The service advisor (Eddie Braddock) was very rude. He basically said I was fat and that I caused the weather stripping on the driver side door to rip by getting in and out of my less than a year old Tucson. As a courtesy he will replace it at no cost and notify me by postcard when the part is in so I can bring it in for service. In the meantime, I received an email stating that my car was ready after being serviced and the car was in my driveway not at the dealership. They need to get a better service department. I will be going to a different Hyundai location for any future service.
