I worked with Rob Sager in sales at O'Brien Hyundai and was super impressed with him for his knowledge and professionalism about the Hyundai cars. He was also very personable which means a ton when you're shopping for a new car. I can't believe how many sales people at dealerships DON'T call back after a visit, but Rob called not only once but twice to keep trying to help me find a car. I decided not to buy a car at this time, but still highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for a Hyundai-Suburu-Mazda at O'Brien in Ft. Myers!

Be careful here they will try to weasel out of warranty work and charge a lot for simple fixes. You deal with the right people and make sure they know you know what you are talking about you will be fine.

I have not purchased a car from a dealership in 20...

I have not purchased a car from a dealership in 20 years so I was understandably nervous. Jack Asta spent hours with me walking me through everything and was fabulous. Bill in the finance department was funny and fast and also walked me through just like Jack. They made a nerve wracking experience go so much easier and I left that night with my new (new to me) car. I would and have already recommended Jack as someone they should see if they are looking to buy a car. The receptionist was also wonderful and I spoke with her several times (sorry I didn't get your name).

The worst people in town!!! So bad that when I leave this place, I have to take my car to another shop to fix what they screwed up.1 they said I needed a new radiator because it was leaking . Well after taking it to another shop for 2ND opinion. They said who told you that!!! Turns out it was the AC . 2 They told me I needed new brake pads, 2opinion to another shop AGAIN. They said I still had 75 percent of pad left. 3 Went for a recall car was fine on the way there, but when I got it back the check engine light was on . So there we go turned around to take it back. They told me it was the map code to the engine and they did not have anything to do with that. SO in short if you want to throw thousands out the window on parts you don't need . Just take your car to these guys. Plan on taking this up to there customer service department , they just don't care. Maybe wink news can shed some light on this subject.

Danny Millans was a great young man very knowledgeable and patient with us. We already bought 2cars from him. My husband bought a 2020 Hyundai Tucson and I bought a 2020 sonata 2 month ago. Highly recommended!!!
I know Danny will be there for us always!

I arrive with my car at 8am, my brother had given ...

I arrive with my car at 8am, my brother had given me a decent amount of cash and I had it in my backseat ( I Know for sure!!) the manager made me question my sanity and make me think like all this could have been my fault! I go to a gas station and they only accept cash so I go and grab for my cash that is missing... I had only been to the service center then the gas station. Right away I call O'Brien and a service guy was concerned and told me to come in. I come in and sit down with Ryan Holly, he is the service manager. He tells me "well I did my investigation and none of my guys would steal any money and that there were "witnesses" Saying there is nothing I can do for you.. He says you must've misplaced it or that it must be at home... making me once again question my sanity!! I call the police but go figure there is no surveillance cameras! I was made out to be the liar here. It's all a lesson to not trust this service center and be more careful. I just wanted everyone to be aware of this and make sure there are no valuables in your car. Maybe O'Brien should install cameras to make sure the "trustworthy" mechanics are actually doing there job. I really felt belittled, undervalued, and pathetic going in there of course crying my eyes out to a manger who was uninvolved and harsh.

Pretty embarrassing place. I went here just to get bluelink set up on my Genesis and everyone is slouching in the seats, no greeting. Guy tells me someone will be out shortly and I can sit and watch TV. No one comes out for 30 mins, I just left. This happened 3 times now and bluelink is still not set up. I've left message on a lady's voicemail that sets it up no return call. This is only the inside sales area, no experience with service. Needless to say I take my Genesis to Audi of fort Myers (great service) and have sent documents in to bluelink to do it myself.

Our sales person, Juan, was so helpful and readily available. He answered all our questions and he was very patient while we looked over the choices many many times. Also, they are much more reasonable with working with us on pricing. We felt we left with an excellent deal and a great vehicle. We definitely recommend O'Brien!

I d give 50 stars. As a new driver getting a first car, they were top notch amazing service! After going to over 15 different places, I knew as I was greeted and welcomed this was the place !
PAUL ! Was my salesman, I could go on about the outstanding quality and respect and comfort he provided. He took his time, went through all aspects and made sure my requests and concerns were all attended and serviced for! He was my first car, and hopefully every car after ! Highly recommend, if you need a car or any service question, he is the man to talk to !

We had a bad experience here. My wife and I were trying to purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe from the O Brien Hyundai dealership in Ft. Myers. We had constant trouble with the communication. We had been told twice that we will do the deal and that s a deal , when it turns out we didn t. I had asked for the numbers in writing, and had gotten the wrong vehicle listed and I could not get proper details behind the numbers. I then took a different approach and asked for the out the door price. I could not seem to get that number confirmed in any writing. I got many text messages and phone conversations that were rude and unclear.

Hyundai website and O'Brien's website advertises Shopper Assurance, Car Buying made simple, Transparent pricing, Streamline purchase , and stress-free car shopping . Our experience did not have any of these.

This seems to be a trend in the car sales business in Florida. Their websites advertise a price and when you try to make a deal, you cannot get that price. There are dealer fees added on and credits you don't get.

We were headed back up to Wisconsin and needed an oil change. We called in the morning and they got us in right away. The check in process was quick, staff was very friendly. We had some specific requirements as we were headed back into a very cold climate and they took care of everything. They explained the cost up front and they were what we expected. No surprises. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Couldn't be happier with my new G90 than I am. It's a great car and the staff at O'Brien was amazing. My sales representatives were John Ruiz and Michael Uhl. Their sales manager is Adan Hernandez.

