I was very impressed with the service Omega provided. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained what had to be done and did a great job. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Fully impressive, i had the hot water cylinder upgraded from 50 to 80 litres in a really small laundry,some would say a match box - would be 'bout 1 & a half front load washing machines wide by the same three quarters long & the old 50 litre was jammed in the corner about 8 inches above the drier & around 2 feet from the power socket.
They were able to utilise the small amount of free wall above the sink unit with still enough room to get to the window & see out of it , use the sink & fit the washing machine & drier in & positioned enough so if the next people in the place have a wider machine & drier they will still fit in and the new position & piping work has made it look more like art than just a water heater & it is now safely away from the power socket as well as which i have gained room space on top of the drier where the old heater was.
Seriously impressive, now the unit can actually take a shower instead of half a one & have enough left for another person & actually have the bath filled with hot water instead of running out of it after a couple of inches.
All 3 of the service technicians were punctual & professional & dealing with them & the installation was just so easy.
Would fully recommend them & definitely the upgrade.

Can't give zero stars otherwise would. The most obnoxious, aggressive sell job I have experienced outside a Moroccan rug shop. Started with a $50 air con call out to quote on some repairs and before knew it the guy was trying to:
- charge a $330 diagnostic fee despite the fact unexplained it to them on the phone the problem had already been diagnosed
- pressure me to agree to carry out repairs for which he quoted more than double the next highest quote
- sell me a membership plan (what?!).

I tried to get him out of the house but that took close to an hour as he tried to sell plumbing, gas, electrical services and scare me that if these things weren't done my house would either explore from a gas leak or burn down due to an electrical surge.

Absolutely the most disgraceful and unpleasant customer service experience I can remember.

Stay away.

Had a drain inspection today. Phone calls prior to let me know when coming. James arrived on time very personable young man. Inspected drain required removal of root, was fully explained options no pressure. Cleared roots job all done. Wonderful service James thank you. Well done Omega.

Omega Services (and more specifically, our plumber Logan) were quick, professional and friendly during the booking process, and Logan did an excellent job unclogging my sink and garbage disposal. Highly recommend and will use again!

I used Omega to help with a kitchen drainage issue, and Warren the plumber came to assist us. Though he couldn't resolve the issue (it is now a strata problem) we were impressed by his efforts and assured that he did everything he could, and also he gave us a discount on account of not being able to fix the issue. Thank you.

We have been using Omega Home Services for several jobs including Air Conditioning and Electrical. They have always given friendly and professional service. All of their technicians have been friendly, on time and excellent. I would recommend Omega Home Services to anyone needing any work completed.

Since the initial call i made to inquire about upgarding my meter box to finalising payment, Omega technician Eliah made it smooth sailing. He come to our house, did the inspection, come up with 5 different options on the quote. From everything to the bare essentials.
He talked through it all with us and recommend using OpenPay instead of us outlaying the total cost. This suited our family budget and we have not looked back.

I would give Omega zero star if I can.

Last year I paid $5500 just for the replacement of the shaft and they installed very poor quality toilet in my investment property for $1000.

There was one time I was given a quote of $1600 in total for changing 2 sensor lights, 1 smoke alarm and install a surge protection. I called another electrician and spend $480 for all the jobs. It was until then I realized how I was ripped off by Omega before.

Last week, they ring me again to offer a 'kind' follow up check for the shaft work. The day before they came, coincidentally our sewage pipe blocked again (we have the tree roots problem in the pipe for a long time). So when the plumber came in, I asked him to clean the blocked pipe and he did offer me a good price $200 for cleaning. After that, he said our pipe is broken and need urgent repair. To help us 'save money', they can do pipe relining for us for $4160 per meter...... based on my previous experience, this time I choose not to believe him. I called two relining companies immediately and they both came and their quotes are between $800-1000 per meter!!! Omega is 4 to 5 times higher !!! Unbelievably how dare they ask for that much and look like they really care about your property......

