Never answer their phone. Website is useless. If they're that useless when you're trying to pay your bill, hate to imagine what its like making a claim.
AMP take peoples money for 12 years then dont pay out once a person has a terminal illness! They know there is no time to fight so this is what they do! What a bunch of scummy wankers
