I had went into this store not knowing what I really wanted. Josh Rivera really helped me with my process. He was a great help and did an excellent job at helping me figure out what I wanted and needed. He was so friendly and such a joy to consult with ! I definitely recommend people to go in there and consult with him he was just extravagant !

This is the first time in my life that I had a pleasant, rewarding experience at a car dealer.
I had received an attractive offer from a Naples dealer on a Santa Fe while dealing with O Brien Hyundai on the internet. The O Brien offer was lower but I was reluctant to drive 25 miles to buy the car.
Adan, the sales mgr called me, offered to have the salesman pick me up in North Naples and made me an offer I couldn t refuse.
Danny M, the salesman, was perfect. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure , no bait and switch, they even lowered the price unsolicited by a small amount. Danny went over every feature of the technology laden car which arrived washed , with a full tank of gas.
I highly recommend O Brien and Danny without any reservation.

I brought my car in Monday afternoon to get a door handle and window worked on. Nick started the process he was very kind and helpful.
After two days and an issue that happened, Ernesto Gomez stepped in and completely resolved the issue and went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and I was left satisfied with my service. His customer service was absolutely wonderful! I could've left there very disappointed but he made sure I was taken care of. He made my week honestly, great people!

Typical car buying experience. Tried bait and switch, but had a screenshot of the car and price when I arrived. Employees were talking about customers badly in front of my wife sitting in the car. When we pointed that out we were made to wait 2 hours for finance guy to do paperwork.

After buying our brand new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe U...

After buying our brand new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate suv (on Jan 30,2018), a few days later we noticed the passenger headlight had condensation, brought SUV to replace the headlight. Also noticed in front seats there were something that would poke you in the thighs when you would be sitting, if you would run your hand you could feel little spike like plastic coming up. Upon replacement of the seats the trim piece would not properly fit back on the seat, Hyundai order a replacement, had to come back left the SUV, when coming back to pick it up, we were advise that they ordered the wrong part and we would have to come back another time to replace this. After that was replaced, brought SUV couple of weeks later the Trim panel around the front seat would not fit together properly. A week or so after the passenger seat trim panel popped loose again, part had to be ordered. A few weeks after lower seat trim on passenger seat was replaced and Hyundai was notified about a clicking noise that the steering wheel was making when you fully turn it. Another few weeks after that we noticed that the passenger side rear molding was sticking out about a quarter inch, SUV had to be sent to body shop, at same time we expressed our concerned about brakes squealing at low speeds problem was never fixed. After SUV came from body shop, once you would open the trunk you can hear a noise simulating that something is loose inside of the actual trunk door. A few days ago the BSDS system failure light came on while driving on I-75, this has happened twice so far. Another recent thing has been the stereo the music would be on and all of the sudden you could only here the back speakers and not the front, you would have to turn off the stereo and turn it back on for the speakers to function properly. The suv has been back in for repairs at the shop again for new seats, check out the bsds system, the brakes, the steering wheel noise, to get a new radio and to get looked at because the suv wipers are streaking. We have contacted the general manager various time to talk to and in one instance of the last day of the month he saw us and we asked to speak to him and he just closed the door and they told us he was going to call us and nothing. The manager rex gave us an attitude when we told him that we are being nice about the subject. We bought a brand new suv and now we are stock with a lemon and we don t have the money to get a lawyer, we trusted Hyundai and now we are even scared to drive this thing because of breaking. I left countless of emails and voicemails to the district manager D.H. Lee and no answers back. We spoke to the service manager and he said this which made us feel like we are hopeless thank you Hyundai.

Sorry for the delay. I have not yet heard back anything from Hyundai regarding your case. The only thing I have heard was from our rep, who advised me to advise you that if you are looking to have the vehicle repurchased under the lemon law, then you will need to go through the proper legal channels of the state of Florida. I legally cannot guide you through that process. However, there are laws in place to protect the consumer, and you are most certainly free to pursue that avenue. Our GM has been out of state. He gets back later this week, I believe.

Best experience by far purchasing a vehicle. By far THE BEST salesman was Carlos Verdura took care of us and offered the best price. Everyone in the showroom was cordial, attentive, and we were offered coffee and water while we waited a few minutes Carlos Verdura pleasure to work with and took special care . We felt no pressure dealing with our salesperson. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient. He did not aggressively pressure us to buy a car and was willing to work to a provide a great price for new car. We are very glad that we had good experiences in Fort Myers OBrien Hyundai center. Also we wanna say thank you to Cameron financial assistant, he was very helpful for us.