Even the $200 cleaning is a big lie. The second day when the relining company came, they put down the camera and showed me there are still so many tree roots in the pipe. After 5 days, the pipe was actually blocked again. I guess that's some little tricks they are good at. He suppose I will ring him back soon once I find it's blocked again and make me believe how serious the problem is.

Would never use them again! FOREVER!!!

Just had Jacob Paroci to fix my kitchen blocked drain. It was a pleasure dealing with this young bloke, had a very nice talk while fixing the problem, no bullshitting just very professional approach...and I learnt a couple of things about plumbing.

Edward is a very friendly, professional young man and installed the new power board quickly and efficiently.

My urgent call was attended to same day by manager Todd.Temporary power was supplied until staff could attend two days later. Cameron, Alex and Rick displayed professional standards in there workmanship and customer relations. We will be engaging this company for future works.

Stay away from non trustworthly double booked traders.

Agreed on a 6pm to 8pm appointment. Rang me unexpectedly at 5.35pm which i was busy to pick up. Returned call at 5.41pm and was told the tradie has been assigned to another job.

How unreliable as the agreed time was 6pm and not even 6pm yet the tradie is unavailable.

Never ever again.

Had a really lovely guy come over. Super professional and friendly but quoted me 4x the amount other plumbers have quoted for a change of vanity. I called the company I bought it from to check what I should pay and they were shocked at the 2.1k quote. Total waste of time and 70 dollar call out fee. Use a local plumber.

Turned up within the time specified and advised 20 min before arriving.
Friendly and helpful, explaning what was required before commencing work.

Upfront with the troubleshooting and provided a detailed quote. Didn't force me to sign up. Scheduling the work was a breeze as well.

During the scheduled repair, the technician was prompt and courteous when he arrived calling us when he was 5mins away. Work area was left clean and wore shoe protectors when he was inside the house. Works safely and explained what he will be doing. Completed the work within reasonable time.

In the past week I have required the services of Omega Plumbing twice for electrical work.The 2nd time was a continuation of the 1st visit.
Henry called 20 minutes prior to arrival both times. He was professional, keen to deliver the best service efficiently. He answered my questions & made suggestions as appropriate.
My only issue is the pricing. I'd like a real breakdown of labour & how it is charged ( by the 1/4, 1/2 , 3/4 or hour.

I recommend this Company for the quality of work done both in plumbing & electrical work.

Matt was friendly and efficient and explained all the options for repair very clearly.

We are highly impressed with the service provided from Omega and Dave Sutton who resolved our problem quickly and without fuss.

We had two blocked toilets at our business premises and strata didn't want to know about it. We called Chiswick Plumbing who came out and spent about half an hour or so trying to find the main sewer in the business complex without success. He did suggest he could take off the toilet but was worried he would break it. We sent him away and were charged $527 with absolutely nothing achieved.

Within about half an hour of ringing Omega, Dave arrived looking immaculate with clip board in hand and gloves at the ready to get stuck in. The quote was $440 to fix the problem. Dave didn't muck about and within 40 minutes he had solved the problem by removing the toilet without breaking it. He put a camera down the sewer to further investigate and said that the problem was in fact a strata issue that would likely reoccur unless fully rectified. We have since received a full report from the Omega office to forward to strata.

Absolutely star service. Thank you Dave and the staff at Omega.

I was very happy with the installation of my dishwasher, the plumber called before to let me know when he was coming and he was on time. He did a good job and left everything clean and tidy

Expensive. Will start from initial charge of $79 to give quote. There are other plumbers who will do the job for you cheaper. I have got my work done by another plumber after paying $1000. Do not sign their contract until they clearly tell you what they will do for the money you will be required to pay.

I was extremely happy with the fellow who arrived and fixed our shower! We are getting more work done by them to make sure this doesn t happen again!

Waited over 2hrs for quote service. Then rang to say they are unable to make it. Fair enough last minute delays and cancellations occur, but you could have offered to waive the $70+ call out fee for next time, to compensate for my time wasted waiting for the technician to come.

