Great looking hotel and facilities. However we went for the Alabama FSU game and weren't allowed to check in until almost game time 7pm). I get the fact that the team staying there was atypical, but it wasn't as if the just "showed up". If you know you aren't going to be able to fulfill your check in obligations then you need to just come out and say it. Making excuses and playing some about it is just embarrassing.

Great looking place. Really wish they worked on the valet system and the customer service. We arrived in the evening and were lost/neglected for awhile before being attended to. The rooms were nice though

The service is impeccable! I expected the room to be a bit more fancy, but it was still pretty nice. There's so much to do within the buildings. The pool area is small but nice. Room service is prompt. Expect to pay more than the average hotel though.

Excellent location and good value for money. Nice rooftop swimming pool .Valet parking fee a bit steep might want to look into self parking. Also, no complimentary WiFi but in the lobby area.

4 stars is because of the pandemic. I am giving them the benefit if the doubt.

I have such mixed feelings about this hotel. I want to keep in mind that we ate in the midst of Covid so I am impressed and grateful that they reopened. And i am sure they did the best they could being short staffed and not having all amenities and restaurants available. But I also have to be honest about the things that have nothing to do with the pandemic.

The room was tired and dated and that was a disappointment since I spent extra fir a balcony room. The light switches came off in my hand. The cords were orange utility cords and the sink didn t drain well. That is not a Covid related problem.

But the elevator was broken and they had it repaired but the very next day it broke again. I called the front desk since i was there for a conference and although they said they were getting the manager to come up and get me, 15 minutes later and I was still waiting and now fuming since the hotel was empty. That s not a Covid problem either. I called again and was very harsh with them explaining again that i was late for the conference as i stood waiting for the elevator or the manager to get me downstairs. The stairs were blocked off - a fire hazard and despite all of it they never offered any apologies, adjustments in the bill or anything else. Thats not a Covid thing.

But I have to remind myself that they were probably short staffed and the elevator companies were probably closed and everything is moving at a snails pace these days.

I was grateful that they had a food store open with fresh fruit in the morning and stayed open pretty late. Many businesses are still closed and because they were open I was able to attend my conference.

Meh. This hotel was nothing special. The rooms seemed outdated. I will say the location is excellent - but there's a lot of hotels nearby that could say the same. The staff was friendly - that was a plus. I will say that throughout the visit I kept thinking "this could really use a renovation". Probably not the top thing you want on a guest's mind during their stay.

Shame on you for not extending for me, my pregnant wife and two kids during Hurricane Irma, After staying with you for a over week, now we have to sleep in our car. Way to help during time of need.
Shame shame shame.

Even though we reserved a King bed several months ago, my wife and I were told they were sold out. We were offered 2 queens, which turned out to be 2 doubles, but charged the exact same price as a king. The beds were extremely uncomfortable....also, maid service never came so our room wasnt replenished or cleaned at all during our 2 night stay. I guess I paid for location and service didn't matter to them. For the price I paid, I expected a significantly better experience...guess location is what they figure they can charge on..... My first and last Omni stay.

If you want to stay in a hotel that looks like $200 a night but sleeps like a frat house bnb, come here. Booked for Valentine's day as a romantic getaway, checked out by 2:30 am because if I wanted to listen to screaming kids I'd have stayed home. Place reeked of weed everywhere, which is fine if you partake, but we don't. Ruined getaway, not a place where the staff cares about guests.

I had a special occasion last weekend and I wanted everything to be perfect! And it was, by far the best stay I have had in downtown atlanta, and I have stayed in many hotels in atl. Keith from concierge was AMAZING and ensured that my guest and I had a great weekend. Thank u, Keith for the bday surprise help. Room was great, amenities were awesome, view was breathtaking, and service was amazing. I will DEFINITELY stay here again.

The hotel room was dirty. The mattress and pillows were saggy. The WIFI didn't function properly and they charged $9.95 per day for it. The Prompt Response line was a mess always sending me to the wrong place for assistance or to no one at all.

Very different from when I stayed a few years ago to attend a Hawks basketball game. I had a great experience then. Maybe because we were on the North wing last time. Recently we stayed on the South wing and it was terrible. The room was not up to par. The elevators were broken, therefore if you didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes for one, you had to take the stairs, with luggage and all. Then after paying $45 for parking a night, we had to wait an hour for our car because, according to them, they parked our car in the overflow garage. Others who requested their car way after we did got their cars way before we did. We almost missed our reservation because of this. What a way to end a birthday weekend! Will never stay here again!

Great location, plenty to do, see, and eat from this location. Stayed for sports tournament. Convenience to the GWCC and CNN food court was great. Rooms were standard size, good finishes, and clean. No microwave in room, only in lobby. Check in, check out was smooth. All service personnel were professional and friendly. Valet cost is high, but not unlike similar properties in other cities. Would recommend and return again.

Went to State Farm Arena nice facility, comedy show was good but had no good view for seats in upper sections . It would've been much better if they had a monitor other than the ones on stage.

My experience was average at best. The location was good. The staff were polite. My room was dirty. It was clear it wasn t cleaned properly before I checked in bc there was food on the floor and garbage on the floor from previous guests. And over the course of my stay that never got cleaned up. That was by far the most disappointing part.

For a fun day...explore Atlanta! I was actually going to State Farm Arena, passed Omni hotel/ the CNN building and all the other cool hyped locations. (Centennial Park!) If you can park somewhere and then take the streetcar...worth it rather than driving!