We have purchased 2 cars with O'Brien. Our 2nd purchase was with the help of Carlos. We went in with a trade in. We knew what we wanted a 2019 Hyundai Kona and our price point out the door! Carlos and the finance department delivered within our budget! We will continue to buy our vehicles with them and really enjoy every time we go even for an oil change! My lease with Toyota was ending, and ended up at O'Brien Auto Park to check out some new options. Justin Taylor worked super hard to get me exactly what I wanted in person as well as via texts and phone calls. He dealt with all of my lease end details with Toyota, and helped me get exactly what I wanted super quickly. He has followed up to make sure everything is still running smoothly as well. It's a really great feeling to know you're truly being taken care of, especially during buying a car (which is a big deal)! Highly recommend

I took my Sonata to O Brien in an emergency situation as the trunk release had broken and I was leaving the next day for 5 weeks.
I did not have an appointment but the service representative could not have been nicer and the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Spent 2 weeks looking for a car and decided to stop by O'Brien Hyundai to take a look at their selection. I was helped by Mark Forest their sales rep who was the most helpful, polite, and insightful sales rep I had met throughout my entire search. Mark was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from the test drive, to running the numbers, and finally applying for the loan! couldn't have asked for a better experience! will definitely recommend O'Brien to my friends and family. Service is great... always. The only complaint that I have is the person who moved the car into the shop feels he has to adjust the driver's seat to his own personal preference. He's only moving the car 50 feet. Does he really have to screw up my seat preference???
This is not the first time this has happened.

I had scheduled an appt to see the latest 2014 Equus and was met at the door. Immediately I was shown to the latest cars by a very qualified salesman who demonstrated many of the features before we went on a test drive. We went on a 15 minute test drive trying out many of the features. Upon return to the showroom, I was made an offer I couldn't refuse. While the paperwork was done quickly, I was checked on by the salesman several times. I was offered beverages, more comfortable places to sit, etc. Each step of the way was easy and concise. While the paperwork was being done, my salesman transferred all of my things from my old car to the new once the new one had been thoroughly detailed. He sat in the car again with me going over any questions that I had. We scheduled another appt for him to program my CD player, answer follow up questions and have one thing added that I wanted. He even is going to come to my home to help me program my garage door into the car. Now that is service! I can't say enough about the service, treatment, and helpfulness the team at O'Brien provided...not to mention a GREAT DEAL on the car.

Miguel truly is the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live in Ohio, he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past 3 weeks. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Miguel has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car arrived yesterday and looks fantastic- I will be referring friends to him, despite the fact he is out of state, and definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from him.

Nothing but a head ache and complete frustration. Never ever again will I use them or recommend them. They are completely useless and could care less about consumers. Over all. Compete a**holes

I was riding past the dealership Saturday morning and noticed the price on a vehicle parked on the corner as you enter the lot. Didn t have time to stop, so I tell myself to come back after work. I came back, spoke with the salesman to make sure that was the price of the car. He assured me what s on the windshield is the price! I test drive the vehicle and told the salesman I ll buy it. I told him I would take my vehicle I m driving now and pick up my wife and transfer this plate. I leave to pick up my wife and return. The salesman comes out with some other guy saying he put the wrong price on the car! He couldn t sell it to me at that price. Then the sales manager comes out and says the same thing but was very rude and walked off saying something to another salesman that didn t sound nice. I told him if had anything to say to me, say it to me, don t walk away and say it to your coworker!! He was very rude and I asked for his name and they refused to give his name! Everytime I go to Obrien Hyundai I have a bad experience and I have bought 2 Genesis from Tamiami Hyundai and now a Equus, not to mention numerous other cars my family have purchased from Tamiami!! Some off the staff there sucks!! Rex Moonshower is the sales manager that was very rude and unprofessional. And another sales manager Adan Hernandez came from behind the counter to try and intimidate me and tell me to leave the premises. If I could rate Obrien a 0, that s what I would rate them. They didn t even try to negotiate a price on the vehicle either!!

He took the time to determine the best car for my needs and to explain all features after purchase. I also ended up trading in my vehicle here since Adan offered me a better trade in.

I have two cars through this dealership plus numerous service calls and have gotten A+++ service no matter what or who. Most recently purchased a vehicle through Fedner who takes customer service to another level. Laid back yet knowledgeable, and took wonderful care of my family and I not just as customers; I can tell he cares for his clients. Of course they wanna sell, but this guy was just "cool" is the best way to say it. Oh, and by the way, they have REALLY good coffee.

Dave from Sales was very friendly upon meeting me and setting up a test drive for the vehicle. On the day I leased the car, he had the utmost professionalism. I would highly recommend Dave at O'Brien Hyundai.

Kyle from Service was very helpful in setting up the following oil change appointment over the phone, as well as friendly upon completion of the service. The other service personnel were professional and helpful in greeting me and processing the paperwork. The oil change went very well.

We limped in with an intermittent issue at 4 pm on a Friday that another local dealer only cleared the code on two days before. O'Brien Advisor Edgar Braddock couldn't have been more friendly and competent. They diagnosed and solved the issue with ease. O'Brien is an hour from home, but I will continue to depend on them for service.

