The quality of care is wonderful along with all of your applicable doctor's that make their rounds to see how you are doing. The nurses are very attentive to your needs and the aide's that assist you when you need it are very good too. I personally had a very difficult time with all of the noise, be it from TV"s from neighboring rooms, the nurse's station (many times during the days/nights), other visitors to other patients that were very loud, unattended children playing with either the smoke detectors/fire alarms, I couldn't get the rest I needed to heal as best as I could. I was glad when my stay was completed, as most people feel anyway from being in the hospital. The cafeteria food could be better, but don't most people agree with that statement at any hospital if you are the patient? I think so.

We had an issue with adding our new baby to our insurance plan after giving birth. I was able to talk with Clinton in the birth certificate office and he was such a HUGE help! He was able to provide us with a proof of birth letter, for our insurance company, that got the ball rolling for adding the newborn on the insurance company. He even went above and beyond to give us a call a couple weeks afterward to follow-up on the issue. It is employees like him that keep us coming back to Ogden Regional.

My experience was very pleasant. Check in was very fast. The people that did my procedure explained what was going to happen before they started. They also explained it again during the procedure. They made me feel comfortable and I appreciated that.

I am in awe of how efficient the Cancer center is. I have "never" had to wait past my scheduled time to be given my treatmemt. Who ever was/is in charge of scheduling should be commended!!! Of course if the crew you have was not also efficient and dedicated to their work the system would not work. I am extremely impressed with each and everyone of them, but espcially the girls who prepare me and conduct my treatments. They are professional, friendly, understanding and extremely good at what they do. Although I have had several different girls working on me the 3 who have been doing my treatments almost everyday are above reproach!
Alix, Brook and Natalie always make me feel like I am the most important thing they have to do!!!!! They are incredible....Also Chris, Becky and Audrey are all so good at what they do and they do it in such a friendly friendly and professional manor. There are others that I anc not recall their names....but I asure you....every single person working in the cancer center that I have had contact with has been curtious, knowledgeable, professional and most of all "obviouisly dedicated" to their roll in saving lie at the center. Someone does an excellent of hiring, organization and running the show !!!!! My hats off to you all and thank you for saving my life....!!!!!!

I was in their BHU (psych ward) this week and it's the most efficient and helpful one I've ever been to. Intake and discharge were very quick and right on time. All the staff is so helpful, kind, and accomodating. They're super helpful and help you get everything you need before you leave. If I ever have to go to another in patient for mental health, I'll request to go there. Thank y'all so very much.

The nurse in labor and delivery her name is Lisa. She made me feel so comfortable as soon as I got there caring, understanding, professional, sweetest woman I have ever met. She made me feel so comfortable and the way she handled everything was outstanding. I gave birth to my little girl on March 10 this year. If I ever have another child I am requesting her to be in the room with me again. She is definitely one of the best I have ever been around and I greatly appreciate you Lisa thank you Ogden regional staff for your caring especially you Lisa !

The nurses and CNA s were great. They helped me with whatever I needed. The janitors made sure my room was clean everyday. My doctor was the best Tyler Christensen a great surgeon and doctor. I give him a 5 star. The recovery room people were very nice. My husband loved there service and the drinks they gave him. The hospital was very friendly and clean. The only thing I did not like is I felt rushed when it was time to go.

The Cancer Center at Ogden Regional has been fabulous. Since my diagnosis one year ago I have had the best support team! All of my concerns and fears were addressed in a timely manner. Everyone from the doctors, to the nurses, to the support teams have been absolutely fabulous!

The first time I came in for the tooth pain, the female doctor was really nice and actually made me feel like a person. I came in a second time and the doctor that cared for me was really rude and made me feel less than human. After he had left the room, my grandma told me she was sorry for the way he acted/worded things and for basically making it out to seem like I was a drug addict when I've never used that specific substance. I work as a habilitative trainer and I would never allow my clients to feel the way he made me feel. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Went into ER due to having horrible abdominal pain, I didn't have anyone to take my baby so I had to bring her with me. First off, I wasn't even in the waiting room 10min and they got me right back, the nurse was amazing, she helped me with my baby the whole time, I wish I remember her name, I know she had an accent and I believe her name started with a V, Valentina or something like that, but by far the best nurse I've ever had the pleasure to meet! Second, Dr. Rollins is the best doc I've ever came in contact with, he made sure he did everything he could to figure out where the pain was coming from and he even did what he could to get me out of pain! Hands down best ER I've ever been to! Thank you so much for everything!