Not cheap by any means in fact very expensive but the guys do a very good job. Always on time and confirm 30 mins before arrival. I have never had an issue with the quality of the work however dont ever ring after or before hours as the message service is a total failure. On three occasions the message I left was never passed on despite speaking with a person not a machine! Also their membership program is a joke when it comes to 24hr call out promises and priority bookings and are not worth signing up for.

Joel C just completed a relatively simple gas job. However, he did not just do the job. He asked me about other potential issues and identified a solution to the low temperature of my gas hot water. This is something I have been trying to have fixed for ten years. Good work!

Joe and alex attended my house to do a range of electrical works they where very professional,friendly and efficient they left areas tidy and will use and recommend omega again in the future.

Paid more than $8000 and Omega promised a lifetime warranty for the checks and maintenance the piping for our house. Lately when the pipes got blocked, a phone operator guaranteed us we don t need to pay for a plumber to come checking, however when the plumber came he asked for $198 to water jet the pipes, my husband talked to him we re not paying for anything as we got the lifetime warranty, then he said he will just check it outside, and he water jetted for 30 mins without our agreement, and asked for $198 (without resolving anything, it s for the check up only, and got a quote from him for $385 (to water jet for another 60 mins; or $742.5 to unblock the pipes), as I had only my kid and myself at home, so I had to pay him $198 in case if anything would happen if we don t. Next day my husband called Omega again, Rebecca, the operator said they will check the issue and refund to us, however it s been about a month now, we kept follow up with them but Rebecca wasn t available for us every time for our calls (??!!). We finally reached another operator for our case but the final answer is a NO WE WILL NOT REFUND AS THAT WAS THE CHECKING FEE YOU NEED TO PAY. We wonder what is the life time warranty for, and got promises that no matter what circumstances the life time warranty will cover all check ups and maintenance. We ended up paying another plumber to unblock our pipes for $300. We are lodging to fair trading for this issue with OMEGA PLUMBING SERVICE for now, and would NOT recommend anyone to use them.

We chose Omega to update our lights and install a rangehood, Cameron B and Tim R were friendly, professional and on time. They left everything neat and tidy.

I had an electrical fault. Sam was punctual and courteous. After listening to my problem, he did a thorough search and found the fault. I was pleased with the result and would highly recommend him.

$880 to clear a blocked drain! We now have no toilet as they demolished it to get access to the pipe. There are still tree roots in the pipe as they showed me with the camera. Now they want to charge me $14,000 to replace the damaged pipe work. I feel like I ve been had!

Three technicians came, Reid, Jordan and Billy. They arrived punctually, were very courteous, and did a fine job. In addition, they showed genuine concern about my circumstances. I can highly recommend Omega .

Joe came out to install a new aircon circuit. The communication was great, he was here on time and did a great job. He was very professional and completed everything perfectly. It was a pleasure to use their services

Ben S recently assisted us in recommending and fitting a new boiler, following issues with our existing system.
Ben was at all times, professional, diligent and punctual. We particularly appreciated how he kept us up to date and adhered to his expected arrival times.
Ben went out of his way to install an emergency system until the new boiler could be fitted. He did an extremely thorough job, answered all questions competently and ensured we were happy with the work.

I returned home late afternoon, after being away for several days and smelt a gas leek. Liz in the office promptly reshuffled things to ensure a plumber could attend to resolve the matter. A tradesman attended within an hour of my call and provided peace of mind. I could not have asked for a better service both Liz and Joel deserve a pay rise!

Selim came to my home changed all the lights in my new home to perfection. I was concerned from previous experiences that it would not have been done to my satisfaction. Selim was amazing. I m in construction and can say his work is flawless. He also checked other electrical concerns I had with the switch board. I asked Omega for an air conditioning installation quote paying a $49 call out fee to obtain it.

