Very knowledgeable and helpful, wow if I could only get this kind of care for the customer everywhere. Helped me select a watch band, custom curved the pins, installed it, really I could mot be happier.

I've been coming to Clockmaster for 10 years. They have worked on all my watches from compete overalls to simple battery changes. Darlene has been a constant presence and is always delightful to speak with. Matt installed a new battery in my Breitling B1. An easy gentleman to deal with. I'm lost as to the bad reviews but I'll continue coming due to the great people and high quality work performed.

this guys a clown..i occasionally take wristwatches in for him to authenticate. he knows within 5 seconds, but goes in back, jerks me around for 10 mins, charges me $40, then gives me the verdict.

Super nice, knowledgeable folks!!! We needed a wind up key for a lovely 31 day Hamilton clock, we didn't bring the clock (duh) but they had a similar clock in back and hooked us up!!! DEFINITELY worth the drive from Alton Il. We'll be back if she doesn't work!! XO

AWESOME place. They put on my watch band for free. I went in with my Citizen watch and a band I bought online to replace it.

I fully expect to pay for the service of swapping bands.

After giving both to the very polite man. I browsed a little.

All of a sudden he said your done.

I asked, how much?

He said nothing.

I felt guilty. A nice lady standing by the counter said pay it forward.

I've been to Clockmaster for years.

I will only go there. Grandfather clocks run in the family.

If I ever need assistance with clocks, watches or anything else.

Clockmaster will always have my business.

I received the best service today from the very knowledgeable and friendly guys at the Clockmaster shop. I came in with a wristwatch that I couldn't figure out, and before I knew it, my watch was fixed up and while I waited they even adjusted the bracelet to fit on the watch I was wearing. Terrific gentlemen working there! Clockmaster in Brentwood is definitely the best watch repair shop in town. They know their stuff.

Hands down the best spot for clock repairs! Jim is the go to guru! Quick turn around and impeccable quality. He knocked out a George Nelson Ball Clock by Howard Miller OUT OF THE PARK! Thanks Clockmaster!

Incredibly disappointed with Clockmasters. Brought my Graham Silverstone Automatic watch in for service for condensation buildup under the crystal. After spending 675$ and over 3 months I finally got the watch back but it didn't keep time well and the calendar wouldn't work. So, I brought it back. 3.5 months later I got the watch back. It has run incredible slow for about a month and last week the minutes hand stopped working all together. I decided to bring it to Chesterfield Jewelers. They told me today that it had NO evidence of any work being done on it. I will now spend an additional 450$ for a complete overhaul and new spring. I will never bring another one of my watches back to them.

Charged $15 to spend 3 minutes taking out some watch bracelet links. Many places do this service for free, which is why I didn t stop them and ask price beforehand. Way too steep a price for a typically complimentary service.

I have purchased around 13 watches over the years. I know: How did that happen? Cheapies and gifts. 5 batteries died on my "babies". Reasonable rates and good service brings me back to Clockmaster. Small parking lot at strip mall where they are, but not usually a problem. Check ahead as they have new hours.

Terrible service. Do not ask them to fix your grandfather clock. It will take months after they said it would and they will insult your intelligence and make you feel 6 inches tall for asking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It took three months and two tries (and a hefty chunk of change) but they were finally able to repair my old Bulova schoolhouse clock so I'm very pleased. It was a gift from my husband more than 30 years ago and its ticking and chiming had marked the hours of our lives for all those years until it just stopped. Clockmaster first tried replacing the clockworks with an electronic motor (9 weeks!) but it just wouldn't do for a variety of reasons, the most important of which were that it no longer ticked and the chime was a tinny, ugly sound.Fortunately they had not thrown out the original mechanism so they agreed to try to rebuild it.That took 3 weeks but my clock is now working and my house once again sounds like my home! They aren't fast and they aren't cheap, but they are skilled and willing to stand behind their work.

Dropped off a watch in June for cleaning and new gaskets, just got it back after many calls (had to go in person also) and when I did try to pick it up it was not even working. What a joke. I will never use these folks again. Really poor service.
