Review of Obvion

About 2 years ago took out a mortgage for a new-build home. At the time, the consultant specifically asked Obvion if the bridging could last longer than 2 years. This was not a problem (new home construction project is 3 years). But after 1 year we were already called by obvion when we put our current home for sale. Then indicated that the longer period of 3 years was aligned. After that, after much discussion, we finally got permission for a period of 3 years. For this reason, however, we are now in the intensive management department. Quite special since we have already paid a lot of extra and there are therefore no payment problems at all. The next problem that now arises is that Obvion has indicated that they will end our construction depot. We have already informed them several times that the house has not yet been finished (the construction time is 3 years, we have only been on the road for 2 years and a few months), but they have already extended the construction depot once for 6 months and can not be longer. So now we will not be able to pay our contractor because the depot has ended. This is really too bizarre for words, because if obvion does not want to close a construction depot for more than 2.5 years, they should never have accepted the mortgage. On the basis of the contracting agreement, etc., it is simply established how long a contractor may take, these agreements must be submitted to obvion during the granting of a mortgage. Therefore, if this does not fit into Obvion's policy, the mortgage request must be rejected and not accepted. We are also going to the Kifid with this complaint, but also wanted to put it here. We are not easily negative about a company, but do not take out your mortgage here! Do not do it!
