My wife took her grand Cherokee for an oil change ...

My wife took her grand Cherokee for an oil change today. Second time here and both times there were issues. First time they didn t tip off fluids even though they marked that they checked and topped off everything. This time they didn t reset the computer inside so it still said she was due for an oil change. Just seems like they have poor management or service personnel