The aircon installation quote I received was extravagant to say the least. It was so high that I obtained two further quotes from reputable companies, which turned out to be close to a quarter of the price Omega quoted me.

I can't comment on their quality of work but at rates 4 times industry pricing you need to ask if the services supplied are 4 times better than from another provider.

I hope Omega sees this and reconsider their pricing strategy so that future customers are not quoted and charged in a similar manner.

The guys called when they said, arrived when stated. Went through all options repaired and replaced water system cleaned up after themselves and finished when stated no hidden costs. Very impressed with service.

Jordan C & Adam did the installation of our new hot water system. Was a bit tricky but they didn t leave until the job was complete even though what was going in was a bigger size than what they were replacing, they needed carpentry skills too. Thank you Sam for your excellent electrical service at our business premises. The office phoned to make sure we knew Sam was coming. Then Sam phoned just before he arrived. Andrew and Adam from Omega Plumbing and Home Services did an excellent job in renewing my Sewerage and complete drainage system of my old home in Winston Hills. Matt and Jarred initially did the investigation and provided very courteous and professional service. Mat was very friendly and explained all that was happening with the pipeline expected to be done in the 1970s. Andrew was very sincere, diligent in his work and most importantly was spot on, in terms of communicating the plans for the day, and what was getting done when. It was a big job and due to the terrain at the back of my house (Downward slope), it required extra effort. Not once did Andrew complain. He was ably supported by Bailey and Adam, for the job including Patch (Re-lining) of my shaft connecting to the Sydney Water Sewerage system. Thanks to the team from Omega Plumbing. I feel I was in safe hands. Would recommend the team from Omega for any big plumbing or repair works for your residence.

Omega has just finished an electrical job at our house. For some reason we feel extra safe. A young fellow by the name of Sam turned up at the door this morning introduced himself to us told what he had to do and then got stuck into it. I understood he was going to get help, but he didn't need it, he knew exactly what to do and did it. Along the way he would stop and show where he was up to. He did everything so well and neatly I was really impressed, if this is a sample of the workers and the workmanship to expect from Omega then I am very glad that I picked Omega, and if your lucky enough to get Sam to do the job then your on a winner

Jared understood the issue and built a solid plan to deal with the drainage problem. Reese and Bailey did a great job delivering the drainage job with a high level of quality. Site was tidied up and all rubbish removed. A thorough job all round.

Pay heed to the 1 star reviews, a case of buyer beware. When you book a service, they quote a $79 call out fee which is covered if the service is taken. They never mentioned upfront (when you book) a further diagnosis fee of $200+ before they even quote. Granted the technician is clear on the diagnosis cost when onsite (nice surprise for customers)...but what does one do when service shows up and ask for more money just to look at the problem? Send him/her away and throw away the $79 call-out? Again diagnosis cost was said to be covered if service is accepted.
In my case, it was diagnosed that the hotwater system failed because the off peak power meter was faulty (which energy aust fixed the next day). The Omega diagnosis took 2-3 minutes and you add up the the call-out and diagnosis fees. Since no service can be provided by Omega, it was a very costly all-out. Granted in some other cases, the diagnosis could take a lot longer and Omega can provide service. No issue with the 3 min mine took. My point is you need to understand how Omega charging works before you engage. Also treat the advertised discount for not being on time as marketing gimmick. My technician was 45 minutes after service window. The HWS was installed by Omega originally (previous homeowner and that's how I got to them). The HWS has a sticker for 15% discount off future services. I never mention the lateness and the discount because I always want to test how a business operate. In this case, I suspect what they will get away with, Omega will. When I rang up to enquire about Omega's charging method, the lady on the phone said her job is only to schedule work and can't help with bills, so I paid a visit to Omega's premise today. So I did confirm these matters in person before committing to this feedback. You judge for yourself whether to use Omega Services or not.

Joe the electrician kept his promise on a Friday night and arrived at 7:30.
He was efficient and clean.
I was so happy to finally have the bathroom light installed.