My boyfriend & I stayed at this hotel Jan 1-2. We checked into the hotel at 4 pm. The first room they sent us to was in the North Tower on the 27th floor. We get to the room & it was an uncleaned room. We call to the front desk & they tell us to come back down so that they could get us a new room. We get a room on the 28th floor. Open the door & it is yet again an uncleaned room! We were extremely frustrated by now. Not only did we have to walk up & down the hotel multiple times, all of the elevators were messed up so the wait at an elevator was 10 or so minutes. It took us an hr to get into a room & was only given 2 free drink vouchers. The 3rd room they sent us to was supposedly an upgraded room but it was a let down. The restaurant in the hotel was extremely understaffed w/ only 2 waitresses for a full bar & the valet service area was a congested mess. All in all this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. 0 stars.

My friends were staying there and complained about the pillows not being comfy. Thereisno breakfast offered. It is in a great location to a food court by being attached to the Omni. The staff is friendly.

The club level was amazing and the seat near side stage where just fantastic for the Elton John Concert.
So honored to see him on his farewell tour, Yellow Brick Road.
I can't tell enough about how well this facility was designed and provided easy access to get food, drinks and use restrooms.
I even had no real issues with lines and loss of event time.

This hotel is completely outdated and in need of some serious help. Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely stressed out hotel staffer, that provided no details of the hotel or how to get to our room in the maze of a hotel. The room was bland and dirty. There were giant stains on the carpet and a toilet that ran for hours. When we called down to the front desk to have someone come fix the toilet (so we could use it) no one ever showed up. The maid service didn't even vacuum or wipe down anything. The tub also had cracks in it. Overall, I was happy to get out of there.

Excellent experience, but the pillows could've been better, and the bed could've been better also I slept in better beds than this one for a whole lot cheaper too.
The room service is the best, the food was great also. Park somewhere else dont park here though.
I left a tip the cleanliness of the room was A1.
Ill be back again..

Great hotel and location, for downtown ATL. The beds are comfortable and rooms were clean and up to date. Parking is pricey at $45 for cars and $55 for SUV per night. But you do get access for in and out parking. Some rooms have a very nice view and our upgrade to one of them was much appreciated. Rate was very reasonable for what the property provides.

Great place. Maria at the front desk is a peach, it is clean and a lovely stay. Right next to everything important downtown. Valet parking is great. Not valet parking is not so great. Valet only at the hotel and shifty lots around it save for a few. Excellent to stay at if at a conference, just dont drive here.

The room was nice and comfortable. The meetings rooms were spacious, but so cold. The people that worked there were so helpful and friendly. The food was good as well. The location was convenient to the CNN center and Georgia World Congress. There were some great restaurants in walking distance.

The expensive wifi is absolutely unusable for doing anything. It's hard to send an email let alone watch a video. This hotel is not a viable option if you need to have internet access (aka are a human being living in the 21st century).

In addition, the quality of service was poor. There were very long lines at check in and check out, and even sometimes long lines just to use the elevators.

The quality of the rooms was also poor. They were somewhat dated, which I don't mind if things are kept up, but stuff was clearly falling into disrepair. The bathrooms weren't clean and the showers were awful, both in terms of temperature and water pressure.

I was very disappointed in my stay and will not be returning. You can find much better hotels for cheaper.

Great location in downtown Atlanta, CNN Center food court is a couple minutes walk away. Rooms are quality, with great bedding and amenities. Service was somewhat mediocre. Rooms were checked often, but not often cleaned entirely. Overall though, a great place to stay for any occasion if you're in the area.

The place has great bones but everything is a bit old and rundown. Lots of water leaks. Also very confusing layout. Finding the right meeting room is like navigating a maze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I had my laptop stolen last yr at this hotel. I reached out the security dept at the hotel, filed not one, not two but three reports and still NOTHING. I had a alienware stolen with account information for my business and still nothing has happened. I asked them to check the security cameras which they said they would but was then told after I had called them bk, there are NO cameras on the guest floors so if something happens on your floor they wont know. Cameras are only on public floors; how safe I guess. I was only given a call twice in that yr. because I called corporate after nobody called me. Afterwards I received a call from the manager at that time, to just say they will look into it. Nobody hasnt even apologized or even tried to compensate my laptop but thanks to it all, I lost my job too. I will never stay at the place again.

Expensive hotel with thin walls, a lot of noise, and no free tier of Internet service. Someone please tell the Omni that it is 2019. In their defense, they did have a nice gym. Also, and very oddly, some of the conference floors (M2 and M4) do not have bathrooms on the entire floor. How is that up to building codes?

Exceeding luxury! Never have I stayed in such a nice hotel! I'm definitely not a richy kind of guy, so my opinion may be misproportioned... but I had a blast! Everything was very nice! The only drawback was that most everything that's free in other less luxurious hotels cost extra here...breakfast costs, the bottle of water in the room costs, I think the wifi costs, parking costs...but hey, you're at the OMNI! At the CNN Center! In the middle of Atlanta! You can walk to everything! And there's enough stuff to do inside the building, you might not even get outside to do Atlanta stuff! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing experience in the hotel. Very customer friendly staffs. Breakfast not included in the stay package is the only concern. Located at centre place to reach any sight seeing places around like aquarium , coke factory etc... Food city at the basement is an added advantage to stay in the hotel to try variety of foods

If I could give a zero rating I would. The beds are horrible to sleep on. The pillows are a joke. They are like using bricks. The noise is constant with sirens going by all hours of the night. And whats even worse is they double charge you. I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes now on hold trying to get someone to answer. good luck with that.... They only get 1 start because some of the people were nice. I don't plan on staying here again. I'll walk from another hotel to go to my events from now on if they are in the Convention center.

Older hotel in an amazing location with great views. The 15th floor balcony in the executive lounge has one of the best unobstructed views of midtown Atlanta. Customer service is extremely good however the parking is valet only and 45 bucks a day so plan or budget accordingly.

Great hotel and friendly staff!
