Very disappointed with him this last visit went. All I have to say is if you don t really know the answer don t pull it out of you other end. I will more than likely never return to this dealership and between myself and immediate family we have purchased 5 cars from them in the last few years. The service writer that checked me in was great but the other one that tried to explain the repair to me lies through his teeth because I m guessing he doesn t know what he is talking about.
