Their service is excellent. Always professional, courteous and respectful. Their waiting area is comfortable, coffee, bottled water and snacks are provided as is a courtesy car wash. I've been happy with the level of service I've gotten from them. They keep my Elantra running like new.

Had my kids with me one of them super hipper but he s a father and understood the challenges of having kids and dragging them along to a long process such as car buying. Amazing experience!! My husband and I went to O Brien Hyundai a year ago because we needed a new car, we went back this year to get a bigger size since our family grew and Joe helped us again. Like the first time , Joe answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend him for any of your car needs. He is great!

Everyone was very courteous from the moment I drove in. My service advisor Matt answered any questions i had and explained things thoroughly. I was quoted 1.5 hrs wait time and I was rolling out just in an hour.

Not real happy with O'Brien. Every time I get service at this location they find something wrong. Last time they pulled out a thorn out of my tire and then told me i needed a tire. Of course they could have told me first and i could have made that call. I feel that since I am a woman they try to take advantage of me. This time they said had to jump my car before they could do the recall. They of course suggested that they could put a new battery in for $275. I did not accept the offer because I was not having any problems with my car just a recall. I took my car to auto zone and they checked the battery and said that nothing was wrong. Very disappointed but it wont change my mind about Hyundai. I love my car and will probably get another Sonata.

Took my 2012 Santa Fe in awhile back for a transmission shifting problem. Transmission would delay shifts causing increased RPM. Service Department was excellent. Although they could not find a fault code, they nevertheless took the time to reset the computer to factory specs. Problem solved. Service was completed quickly without any charge and vehicle returned in spotless condition. Best of all, the service rep did not try to sell me a laundry list of suggested maintenance extras as many other car dealers tend to do. Love O'Brien from purchase to service.. Will be my first stop for future purchases. Best there is.

I'd LOVE to write this review. but I'll go ahead and let the Florida State Attorney General's office contact my unethical salesman and Chief Finance officer of O'Brien Hyundai. Good job, gentlemen on NO ethics in my interaction with your "dealership". Way to take advantage of a single mother that just moved to Florida. Kudos! Look for a phone call and/or paperwork, not from me, but from your State Government;) That's a promise. As I'm a Veteran (20 years retired Air Force), that is icing on the cake.

This place is terrible...went here about three years ago to look at some sonatas, lady said the bank wouldn't finance me because there was too many miles on the car and I have a 600 plus credit score. I ended up buying a slightly older Honda same amount of miles and was able to get it financed.

Then she tried to sell me a car that had oil all over the front seat, so unprofessional. I looked at her like she was crazy. She said oh no big deal I can have it detailed. I get it not every scenario is going to be perfect when buying a car but a car covered in oil? And she expected me to test drive it.

My coworker just dealt with this same dealership, they sold him a 2012 Cadillac with a bad transmission. Luckily he was able to get his money back and go elsewhere. Bottomline, they have a good reputation until you actually go there. I was very disappointed with my experience altogether. This is the second horror story I've heard with them, go elsewhere.

I purchased a second vehicle from O'Brien a week ago, a new Hyundai Elantra, from the same salesman, Dave. I live in Sarasota but again drove past two dealerships to go to O'Brien, where I was given the best deal after comparing models and prices. Buying cars is one of the most hassling things you can do in your life, if you don't want hassle-free, I would recommend O'Brien.

I have a Hyundai Santa Fe in which was starting to leak on the passenger side a couple months ago. I took it in to fix it in which I paid for. 2 weeks later after they fix it it started leaking again, so I took it in again and you guys did the same thing. Then after 5 months, the same problem continued AGAIN. I brought my car in for the third time and the advisor on the front desk told me that it would be free to fix due to the 1 year warranty, then 2 hours later, he told me the charge would be $720 which is simply ridiculous since they told me it was under the 1 year warrantyif I bring the car for sane problem . They didn t even fix my car the first time, second time . I am not happy at all with you service.

Such a great experience from what was supposed to be window shopping to getting a great deal on a new Hyundai. Walking into any dealership has always been dreadful and anxiety ridden until we came across O Brien Hyundai. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely helpful and patient rather than feeling pressured as I have at any other place. Our salesman Nate was honest, helpful and strait to the point. He made our car buying experience as smooth and easy as possible. Every question was answered and there was no run around what so ever. I have always felt the pressure to buy or manipulation and empty promises from dealers in the past until this weekend when everything we were told stood true. Our expectations were exceeded and we could not be happier.

