I asked Omega for an air conditioning installation...

I asked Omega for an air conditioning installation quote paying a $49 call out fee to obtain it.

The aircon installation quote I received was extravagant to say the least. It was so high that I obtained two further quotes from reputable companies, which turned out to be close to a quarter of the price Omega quoted me.

I can't comment on their quality of work but at rates 4 times industry pricing you need to ask if the services supplied are 4 times better than from another provider.

I hope Omega sees this and reconsider their pricing strategy so that future customers are not quoted and charged in a similar manner.
