I recently brought my car here for service a few months back. I ran into a problem with my oil burning fast and my warranty was almost up. Ernesto was my service rep. He was polite and helped me thru the whole process. Even kept me posted on status of my car while in shop. He gave his all when helping me with my problem. One day he called me with good news! I took rental back and was a happy customer! I will be going back for future service appointments and whenever I need a new car! Thanks Ernesto!

This was by far the easiest transaction I've ever experienced when buying a car!
The salesman Steven was patient, understanding and not too pushy!
The sales manager made the deal happen and Dave in financing was very efficient and didn't make me spend the entire day there like I have in the past with other dealerships!
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new/used car!

This was the best experience ever buying a car if you are tired of dealing with a bunch of scammers and thief s in other places come and buy here, their online process was super super friendly and they even gave me an out the door price by email ...and short from signing the papers online everything was done remotely and by the time I got there they actually kept their word ! Gabriel Martinez was the sales representative on site and he did an amazing job helping me finish the paperwork and getting the final details and Charlie Biddle gave me the online quotes, they made a new, safe and reliable suv for my parents a reality, thanks you guys

I hate going to car dealerships because of the str...

I hate going to car dealerships because of the stress and pressure that always comes along with it. But when we got to Hyundai it was quite the opposite, Nino greeted us and from the beginning I could tell it was going to be a pleasurable experience. Nino was AWESOME, he was down to earth and was there to HELP. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and the sales they had going on. He made recommendations when he needed to and above all he listened to what we wanted. He did a great job of getting to know us and it felt genuine- not fabricated just to make a sale. I wish all car salesman were like Nino! We ll be back and it ll be because of him!

Ive been too a quit a few dealers and mechanic shops .here they do not care about your car it any manner whats so ever . also YOUR ON THEIR TIME. another thing i noticed ,every car the went out of site , reports came back with bad diagnostics .something wrong .a little strange

I wish I could give zero stars. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here. I was looking for a car last July, and admittedly had a very small down payment... After looking into one car they had available; I was ready to buy it. After they found out I had a small down payment, they were such jerks, I was appalled! It was RIDICULOUS, they laughed at my down payment in front of my face basically said I would never be able to make the payments & then REFUSED to send it through to their credit companies.

So I went right down the street to AUTO NATION TOYOTA & they financed me like the next day. I even tried to go back like 3x and speak with someone about just TRYING to send it through & they wouldn't. Unprofessional, rude & just plain mean.

Now a year later, I'm looking for a new car again. I won't even TRY to go there. It's just not worth it.

My experience at this dealership was, awesome, was superb, impeccable, it was even more than excellent, the service was beyond our expectation after visiting two other dealerships. Entering the parking lot, i saw three young men with smiles on their faces, one immediately exited the building and headed straight to our vehicle and assisted us out. We learned that his name was Paul Mcrae. He was very attentive, was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we got the vehicle with all the feature we desired and though it was late in the evening, he stayed with us until all our paperwork was completed. Even when the deal was closed he still followed up with us to get feedback on the vehicle. The team O'Brien Hyundai -Fort Myers was excellent, they treated us like family and not just a regular customer. If there was a scale of merit from 1-10, with 10 being the highest, we would have scored them 11. Good work team!!!!!.

Exceptional service from our salesman, Rob Sager. as well as the gentleman in finance who assisted with our sale. Cameron Payne was thorough, and took the time to explain everything calmly and left us without feeling overwhelmed. Many thanks to the sales manager, Charlie, who graciously worked out an exceptional offer for us. This is our family's fifth purchase from O'Brien. Their entire team is excellent.

Had to have my car towed into service for a new fob key and the service advisor, Jason, who handled my vehicle, was awesome! He communicated everything that was going on, from when they ordered the new fob and every process that transpired with my service. Called me when I asked him to and gave me great details. Very friendly, great service. It was really nice going to a service dealer that made me feel comfortable that they had my vehicle and confident that they would handle it well. Jason was a really nice dude and I appreciated his nice customer service skills.
I'd definitely go back here again for other sevices if need be. Thanks O'Brien's!

Bought a 2017 Sante Fe Sport 3 yrs ago from Todd, who was the #1 sales associate at that time. 80,000 miles later, I scheduled an oil change last Friday and received a call from Pamela offering a $50 gift card for a test drive. She introduced me to William, the #1 sales associate today and we went home with a new Tucson! Great experience. When you go to O'Brien's ask for William. There's a reason he's #1...Thanks William. Kudos to all there. Friendly, honest and knowledgeable. We'll be back!

Brought our 2013 Outback in for repair and had them tell us the wheel bearings were bad.Now having been a mechanic my whole life, I tried to tell them I was pretty sure that was not the noise and it sounded like it was coming from inside the tire. They insisted it was wheel bearings and they go out all the time, so I let them replace them. well guess what, when I picked my car up it still made the same noise. Brought it back and they realized the tire pressure moniter broke off in tire. they fixed it but refused to make good on they're screw up. Charged me $800.00 for a $150.00 repair.

