when I called the service desk, the person on the line quickly became irritated and started beating on his table
I too was helped by this lady, rude and not customer-friendly. The conscious lady of the software sales department VMWare & Veeam does not enjoy her work with pleasure but reacts grumpy. I thought she treated me rude.
