Can't give zero stars otherwise would. The most obnoxious, aggressive sell job I have experienced outside a Moroccan rug shop. Started with a $50 air con call out to quote on some repairs and before knew it the guy was trying to:
- charge a $330 diagnostic fee despite the fact unexplained it to them on the phone the problem had already been diagnosed
- pressure me to agree to carry out repairs for which he quoted more than double the next highest quote
- sell me a membership plan (what?!).

I tried to get him out of the house but that took close to an hour as he tried to sell plumbing, gas, electrical services and scare me that if these things weren't done my house would either explore from a gas leak or burn down due to an electrical surge.

Absolutely the most disgraceful and unpleasant customer service experience I can remember.

Stay away.
