There Hyundai service center is a joke. I had My car towed there because I had an after market alarm on my car and lost my keys. They tried to tell me my starter was bad and I needed To pay $600 for it. My starter was not bad at all I found my keys and the car started right up. They just try to get as much money out of you as they can because they all work on commission. They are ALL awful.

Excellent vehicle, poor customer service post sale. Salesforce transfers responsibilities to the customer instead of working on their behalf. Once you sign in the dotted line you're on your own. Phone calls made to resolve problems are ignored forcing the customer to make many follow up calls for resolution. Don't believe the tv commercials about the O'Brien experience, nothing is further from the truth..

An absolute rip off. Took my car in for front grin...

An absolute rip off. Took my car in for front grinding noise. Was told it was the rotars. Then they called me back to say breaks would also need replacement, even though initially they said they were only 50% worn. I paid 917$ for breaks, rotars, coolant fluid, an AC filter change, and a few bulbs that needed replacement. Ridiculously expensive. Go someplace else for breaks. They were the bulk of my bill. And this fee included a discount.

I had an appointment for 2:30pm on Wednesday, 4/17 for a simple synthetic oil change. That s literally all that was completed, other than their routine multi-point inspection, and yet, I sat there waiting for over two hours. An oil change really shouldn t take that long.

We visited O Brien because they had the exact vehicle/options/color we were looking for. We were able to quickly agree on a price for both our trade in and our new car. Carlos had moved the car under the atrium as it was raining which was very thoughtful (He also met me at my car with an umbrella).
We took a test drive and even though this isn t the brand of vehicle he normally sells, Carlos had obviously done a quick study of it s features! What a plus!!
Dave in finance was so friendly and answered all our questions! He made the finance part seamless!! We would definitely recommend this dealership!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent Experience at OBRIEN Hyundai Dealer of Fort Myers. We just completed the purchase of our second vehicle from this dealership and specifically worked with salesperson, Carlos Ramirez. Our experience working with Carlos for the purchase of our first Hyundai three years ago was so positive that there was no doubt we were returning for our second purchase. Carlos made a great deal for us and then spent a lot of time showing us the many features and helping us set up all the tech features. We highly recommend OBRIEN Dealership and asking for Carlos Ramirez when you consider your next auto purchase.

Just love this Dealership! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Walking around everyone says hi and asks if you need a bottle of water. Not to small water bottles. My salesman was Fedner and he made the process of buying a car so easy. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had my 6 year old son with me and he talked to him and laughed with him. It was nice to see that my son wasn't ignored. Thank you all!!!

I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. I was told there would be a two hour wait, and explained that my Mom was in the hospital and I needed to get out of there ASAP. Nick got me out of there in less than 45 minutes. I know it was to help me out, but that wasn't something he had to do. O'Brien is great and so are their staff!

My experience at O'Brien Hyudai of Fort Myers was absolutely phenomenal! Buying a car can bring out many emotions, from nerves to excitement and Josh Rivera was there for me every step of the way! I originally came in a few weeks prior because my Hyundai broke down. Max in service took such great care of me and was beyond helpful. Because of my amazing experience with him, I decided to return to purchase a new car weeks later! Kaycee even helped me set up all of the bells and whistles in my new car! I'm not the most technologically advanced person and she was so kind to assist me in setting up the apple car play. Every associate I had the pleasure of interacting with had amazing customer service. THANK YOU- Kaycee, Josh and Max! I will always return to O'Brien for any of my car needs because of them!!!!!

Don t bother, they never call you back and when you try to call them you get an unorganized and unhelpful receptionist that directs you to random voicemails without telling you who or why and then when you do get ahold of someone they give you inaccurate information. When you call them out on it they flat out tell you that they don t give their salesman the necessary information and that their job is to get you in the door. I understand that is the goal of any business but when you do it under false pretenses it becomes a major trust issue.

We ve been looking to purchase a new vehicle. We found a vehicle (Hyundia). It s a new model. Just as our last purchase some 10 years ago with O Brien Hyundia, the O Brien sales team (for Hyundia) seems sketchy. Remember the image you get of the used car salesmen in the movies .... that was and is today our impression of O Brien Hyundia sales. Always trying to deal with you unfairly. Some friends of ours also purchased a vehicle from them and said the exact same things. So, we re sitting here with cash in our hands to buy a new Hyundia and are pressed to find a Hyundia dealership that will deal with us reasonably and fairly.

