What a horrible company.
For Melanie: never mind the complaint is already with the AFM.
Do not cooperate at all.
Do not partner with this organization.
Since this has become RABO BANK it is really terrible. Very customer-unfriendly and does not fulfill his duty of care.
Many a mortgage lender gets stains on his neck from this company.
