I had several ceiling lights in my apartment replaced by Selim from Omega Services. He did a good job, and was very polite and helpful. Other people I dealt with from the company seemed efficient and helpful too, and they were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days at a time that suited me.

Andrew and his colleague came and assessed and replaced our dead instantaneous gas hot water unit. We only requested help around 6pm Friday night and was all resolved by lunch on Saturday.

I was really pleased with the service I received from Aron Dewar and Sam C. They arrived on time, gave me the courtesy of an 'on the way' phone call (especially appreciated at 7.15am, giving me time to get up!). They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Aron was very helpful with lighting advice, and being tall he even reached down an embarrassingly dirty light shade for me to wash! A much appreciated and friendly favour. Price was good and I will definitely use Omega next time.
Worst company ever they rip you off big time I was tolled over $5.500 for a aircon compressor when in fact it only cost $1800 had 3 quotes under $2000 each. Biggest mistake ever for signing up with them in the first place and as a result I lost over $800 even when I called next day to put everything on hold And not to order anything at all. Happy I cancelled with them. Never trust this company. Biggest rip offs.
VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Paid $240 to change a garden tap AFTER a seniors discount and AFTER waving the call out fee ($50 to check leak on roof and ground), which according to the plumber was waved due to miscommunication on their end. So roughly looking at $300 to change a garden tap. Polite & professional .Job#713. It was for my 70yo mum.

Other smaller jobs done effectively and quickly.. all tested positive after water re-connected.

Recommended by our neighbours as they happened to have a magnet. Gave One star as is the minimum but wouldn't know because they never showed up. Wasted a whole day cancelling all errands, stayed at home patiently waiting for a no call no show right after a phone call saying they would let us know when they're on the way. Too bad. Could've been really useful as they offer so many services together. Ended up hauling in a plumber from across the way named Brad who was amazing!!! Lmk if you need a plumber. Still need an ac person ... plus minor house work but these guys are not reliable. First impressions stand out and these guys did not make an entrance at all!

Over the last few weeks we have Jack,Daniel ,Michael and Tim,
They have been working in very warm conditions fixing our ageing air conditioner.plus installed an out door spot light.
They had to deal with two dogs one a female and us.
I have to say there punchulaty was excellent,there manors and courtesy was next to none.
Not to mention that through very hard work they managed to get our aging system working and also improved the efficiency of the system.
I will give them a gold star and recommend them to anyone.

We used Omega to inspect our drain due to blockage in the toilet. After the inspection, it was determined that our whole sewer line needed replacing. They started working next day. Cam & Tom installed a new power board , smoke detectors & light fitting today. I found them to be very efficient & courteous & Cam kept me informed throughout the whole process. We called Omega Plumbing after the company our strata manager called, refused to come out at 4:30pm to help turn our broken hot water system off. They were punctual, friendly and willing to answer all the questions we had. Fernando did an excellent job replacing our hot water system. We would definitely use him again.

I called to book in my annual warranty service this morning, and an Omega plumber was able to come out the same day. Not only was Adam super efficient and friendly, but he fixed a mystery plumbing problem that I'd had for TEN YEARS! No more stench of greywater from the drain behind the washing machine every time it's a hot day! Thanks Adam! :-)
Good service, but extremely overpriced. I was charged $400 to replace a simply RCBO safety switch.
I called and spoke to the manager, and tried to reason with him, but he refused to budge. Definitely won't be using them again. There are plenty of other companies that won't loot you.
Everyone has an Omega horror story.
Needed a leak fixed - they said it was the toilet and replaced it - once toilet was installed, discovered the leak wasnt the toilet (photos below is from how they 'finished the job' - got the sonic guy to come out for $1700 for 1 MINUTES WORK - discovered leak was directly behind the toilet - replaced pipe - $6,000. Charged for things they didnt even do (second removal and re installation of toilet) scratches all over the tiles and metal fixtures - had a different company come out and point out how they didn't even install all the correct parts causing the toilet to leak from the bottom again.

The cost to repair was $5k so we were told by the plumber from Omega Home Services about the OpenPay method where we can pay as installment. With fiance it comes with admin fee plus another admin fee of $3 .95 twice a month. There was no clarity about the hidden fee provided by OpenPay or the plumber from Omega Home Services. Really bad service....be careful

The plumber arrived promptly on the first two visits. Unfortunately the pipes under the kitchen sink leaked after the tap washers were replaced. When I phoned up about the problem I was told that someone would come the next day, phoning me 30mins before arriving. So we waited at home all day. At 3.30pm I rang up to ask if the plumber was still coming. I was told that I had not been booked in. So I was booked in for 8.30 am today. The plumber arrived at 7am.
The plumbers have been very courteous and helpful. However the booking system needs to be improved.

Initial response was prompt and solved the immediate problem temporarily until the proper fix was done a week or so later. When the proper fix was done the guys were on site promptly and worked hard over two days to do a permanent fix.

Our hot water system stopped working 2 weeks ago, we rang up Omega Home services to have the unit replaced. Matt came within 1 hour and confirmed that the unit need to be replaced and gave us a quotation of $3671.8 for the supply and installation of a new unit. We had to pay the full amount upfront
The new unit was delivered within 1 hour, it's a AQUAMAX-G390SS-HOT-WATER-STORAGE-155L system. The installer came in later in the evening and finished the installation within 2 hours. However the new hot water was not working and the installer had to return later that night to refix it.
We checked the price of the unit the next day , the unit cost about $1100.00 to $1200.00 ,There is an online quote of $1398.00 for supply and install of the similar unit ( Same Day Hot Water Service). That means Omega Home Services charged us about $2500.00 for the installation !!!
We checked with a local hot water system supplier and was told that a normal installation fees is between $400.00 to $600.00
We did not think the fees is justifiable . We contacted Omega 3 times to explain the cost, we received no reply so far.
Avoid this company. Get a few quotes first. They are just too expensive and you wont be able to get any reply from them afterwards.
Be careful while doing booking, all I wanted to do is to replace sensor light which is faulty, instead of quoting over the phone they said we will have to send some one to quote and compare to other electrician, quote from these guys was double....... what a rip off, wasted my $75/- on a call out
We used Omega plumbing for the 1st time for some roof top solar piping, leaking toilet and installation of a water pressure valve. From the very first call, their professionalism and thoroughness was impressive. Details recorded properly and was told we would get a phone call prior to arrival.
As promised we got the phone call and the plumber turned up right on time. He checked out the work required, explained it all to our satisfaction and prepared a thorough quotation for our approval. The job required them to come back the next day.
Same process occurred the next day and we were very happy with all the work. Very courteous and professional tradesmen.
Highly recommended and will use them next time. We also took up one of their plumbing and electrical packaged we can cover more than one property of ours.

From the minute my call was answered I received nothing but sound advice and help from polite, professional, friendly and CALMING people, who clearly empathised with my plumbing emergency - they reported my issue to Sydney Water when it turned out to be bigger than Ben Hur, gave me Syd Water reference number and phone number and even called back to find out how things had turned out! I can only say that I wish every business in Australia was like this one.
I used Omega to move an air conditioning system in Dec19 and upgrade our touch control panel with new technology. I found their end to end service fantastic. Josh and Matt worked through blistering heat to get the job done. They were a pleasure to deal with and our system is working way more efficiently than it ever was. Did a good job not cutting too many holes in the gyprock to install some new power points but damm they are expensive. They did so called investigation to find TV antenna splitter with no results. Overall guys r good but i still feel the pain on how much I paid.
