When you end your mortgage you will receive various notifications that you have to pay for certain dates. If you are late, you will be charged a large fine. Sounds reasonable to me, but when they send an overview stating the amount you can receive, you have to wait a long time for your own money. Call customer service, and get the message: it is very busy, so it can take up to 6 weeks before you have deposited your OWN money into your bank account. The customer of the customer service cannot see when a cancellation is planned.

In summary, you have to pay on time, but when you can receive your money, they don't know.
So NEVER do more business with Obvion. Pity.
