Please watch out for taking out a mortgage with Obvion. Do not do it!! I had a mortgage with a life insurance policy in which an amount is saved with which the repayment mortgage must be repaid at the end of your mortgage or in the event of premature termination. However, as soon as my house was sold and the notary Obvion requested 2 weeks before delivery to settle the policy, she did not want to cooperate (which is really unusual and not done). The result is that the mortgage could not pass and we have problems.
Obvion's reaction is that because we have taken out a mortgage with another lender, they do not want to include the loss in the residual debt.
