We are highly impressed with the service provided from Omega and Dave Sutton who resolved our problem quickly and without fuss.

We had two blocked toilets at our business premises and strata didn't want to know about it. We called Chiswick Plumbing who came out and spent about half an hour or so trying to find the main sewer in the business complex without success. He did suggest he could take off the toilet but was worried he would break it. We sent him away and were charged $527 with absolutely nothing achieved.

Within about half an hour of ringing Omega, Dave arrived looking immaculate with clip board in hand and gloves at the ready to get stuck in. The quote was $440 to fix the problem. Dave didn't muck about and within 40 minutes he had solved the problem by removing the toilet without breaking it. He put a camera down the sewer to further investigate and said that the problem was in fact a strata issue that would likely reoccur unless fully rectified. We have since received a full report from the Omega office to forward to strata.