Had a meltdown, called for an ambulance. Asked to be admitted. Got sent home with the advice of if I feel stressed go sit outside and read a book and tape the suicide hotline number to my refrigerator. Not quite the help I was looking for. They were very nice about it.

I have had the worst experiences with the nurses here and the little girl at the front Miranda in labor and delievery. They are not sympothetic to the patient at all, they act like its a bother that the patient is even there. The nurse Ashley is completley rude. This is a time where a mother does not need the stress. I havent even given birth yet, and feel unwanted here. I wish my insurance covered another hospital.

Had a wonderful unmedicated labor and delivery thanks to the great nursing staff. So grateful to the Lactation consultants as well. They were a huge help even weeks after the birth of our little one.

Went in for Surgery and I have to tell you the Hospital staff was fantastic. Very nervous about it all but we had a nurse in Surgery named Holly that was great and made it all as good as it could be. Everything went great and I would recommend them without any reservation.

The er dr didn t help me at all. I broke my finger and didn t get anything for pain. Didn t get a warm blanket for like 30 minutes even though I was shaking. I didn t even see the real dr. The lady that helped me didn t know what she was doing.

I picked my insurance so I could go to this hospital if I needed to. I showed up when to surgery check in no one there. I used the phone and still nothing. After getting checked in went right back for surgery first up. The team was already to go when they were told they had to wait for approval from finance dept. which I thought was all pre approved. Finally after 45 mins. everything was fine. I was in my room the night went well. The next day was noisy that night great nursing very attentive and nice. My last day was horrible. New nursing staff very noisy outside of my room I thought there was a party. You could hear the call ringer to rooms going off and not being answered so figured they were really busy. My ice pack had melted and had busted opened and soaked everything. I called they showed up threw all the sheets and blanket on the floor said they would be back with new ones plus then they would also empty my urine device. Still being noisy outside I thought they just got busy and forgotten I was getting very cold. My physical therapist showed up and we went out to start hoping it would warm me up too. I found where the noise or party was coming from and to my surprise all the nurses were standing there but there were call buttons going off that were being ignored. Back at the room finally got sheets and blanket and the physical therapist got me wrapped up thank you. I know what the nursing staff do is very important and caring and they can't be there all the time I just think this time at least for me they fell short during the daytime. I had great care and treatment from others during my stay so if needed I will go back there.

The facility was great. Room was fantastic spacious they were super friendly to all of our guests. Nursing staff was phenomenal, they were always there to answer questions they came in when they said they were going to come in they checked on us constantly couldn t have been happier. The food is maybe the only reason I didn t get five stars but it was always there when they said it was going to be there and it was hot so can t really complain.

I somehow ended up not on the schedule for my appointment. They could have very easily told me to reschedule but instead they worked me right in. Not one person made me feel guilty for the mix up. I was very impressed.

Had my 1st baby there and all they did most of the time was try to insinuate my baby was born with withdrawals. He wasn't of course, he was jittery from the pain of the hospital breaking his clavicle during birth.

Went in yesterday for surgery and everyone was awesome! Dr waymart is a super smart guy and great Dr! All the nurses like Lindsey kathy and natelle know there stuff and have a great sense of humor! Plus the pcas nurse hooked it up with extra apple sauce and yougurt! :) First major surgery for me but if I need surgery again (hopefully not) they set the bar as high as it can go!!!!

I was in the ER this past weekend with bad chest pains and numbness and was left waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours and they attended to everyone else that came in after me. When we asked how long it would be, the check in person gave us an attitude. I was baffled! So after 2 hours we left to another ER. I will NEVER go to this ER again!!!! They've gone way downhill.

