALWAYS stay at the M Marquis near by...I wanted to give Omni a shot, so I called and got a somewhat rude, "attitudish" disinterested employee on the line who didn't really answer my questions and rushed through the phone call. I plan my trips meticulously, so I needed a couple of additional questions answered as the website was vague on answers, one being the daily incidental charges which I like to know the amount before booking. (I don't like surprises while traveling)

Although I phoned in and reaching a live person is becoming more and more antiquated these days.. FIRST IMPRESSIONS are everything! I was kind of turned off and called my ole reliable M. Marquis and of coarse reached a live rep who answered all my questions in detail and had a great up beat phone personality.

I wont hold this against Omni, as this was just an observation of a seasoned traveler. I will try booking here again in the future. With ever rising rates and prices as a consumer, I think I speak for the majority when I say everything counts when I'm paying for it.

I gave a rating of 5 only because of the staff and location of the hotel. The hotel itself I would rate a 3. The staff at check in was very nice and professional. The elevator was very irritating because it took forever and stops on every floor for no reason. Make sure you leave 10 mins early just for waiting for the elevator. Room was average, comfortable bed and water pressure in the shower was great. The best part of the hotel was the staff at Top Draft. Cash the bartender was amazing!!!!! I would give him a 10/10!! He was very welcoming, personable, entertaining, attentive and entertaining. I didn t even have to ask what I wanted and as soon as I walked in, he would already know what I was drinking without asking. His staff was great as well!! I would have to say even if I didn t stay at the Omni again. I would definitely come back to Top Draft just to see Cash. If you see Cash tell him that Ice Pick said HI!!!

Worst experience ever! You pay a steep price for nothing. No service, everything is broken, no one answers the phone. We stayed on the 9th floor and had to take the stairs EVERY TIME we went to our room. We DO NOT recommend. I even tried to call the headquarters who tried to get a hold of someone for me and they couldn t get through. Service is last on their list.

Great place with wonderful views of downtown Atlanta. Room was clean. Would stay at hotel again.