All were instrumental in my decision. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive without being over-bearing. In a word: PROFESSIONALS.

I searched for a month to find a Palisade in the colors I wanted (worked with 5 other dealers in the Tampa area). I finally found the perfect vehicle at O'Brien Hyundai of Fort Myers. Thanks to Edgar Lopez for all the help in securing this vehicle. We emailed back & forth for 2 hours. Edgar had so much patience, answered all my questions and concerns with the utmost attention and in a timely manner. We were able to come to an agreement on price that was good for me and for them. I have had the Palisade now for 3 days and all is well. Edgar did go through all the gadgets but it was a bit overwhelming, so I am slowing learning and implementing things. When I arrived at O'Brien's Edgar had all the paperwork ready, the vehicle was ready, we went for a test drive, and the whole process took about 2 hours. Buying a new vehicle is so stressful but when I found Edgar at O'Brien's he made everything run so smoothly I had no worries.
I am so glad that I widened my search to 100 miles from home. My only regret is that I don't live closer, so I can take the vehicle to O'Brien's for servicing. I highly recommend O'Brien Hyundai of Fort Myers and Edgar Lopez as your internet/sales person..

Fedner went above and beyond in guiding me step by step through the process and even helped me clean out my old vehicle. Overall, an efficient and friendly place to shop for your next vehicle

Very friendly & timely staff; there s never a moment that you re sitting around thinking, where did the sales rep go? I really liked that because most times, sales reps just disappear on the floor.

Carlos was really friendly & inviting... he was a pleasure to work with. He was never pushy & I never felt obligated to make a decision. Adan & Rex (both managers) were also very professional & easy to talk to.

Great staff & place to come & buy a car. You ll feel very comfortable & they re willing to help you meet your personal budget. I just bought my second car from them. Recommend friends + family.

I am very disappointed with the service and experi...

I am very disappointed with the service and experience I had this past week in getting a repair done on my car. My driver side mirror was replaced, the only thing that was 'ok' was the time it took to actually replace the part. The paint job is awful. There is paint on the mirror and the back of the casing has odd bubble/ridges on it/in the paint. For $400+ I expected a much more professional, near perfect job.

Also, they tried to sell me an air filter that I did not need. The one they showed me was NOT from my car. I looked at mine when I got home and it looked nothing like the one they showed me, and did not in fact need replacing as it still had plenty of white showing. In addition, $50+ for an $8 part, referring to the A/C cabin filter they tried to sell me, is also ridiculous! I replaced that part myself in less than 5 minutes, no way does that constitute charging $50+ for replacement.

The only reason I have used your dealership is for warranty issues and recently for replacing the driver side mirror because you had it in stock.

I would definitely not give my recent experience with this dealership 5 stars. I will say, one thing that was improved over last time was I was not harassed the entire time by a sales associate.

10/10 all around. Amazing employees and customer service. I m completely in love with my new car purchase. Rex & Jessica are the dream team. They truly listen to what you want. All my questions were answered right away. Best car buying experience I ve ever had. I highly suggest finding your future car here. You won t regret it.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I pleasantly surprise that I was told my car didn t need a tire rotation. I was very grateful to Nick Vella for telling me the truth about that. And not charge me for doing something that wasn t needed. He also explained that my car was going to need some more regular Mantanice. Like starter/ generator belt and fuel system service. I like the fact that he wasn t pushy for a sale right then and now. He gave me the up front price on both. Then let me know whenever I was ready to do the service he recommended. He would be happy to help. Five stars for Nick. For not pushing the sales. I appreciate that very much. I will return for those Mantanice recommendation and ask for Nick.

Thank you O BRIEN HYUNDAI for having such a good honest customer service. Thank you Nick Vella. You really made my day.

If the review have cero, cero would be. Please my recommendation is if you have a self respect for yourself do not go to this place ( o'brian) dealership. The worth. They treat you like dirt. From your first visit to whatever service you need. Yes need, no body goes to a service at the dealership if they have other options and they treat you like garbage and serve you like garbage too. To much to explain in a single review. No customer service, no respect, no quality at all.

I took my 21 year old daughter to purchase her first car. Our salesman Alberto was Amazing and Spectacular. He took his time and was not pushy. After 2 hours we found her car! I want to be VERY clear that the reason for the low rating is SOLELY related to the General Manager. There was an error made on the negotiated price by the dealership of $300. Please understand , I did not haggle for the car price and even accepted a lower amount of $1000 on my trade in because my daughter loved the car. I asked that they honor their deal. However, when I was told that the GM would not assume responsibility for the dealer pricing error of $300 and that I had to assume that cost we walked. I find it incredible that not only would they Lose a solid sale but also be so very petty. It was their fault and they should have been honorable and DO THE RIGHT THING!In fact, this decision indicates that the GM of O Brien Fort Myers does not care about it s customers nor it s hardworking sales staff. I m sorry for my daughter but know the universe will lead us somewhere better!

If you need a car go see JOSH. I went in today ( first time stepping foot in a dealership ) with terrible anxiety and I felt like I ve known this man for years. Straightforward and to the point. He even went to the store and got my son snacks !! I was also with my grandmother who also got a new lease and she helped her every step of the way, got her phone hooked up etc. Very respectable gentleman, I would 100% recommend!