I had my son here. The nurse that helped with my delivery was awful and she was super mean after I gave birth to my son. I wanted to breastfeed and she told me Not everybody is made for it. Other than that My doctor was awesome. And the rooms were really nice.

My whole family has used the hospitals services from OR, ER, L&D, to inpatient floors. Very attentive to our needs in every area, friendly nurses and specialists, caring doctors. Love the pastoral care and the sisters who would check I from time to time even though we are LDS just to visit and laugh.

The staff is amazing and will sit with you as you learn to be a new mother. They will assist in learning to nurse your newborn. The maternity ward staff is fantastic I m so grateful my insurance covers Ogden regional as I wouldn t want to deliver anywhere else.

I love being greeted by the main entrance and your never wondering where your going. Super friendly service. I love that they have therapy dogs that come in while your a patient or just waiting for a service. Your definitely treated like a person not a number like the other hospital.

Had outpatient surgery at Ogden Regional recently and not only were the staff friendly, professional and knowledgeable, but the facility was great! I highly recommend Ogden Regional for peoples medical needs.

They know nothing about customer service. Here s the short of my experience. I tore my Achilles tendon and need to get an operation. I have two options: surgery or no surgery. I wanted to see the cost of the surgery before I signed up. I called to get the surgery estimate... why they can t have these rates posted online I m not sure.... anyway, I called and left 4 messages and could never get a hold of the person that needed to give me a quote... I have waited for 4 days now and still have no answer. My surgery is in 3 days, and I am hoping to find out what it will cost tomorrow or I am going to cancel and go to a different hospital. This is the second bad experience we have had here. Child birth was a joke, if we hadn t been through the process before we would have been completely lost and left wondering what in the world was going on. We had to ask for everything to be done before it was even mentioned! I have no confidence in this hospital, and I will now be going to St Marks for the procedure. Which is unfortunate, because my doctor was a great guy.

Took our grandmother to the ER. They did a garbage cat scan, missing critical view angles. They released her saying nothing was wrong. Come back 3 days later to the ER due to excruciating pain and can't walk. Hours later they finally do an Mri to find a back fracture! Once admitted the floor nurses don't have correct medication, stuff we told the ER staff plus meds the ER Dr's prescribed. Zero communication and nothing is accurate. Then they post a big pink sign on her door telling staff NO BP or blood draws in the left arm (because of another medical issue). Within 6 hrs, 4 different times, the staff constantly trying to do procedures on the left arm!!! We constantly had to tell them to stop and they all says they didn't notice the sign? Good thing it wasn't a life threatening warning. I worked in Healthcare and nursing for 12 years. Never seen such gross incompetence in documentation or staff.

I had an appointment for a blood draw. After signing in I was called back as I was beginning to sit down in the waiting room. No wait time, friendly staff, clean office. I love Dr. Mohr and all of his staff. I've been his patient for decades.

Horrible ER experience. Dr. Hawkins was extremely rude very unprofessional. I would like to discuss further details with someone that actually will do something about his unprofessional behavior. I will never go back to this Hospital. Ps this isn't the first negative review on Dr.Hawkins clearly there is a pattern of unprofessional behavior.

The nurses and Drs. are fantastic but their billing department is terrible. We were on a payment plan with them and I forgot a payment and paid it a coupld days late and they send the dang thing to collections without even a phone call or anything. I asked if they could bring it back and they tried everything for like an entire day and couldn't get it back. I have an 800 credit score and they sent me to collections like that and were not helpful at all. Now I have to work with a stupid collection agency, ridiculous!

I have never had a worse experience in a hospital!...

