Nick Camiolo, Sales Manager, came in to save the day after our experience last weekend. We successfully completed the purchase and received assurances that our experience would not be duplicated and more training would occur for the staff that didn't quite work well for us. Thanks O'Brien Hyundai for your responsiveness and quick action to set this situation right.

Bad experience tonight trying to buy a used BMW. Salesman was nice but never introduced himself. When we sat down to talk money he told us it is O'Brien's policy that they will not negotiate on used cars. We told him what we'd like to pay, but he said no and came back with a pricing sheet and another gentleman who didn't introduce himself either. He talked very quickly and told us they couldn't negotiate. We told them no thanks and that we appreciated their time. Then guy #2 says, well what if we could get you XXprice, would you buy it tonight? We said yes. (Didn't want to point out that this was negotiating, but ok) Then guy #1 took the offer to someone else, came back and said they couldn't do the price their own salesman had suggested! What a waste of an evening! If you guys want to sell that car you know how to find us, but some of your folks clearly need lessons in professionalism.
