I had been going to this dealership for oil change and car services for more than 2 years. I was very happy with them until someone in the oil change team broke the transmission fluid tube and didn't tell me. I found out when my car made this weird noise. A staff from a body shop found the broken part hanging under my car and said it looks like someone broke it while doing oil change...