I have never had a worse experience in a hospital! My grandma was brought up by ambulance on Monday because she had a heart attack. Everything was fine until they moved her from the ICU. She got moved to the ICM and her room was filthy! The floor had dirt everywhere, the curtains were broken, the bathroom was gross and had garbage everywhere (my grandma hadn't used it she just got to the room) then my grandma starts smacking her lips like she is hungry (she can't speak, she had a massive stroke 17 years ago that left her right side paralyzed and she couldn't speak anymore). It was 2:00, my mom asked the nurse when she gets lunch and the nurse said when my grandma calls and orders it how would she order food if she don't talk? The nurse said yeah we were going to try and figure out how to get what she wants. Well when were you going to figure that out in a couple days? Shouldn't they have figured that out before hand? My mom talked to the director of hospital services about the issues we have had and she talked to housekeeping and a lady came to my grandma room, she was the most ignorant person! Told my mom to make her a list of things we didn't like about the room (with a nasty attitude) and was being rude!! Why would you put a patient in a filthy room? There were other rooms on the floor that were clean and they put her in one that was filthy!! My mom ended up telling the cleaning lady to get out of the room because she was so rude. Then we come up this morning to visit and find out she didn't get breakfast until after 10:00 when they finally figured out she hadn't ate anything, then we're sitting here in her room and the cafeteria calls the room and asks for my grandma to see what she wants for lunch. Are you freaking kidding me? Nobody had told them yet that she can't order for herself. So my mom ordered her lunch and dinner and told them she can't talk to order. So apparently talking to the director of hospital services didn't do anything and was a waste of time because she didn't freaking care enough to make sure my grandma could get her food. Not to mention the doctor hasn't talked to anyone in our family sense Monday! Normally you see our hear from the doctor everyday, they tell us he has talked to our grandma and she can tell us what he says.... what part of SHE CAN'T TALK does this hospital not understand?? And they knew she can't talk my mom has told them over and over and they are supposed to contact her but apparently they don't know how to communicate with each other and tell them to contact my mom. She has to stay for 4 more days and we are ready to request get moved to a different hospital! It seems like that don't care about their patients which is sad.

I went to the ER on 10/14/19. I was treated well, but was diagnosed with an infection, but it was actually an allergic reaction. The staff was very good to me. On 11/15, an infection control doctor I work with instructed me to go back to the ER and have them page him to come consult because it was getting worse. When I got there, I encountered four different people. Every one of them commented on how I did not give it even 24 hours. I explained to every one that I was instructed to come in by a doctor. The doctor at the ER would not call him, and the nurse, who was very rude the entire time, told me "The doctor will talk to who he wants to, not who you want him to." I felt really bad because of the treatment I got.

Had a COVID-19 test last week. The staff is very professional and friendly and the test took no time at all. I just feel sorry for the nurses having to be outside all day with winter setting in.

We visited the ER two times for what we told them was appendicitis. Both times the Doctor told us it wasn't. They ran a blood test but never did the MRI we asked for bc he didn't want our 17 year old to be exposed to the radiation. We were released the 2nd time with heartburn medication. We finally went to out PCP and she called the ER ahead and told them to fo the MRI. The Doctor said it was mild case looking at the pictures. My daughter finally got into surgery and that whole team was caring and amazing! The surgeon actually said my daughter's appendix was so badly infected and questioned me as to why I didn't bring her in sooner. Told him that we had been in the ER THREE times b4 being admitted. She stayed 3 days after her surgery and had a drain bag for almost 2 weeks after leaving. Hire better ER doctors!!!

I have had to use the ER twice now and each time I was seen very quickly (in under 10 minutes) and was treated with dignity and respect. Even though I declined, I was asked several times if I needed pain medication - first by the registration attendant, by the nurse, and by the radiology technician. My problem was very embarrassing to me, yet no one make me feel less than human.

I also had a surgery which required a 3 night stay and the staff were nothing short of incredible. Again, I was offered pain medication often which I gladly accepted in this situation. The nurses were respectful and I always felt as if they had my best interests at heart. I can t say the same for another local hospital I had to stay in.

Ogden Regional May be a smaller facility than other hospitals in the area, but you will be treated quickly, fairly, and like a human being. I will always choose this hospital over any other when I have a problem in the future.