This place tried to bring out an offer that was well above the listed sticker price. I asked about the price being wrong and was told the sticker prices had went up and they haven't change them yet. I asked if they would honor the sticker price that was on the car at the time of me being there and they said no. I then wanted to leave however they still had my key to the vehicle we were trading in. I asked for the key several times. Instead of getting the key I got some kind of fake manager named ADAN. He was extremely rude and told me and my wife "I guess you didnt come her to buy a car then". As he walked away. I expected this was the end of it however then another manager comes out named CHARLIE who was just as rude and continued to try to get us to discuss a deal. He finally walks away waving his papers at me and my wife saying "I was just going to make you a deal but whatever" also as he walked away. Still no keys to leave. Finally my wife asks our original salesman ALEX again if he could please get our keys so we could leave. He finally shows up with the keys and followed us all the way out to our car trying to get us to talk. This was the worst car dealership experience I have ever had!!!

Our 6-year-old Subaru Impreza was in an accident just before Christmas of 2018. We knew we wanted another Subaru and I sent Erik an e-mail from India describing the details of the car we wanted and that we prefered owning to leasing and that we would need financing. Between them, Justin, Zak and Erik quickly sent us a photo of exactly the car we wanted. We returned from India at the end of March and had the car to drive home within a single day! That is certainly worth a five-star review.

Almost walked away because of poor salesmanship but whilst leaving , decided to ask a group of salesmen if anyone was interested in helping us and Nathan was the first one to jump at the opportunity. He apologized for the service that we had received and promised to give us great experience! Within five minutes, he was able to find several matches to what I was looking for. He made the buying experience super simple and this is coming from someone who has been shopping for new car for eight months and has been to over a dozen dealerships in Florida . Nathan went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely helpful. I am very happy with my new purchase! I highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Excellent time here. They make you feel comfortable. Especially the sales man I had by the name of Luis in the Hyundai building. Such a gentleman. Most definitely know his job. This company will work with despite the background. Despite your credit history. And they don't mind trade-ins. Free refreshments comfortable seating excellent hospitality. Will be posting picture later. Of the establishment and my brand new cars. Lets not forget the 2,000 dollars rebate either I found this place perfect.

We successfully completed the purchase and received assurances that our experience would not be duplicated and more training would occur for the staff that didn't quite work well for us. Thanks O'Brien Hyundai for your responsiveness and quick action to set this situation right.

Bad experience tonight trying to buy a used BMW. Salesman was nice but never introduced himself. When we sat down to talk money he told us it is O'Brien's policy that they will not negotiate on used cars. We told him what we'd like to pay, but he said no and came back with a pricing sheet and another gentleman who didn't introduce himself either. He talked very quickly and told us they couldn't negotiate. We told them no thanks and that we appreciated their time. Then guy #2 says, well what if we could get you XXprice, would you buy it tonight? We said yes. (Didn't want to point out that this was negotiating, but ok) Then guy #1 took the offer to someone else, came back and said they couldn't do the price their own salesman had suggested! What a waste of an evening! If you guys want to sell that car you know how to find us, but some of your folks clearly need lessons in professionalism.

HOWEVER be very wary of finance department. They tried to be very sneaky, change my rates after I left with the car. Come to find out they ve been accused of yoyo financing a number of times. Had a really bad experience with Evan in the finance department. Just be careful!

Bought a 2020 Palisade remotely from the Atlanta, GA area. While the communication could have been better at times, overall the experience was very easy and very good. Called on a Saturday about the car, flew down the following Saturday. Was picked up at the airport and on my way home within 2 hours of landing. Great dealership. The people are great! The service isn't the best. We had an oil change and they don't check other fluids. At one time they topped off all fluids when we received service. They checked the battery but forgot to close the plastic cover on one of the terminals. They said the battery was good but 2 days later it would not start the car. I think some people just don;t care and do just enough to get by.

Just bought a Santa Fe from O'Brien and the experience was wonderful. Nino Mannino was very attentive both during the buying experience and the couple of times I was there after. This was my first experience buying a car in Florida and the 2nd time I've bought a Hyundai. My last car was a Lincoln MKX and to be honest the Hyundai had all the bells and whistles but not the high ticket price. I would recommend Nino to anyone, very personable and he really seems to care about you!!! Thanks Nino!

But during the coming months, there were promised promotions that weren't being honored or attached with certain conditions. Be wary of what's written down, for review with a third party and don't be pressured.

The service advisor (Eddie Braddock) was very rude...

The service advisor (Eddie Braddock) was very rude. He basically said I was fat and that I caused the weather stripping on the driver side door to rip by getting in and out of my less than a year old Tucson. As a courtesy he will replace it at no cost and notify me by postcard when the part is in so I can bring it in for service. In the meantime, I received an email stating that my car was ready after being serviced and the car was in my driveway not at the dealership. They need to get a better service department. I will be going to a different Hyundai location for any future service.

Had our daughters vehicle in for service. Got a call from Jose the service advisor to discuss the issue. He explained the process and then called back to say it was repaired and ready. All before noon. Now thats good service. We will be back.