I got lucky. I was looking for a specific color c...

I got lucky. I was looking for a specific color combo for my Hyundai Tucson white with tan and there were none to be had in the Ultimate trim in South Florida. I expanded my search to 200 miles and boom... there it was, at O Brien Hyundai.

Only problem was the price listed, I thought, was going to be a bait and switch price. What can I say, I have bought cars all my life I am jaded.

But... I was wrong there, and there were no problems, and no bait and switch. I said yes to the deal Friday, and today I am driving my new Tucson. Sure it was a trip to travel from Hollywood Florida to Ft Myers, but besides the fact that the deal was worth it, I didn t have to drive there, either.

Yes, Rex Moonshower did a great deal, and Walter Bonsignore handled the details and drove my new car from Ft Myers over to me... with the paperwork.

They all acted like it was no big deal... but we all know better. It was a big deal. Everything happened just as promised. Not one switcheroo.

Hard to argue with the service, the deal, and I am loving my new Hyundai. Five stars from me, and I can t wait to refer some friends and acquaintances their way.

Deceitful and reckless service department

My Hyundai Kona is under lease and warranty at O'Brien Hyundai. AC is not cooling at all and I took it in for service last Saturday August 1. Ernesto was my service advisor. I was informed that it would be no charge for me since the car is under warranty. I explained that I have a 2-year-old boy and this is his ride along with my wife's. I requested a loaner, Ernesto said that would not be possible. He offered Enterprise rental at a special rate , but for that I would need to come back Monday 8/10. I was also told, that some parts are needed which would be in by Wednesday, August 5. I will get a call once the parts arrive and I can bring the car in for service. Wednesday 8/5 came and gone. There was no phone call in the first place from Ernesto. On 8/5 I had to call during my work hours, stay on hold for a while and finally was told one part arrive and the other did not. Since then I have been calling and getting all kinds of vague updates, including "FedEx is delivering parts by 3 PM", "We should know more tomorrow". The phone tags and cat & mouse game continued throughout Thursday 8/6. This caused me stress at work, absence from work projects and of course deep distress for by 2-eyar-old child and my wife. The day, Thursday 8/6 ended for me in false anticipation. Friday 8/7 came, and I called to find Ernesto is off that day and on one has any update on my service request. I left messages today Saturday 8/8 for service manager Gary and on Ernesto's phone. No answer so far.

At this point, my 2-year-old has had couple of occasions of heat exhaustion. My wife, kid and I cannot put a full stop on our life, work and commute. I am letting Hyundai know, that should a medical situation arise, Hyundai will have to be liable. The reason is: I was continually misled, ignored, de-prioritized, and possibly discriminated against due to whatever prejudice Ernesto and Gary may hold against me and my family.

Came in today and was helped by Alex Mora and from the start it felt like I was talking to someone that understood what I wanted and understood my what I could afford financially. Not only did he do everything to get me approved but also showed me two perfect cars that would fit my needs.. I ended up going with a Lexus and I couldnt be happier with my choice. I've never been somewhere or worked with someone so professional and still friendly enough to make the process completely pain free. I highly recommend working with alex for your next appointment. Definitely will be back and ready to refer more people to him.

Always happy to say I went to a dealership and get my car because they take care of it more than ( and I have seen and noticed first hand) your normal car care places. Happy to be part of O'Briens customers for there people are always friendly. Only reason I don't leave 5 stars because I have had small issues but almost all have been resolved by there team at the shop or through the O'Brien website.

Spent the good part of the day at the dealership with my son...... oh and Jack, the salesman. Talked, looked at cars, went through numbers, lunch was served ( yes, company provided for all potential buyers) Jack brought water and a sub sandwich to my son and I. So that was top notch customer service. It was a long day but Jack and the staff members were friendly and respectful. All staff spoke to you just to say Hi or to make sure everything was good. You were never just walked by and ignored.... ever. So thank you for the great day at Obrien Hyundai of Ft Myers!!!