Pleasant View ER. Can't say enough about this facility. Walked in and was seen immediately. I appreciated the speed this facility helped me. Kind, compassionate nurse who was present the entire time. Had multiple tests and was out within a few hours. Typically your not seen for a few hours but not at the Pleasant View ER. I walked through the door and was met by a kind security officer who ask me if I needed to be seen. I said yes and he quickly escorted me to a room and the nurse was in there almost immediately to find out what I was there for.
Appreciated all of the help at this facility for a scary medical situation.

I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of my physician and the CT Scanner technician. However, I felt somewhat neglected by the attending nurse, who never administered an anti-nausea IV medicine despite my apparent need for it and her promise to give it to me after she dropped the first one on the floor. I should not be charged for a med that was never given to me. In addition, the lack of concern for my comfortabilty led to a sore back that burdened me for days afterward, because the gurney and the pillow on it was not adusted appropriately to my needs. Nor was I asked whether I was comfortable despite all my pain. I did not feel that the nurse cared about my condition or my ease in the least.

They got me right in when I was super scared about my pregnancy and the fact that I was bleeding. They calmly told me that it could swing either way and thankfully the bleeding stopped. They immediately got an ultrasound, they took great care of me and treated me as a person. Will always go here and only here for any emergencies. They even answered all my silly side questions.

I was treated as if I was a KING or a very High Diplomat from the moment I arrived to the moment I was released. The Staff, Nurses, Doctors, the young lady doing the virus test at the entrance were all professional, courteous, respectful, considerate, gracious and very kind. I do recommend this Hospital to any one who has Health problems, these people do care about your well being despite all of the other patients they care for. Thank God we still have them at Ogden Regional Hospital. God Bless them and God keep them safe. We NEED THEM to keep us well and healthy. Stay Safe and God Bless you all.

On February 13th 2019 I had a colonoscopy at Ogden Regional Medical Center. Each time we have been to that hospital they have been efficient, caring and on time. It is extremely clean and I would recommend it to anybody and everybody. If there were more than five stars I would give it to them. On March 20 I went to have a mammogram and I was in and out of there in a half an hour. Kara was exceptionally caring and thorough.

I was treated so well. I was early for my appointment I was waiting in a waiting area in the hall by the Cancer treatment center. 2 employees from radiology walked by and asked if I was OK. I explained what I was doing. They were on a lunch break and still took time to get me a drink. I wish I had their names to thank them. The ladies from mammogram then walked by with their lunch. They asked if I needed help and I explained that was early for a mammogram. The ladies walked with to the mammogram waiting room and and started to get things ready for my mammogram without eating lunch. I told them I was ok to wait. That is the best experience I have had at ORMC. The ladies were the receptionist, and 2 mammogram techs. Thanks ladies. The ones who brought me the snacks was a man and lady.

Today I went in for a tour, the ladies at the front desk were really nice but when the nurse gave us the tour she was rude, she gave me dirty looks every time I asked any questions and she didn t even answer them, also she didn t showed me the facility properly, she just told us where to park and walk us to the room so we could check it out but didn t explain anything. I feel so anxious because I m going to have to deliver my baby here In September and I don t feel safe or comfortable with nurses like her

Amazing staff and doctors! My csection went smoothly. Myself and my newborn were well cared for at ORMC! Nurses were very caring and attentive to every aspect of our care. I loved the spacey room and the food. I thought the Ronald McDonald cart was amazing! There is a sense of family for sure at ORMC. I would choose them again in a heartbeat!!

Went here with my grandpa in January 2016 shortly before he passed away. He was treated like garbage. The hospitalists were not anywhere to be seen when we had questions. The nurses were treating him like he couldn't do anything for himself. They were also rude. They told him that he had to eat his food well blended for the rest of his life. When his primary and other doctors said that he could eat food regularly. He also went to the ER at this time by ambulance and it took them forever to preform tests when he was coughing up blood. If I would have to go to and ER I would go to McKay-DEE's ER. Only department I like here is the Labor and delivery.

The staff is wonderful and so inviting. Having a mammogram is not fun by all means but you feel welcome and important. Great experience always. I can go to either local hospital, but I pick Ogden Regional because of the staff.