Phones ring but nobody answers them.I leave messages and nobody calls back. Within a week I had five calls in to get a coupon for window tinting honored. I don't think that phone is hooked up to anything. I have a call in with the service manager who never called me back. I did receive a callback in regard to bluelink but the woman I spoke to might just be the rudest person I have ever spoken with on the phone.

Go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.

My wife and I spent most of our car search at O'Brien trying to decide on a new daily driver for her. Our depth of indecision was easily met by the vast amount of patience and knowledge by the O'Brien team. After we keyed in on the Mazda 6 and Subaru Legacy, Bob Stead demonstrated every aspect of the cars as if he knew the designers and builders personally. While we were still on the fence, Bob introduced us to Matt Toney, who is equally well versed on the Hyundai side of the O'Brien house. Neither of them were territorial about making the sale. Instead, it was clear to my wife and I that Bob and Matt cared more about seeing us in the right vehicle than merely "selling" us. They treated us more like old friends than just customers. Because of their concern for our best interests, they've earned our trust and we will continue to be future customers because of it!

O'Brien gave me a fair price for the used car I bought recently and they matched a higher value I received for my trade-in from Car Max. My salesman, Mark Forest, gave me all the information I needed with no pressure. The finance department found me the best interest rate. I highly recommend O'Brien Hyundai.

They do not follow thru on their referral bonus money promises. They told me they were sending out a check 3 weeks ago. Still haven't received it. They keep ducking my calls when I call to ask about what's going on. Not Impressed considering both my brother and girl friend have bought from them.

They were able to meet my requests and discuss everything I needed to know about how I was purchasing my vehicle and what the best options were for me. I believe this place and the salesman who helped me both deserve a 5 star!
I am a first time car buyer and I dealt with pushy car salesmen who were rude and didnt care about my interest or feeling at other dealerships, however my experience here was the complete opposite. My salesman Jason Gerdin helped me with the car I initially came for and when it didnt feel right, he helped me look and find the car that felt perfect for me and hit every single thing I was looking for, I felt as if my needs were met as I was treated with respect and above and beyond helpfulness that definitely sets a new standard for willingness to help and being kind not only for salesmen but people in general. The rest of the staff were also really kind and made the process nice and smooth. Thanks again to Jason, along with Josh and Stewart!

Typical car dealer, you can`t trust car dealers, all make nice until you go to close the deal they change.

We went to buy a Tucson and trade in our car. That same day we purchased a Tucson they transfered the trade in plates to the Tucson. We had to go back the next day and on the way back decided to keep the trade in car, we were only going to get $2100 in trade. Long story short they screwed up the plates.

Go there only as last resort!!!!!!!!!!!!

We brought the car in, a 2008 Hyundai 4 cyl. Sonata, because of (2) recalls.
We presume they were looked at and corrected, if in fact
there was a corrective service required.
The only question I have is why the technician didn't turn the TPMS
light off, on the dashboard?
I've owned a lot of cars, over the years and this one, by far is the best
car I've owned. In 175,000 miles, we've just replaced the tires a second time
and the breaks, only once (We finally did the rears, at 170,000). That's it,
besides regular oil changes and (1) transmission fluid change. It hasn't even
needed an engine tune-up.

Me and my friend came in to look at a few Toyota's that we saw listed online. When we got in we asked for Matt McKellop (he's usually over in the Subaru showroom but he's AMAZING) who already left for the day so we were paired with Bill. Worst car buying experience of my life. First thing first, we went over the standard desking process, asked how much I could put down where I wanted my payments to be and if I wanted to get "pre-approved", of course I said yes. Well the "pre-approval" was actually them just pulling my credit. When he congradulated me and said he's going to show me something better, but in reality he just showed me a base model Hyundai Accent . The test drive was very rushed, he kept trying to show the vehicle features as I drove. While on the test drive he vented about another custoer who refused to buy a car without her husband being present and how those type of customers bothered him. When we got back to the dealership he was confident he had me sold, except I never even saw the cars I came from. He got me numbers from his managers where they bumped the price up from the listed MSRP found on the website almost 3k so they could show "discounts" B.S. I know the game and I'm not easily fooled. Once I let him know that I would like to take some time to think about it he started flipping out on me. He accused me of lying about having my down payment and said some very condescending things. When my friend spoke up, he told her to be quiet she's not the one buying a car. And again, I NEVER SAW THE CARS WE CAME INTO SEE. Overall, I had a very terrible experince, If you decide to shop I'd steer clear of this arrogant, pompous, megalomanic of a sales person.

Our shopping experience here was awesome. We would recommend this place to everyone. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left.
Jessica our sales girl spent so much time with us explaining every option of our new Santa fe. She would not stop to we understood every option. We had a 2017 Sonata and still did not know how to use those options because they were never explained to us. She even stayed four hours after they closed to get the deal done with us, Also Charlie and Rex gave us a great deal as well. So we will recommend this place to everyone. We actually left Gettel Hyundai showroom in Sarasota to get this deal and Charlie and Jessica stayed on there own time to get this deal. WE did not leave here until 12:30 am and I think they close at 8 or 8:30 not sure. Thank you so much for everything you had done for us. They told us they would love to take every deal away from Gettel so start shopping here.