I found a vehicle I was interested in on the website, and when we went down there a gentleman called Joe was standing outside. It was absolutely pouring down rain but he still went and found the car for me. It seemed fairly far away, as it took a moment but he was super patient with me when we went for a test drive.

I had never actually driven in rain, and had only gotten my license the day before. He was super encouraging, patient and kind. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Brought my 2016 Hyundai in April 10, 2018 for
regular service. Oil change, lube, tire rotation etc. When done I checked the tires to see if they had been rotated, they were NOT. How I know this is because I wrote the serial numbers down. Spoke with the "adviser " Eddie Braddock about it. He tried to bs me that they were rotated. After I told him I had written the serial number down and showed him, then he said the machine was broken. BUSTED! Will not go back.

Best experience by far purchasing a vehicle. This is coming from a very picky girl. Went in with husband to look at a vehicle for him but when I told them that I need to lower my payments monthly to give me some extra money back in my pocket. I got the best response from Adan, we can do that and I ended up with a beautiful SUV loaded for me. It s like he knew my taste in cars. I was not in the market for a vehicle for me. When I saw what the 2019 Tucson Ultimate had to offer. I couldn t turn down the deal. This is coming from a girl that only drove BMW s. Carlos Ramirez did a ok job getting me a deal but failed to hold up a couple of the stipulations we had agreed upon. They are not very efficient to getting the sales done within a timely manner. One of the financial sales managers were very rude and disrespectful. Saying that in was waisting his time and not being truthful with my down deposit because he wanted to require more than what was originally said to him, which then he got even more unprofessional and was ready to terminate even working with us becauswhile I was looking to buy a brand new car. Was not my best experience purchasing a vehicle. They had to have a high up manager come out and smooth things over while we were getting ready to learn to go buy else where since we were wasting their time.

The routine oil change in February 2015 was handled professional by the service office personnel. My work was reviewed in advance with me by Jose Delgado. He explained the additional recommendations for changing two air filters and made other suggestions to avoid potential problems in the future.

I appreciated the manner in which he worked with me and allowed me to make the decisions without pushing additional items on me. There was no pressure when I said that some of the items could wait until later.

What an absolute waste of time coming to your dealership was! Won't ever come back! Selling me a car that has chips in the paint, noise coming from the engine compartment, and the back cover dont fit..AWESOME DEALERSHIP!
Although I have had a great experience with the service department, not once has anyone addressed the issue of the chips in the paint the car had before I purchased the car. With that being said, my service advisor Nick is awesome. Very knowledgeable, and very professional! I will keep going to him with all my service needs.

I would like to take a moment to personally thank Manager Rex Moonshower. We had an unfortunate passing of a friend and I had to step in to assist with a deal that was just signed on at O'Brien Hyundai. A long story short Rex was so compassionate and understanding. He worked hard to make sure our needs were met and helped out in this unfortunate circumstance. They truly put the customer FIRST which is not always the case in the industry.
I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used vehicle. My experience with them during this difficult time was fabulous. Thanks again to Rex and the team for everything. We will be back when it's time for a new vehicle.

Last night I submitted my credit application online. I was contacted by Ashley and told on my voicemail that I was approved and should come in to the showroom to pick my car. This morning, when I came in, I was told that my credit was never pulled. What a waste of time. Jimmy was nice and helpful but I will likely never return to this dealership again.

Rex Moonshower was incredibly rude to us as we tried to work our way through a situation that was less than ideal. We had good conversations with an associate, but Rex came in with an attitude that was, to be generous to him, rude. There are a lot of other words that are less generous that I could use. He interrupted us, and he even insulted my husband at one point. As loyal Hyundai customers, I couldn t believe that we were treated that way when we were trying to essentially give the dealer money by purchasing a vehicle. I am not happy.

We just bought our third car from O"Brien! This place is first class in customer service, and in getting good prices for very high quality vehicles. From their Genesis line, to any kind of SUV you can think of.

I live in Naples and it will soon be time to turn in my 2012 Sonata. I started my new car search in Naples. I used an online service to contact some local Hyundai internet managers for the lowest possible price. Within 24 hours I was contacted by O'Brien Hyundai about my interest in a new Sonata. O'Brien blew away the competition and even the lowest price from Cars Direct by over a thousand dollars. I scheduled an appointment to meet with my salesman. The dealership was full of customers and sales staff. I was able to work directly with the internet sales manager. From start to finish we were out of the dealership with our new Sonata Limited Sport in two and a half hours. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend O'Brien.

I would never good there again. I love the car and am happy to have it but the back handed lies hurt.
