The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Raymond Lay and Hosea Dortch spent a lot of time going over the car and answering any questions I had. I felt very comfortable there and they never rushed me. I met multiple staff members and they were all very nice. I will definitely recommend Mark McLarty Ford Lincoln. I drove over 2 hrs to this dealership and it was well worth it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to pay for an oil change and they let me know that I a free service left over from when I bought the car that i had forgotten about. I will absolutely be going back for any future service needs.
We bought our F-150 there 3 yrs ago. We had been to several different dealerships before we found this one. We knew exactly what we wanted and talked to KAT before we even stepped foot in the door. It was a very pleasant experience. Only took about an hr with paperwork. They had a nice playroom for the kids. I was so surprised at how much they took off the Msrp nearly 14000. Not only did we get extreme discounts but they were nice about it.
What an incredible experience we had!!! We were on a road trip from Indiana to Texas and had our starter go out at 3am on the 3rd of July! Roadside assistance towed us here at 630am. By 640am Glen(mechanic) pulls up and takes us right in before they even opened. There we met Glen(manager) and they allowed us to bring our dogs in while we waited. Everyone was extremely friendly! That's where we found out the starter went out and a new one wouldn't be delivered until Friday which would've completely ruined our vacation. Glen had arranged to take one off a truck on their lot so we could get back on the road! If we didn't live so far away we'd always purchase our vehicles through them! Both Glen's were incredible, caring, wonderful people who made sure we were happy! I can't say enough goods things about them and this dealership! Thank you all!!!!
Had a great experience at North Point Ford. Got good money for my trade and a great deal on truck!!! They cleaned it, gassed it up and showed me the dealership. Nice service dept. friendly people every where I turned. Great place to due business and I will send everyone i know there!!!
McLarty Ford has some of the most straight forward and honest salesman and managers I have ever experienced. John Hill took great care of me and I know he will do the same for you!
Tia is great! Got the tow truck called to bring in my car to their service center. The awesome part is that it was right at closing time for them! The car's alternator had quit on me, so I was dead in the parking lot of Lakewood Shopping Center! So, talking to Tia, a Service Advisor, was all I had to do. She arranged the tow, with the cost added onto their service bill, so I didn't have to come up with cash for an unexpected tow. Final cost was lower than initial estimate .
Outstanding Customer Service! Got us the truck we wanted at the price we wanted! Thanx so much Clay, David, Kevin, Norman, Tammi, Chris and the Computer whiz!!
Our experience with this company was a good one, Willie the sale man was very helpful upon buying our 2019 Ford F150, he was a very pleasant and kind person, he went above and beyond his job duties to help us, through this purchase. If you buy from this company I recommend you see Willie Chester for the purchase of your new ford vehicle. Also Charles Archer is a very kind hearted person to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Willie, for the personal call to make sure we made it home safely and for all your assistance from beginning to the end.
I have bought several cars from North Point Ford and Toyota in the past and so when these dealerships were bought by McLarty I became concerned. well I am no longer concerned and have purchased a new car. the experience was actually enjoyable and I feel that I received a fair deal....
The guys at Mclarty Ford are amazing! Thank you for making a this experience a pleasure! Thank you David Mitchell for walking me through my exciting purchase of my new Explorer! You are a rock star!!!
I attempted to buy a new F-150 from these people, total waste of time. After multiple phone calls, emails, and that leads to a wasted trip. It appears my so called sales person just lied to me. Wasted my time and 1/2 day vacation to be told in person that "the deal won't work" . Sales person was given emails with my requirements for deal and offer from competing dealer. Credit app done, information exchanged, multiple phone conversations. Receive phone call from salesperson, here is what I can do which beats competitor and just come in and all will be ready. When I get there today, my trade is now overvalued, the price of the truck was higher that I was told, financing was different, payments were higher. when her "boss" came in he said he just couldn't make the deal and told me to go elsewhere.
Never again will I set foot in this dealership, I have tried twice in the last 10 years to deal with this site and feel dirty after leaving both times. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
Customers are clearly not the priority here. I filed the paperwork nearly 3 months ago here with Kevin to cancel my gap, extended warranty etc. After trying for 3 days this week to find out what the status of my refund is I finally showed up in person to ask. Turns out they never filed it. I've waited nearly 3 month and will now have to wait an additional 4-10 weeks. I've purchased 2 new cars from here and I can promise I won't be back.
Amazing staff. The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. They made the deal I wanted happen and did not stop until I got what I wanted. They were very fast with processing paperwork and getting it to me. I had all of my paperwork in my mail box in less than a week after I bought the truck.
Great service. Not as fast as some if you just need oil change but they take good care of you. Nice lobby for waiting with TV, couches and free coffee/lattes! Roam around and look at new cars while u wait.
Called to get maintenance history for my 19 Mustang, bough used (me being 2nd owner), was told through a rep that service manager told her they can't share it because of HIPPA. I'm not 100% but getting service records for a vehicle that i own is not a privacy issue. I own a Volvo and a GM vehicle, both happily provided service records, with out any compromising details of the prior owner. NO HIPPA. Would love to get the service mgr to cite an actual statue. Cheers! PS Anna in service dept was extra courteous and helpful. Too mad mgt is a bit backwards! 2nd star for Anna!
Norman Tindoll helped me get my first car at such a low price and he was super helpful and understanding. He also helped me find a cheap service and oil change that is better than where I usually go. Will definitely still work with them!
My husband needed an answer to a question about the Ford we just purchased and went up to speak with someone at Mark McLarty. He first tried the parts department where they did not have the answer for him but suggested he try the service department. As he walked into service he found a man named Darren who was INCREDIBLE. He was so patient, took the time to listen and help with the problem. We got all the answers we needed and he even showed us how to reprogram the remotes we were having problems with. It's people like him that make you thankful for great customer service!
Ray Lay and all the folks at Mark McClarty Ford have always taken care of me and my family, even when things go wrong. I appreciate their customer first, can do attitude. Please try to verbally check all the details before purchase so that you don t end up disappointed with any of the terms/features.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Not recommended at all. They tried to charge my boyfriend 800-900 dollars for a job that cost him 100 dollars to do by himself. Not to mention they tried to charge him this amount with his warranty that they failed to honor. Do not go here.
Not productive. A year and a half ago when I Purchased a used 2010 Ford Escape along with a 3 year extended warranty from the previous owner; the warranty turned out to be worthless; earlier this year I went in to a local Ford Dealership for an oil change; I was told that my vehicle needed front seals at a cost of over $700.00; when the Dealership called the Extended warranty Insurance Company; they were told that the Insurance set a replacement cost at $225.00,; my deductible is $250.00; so the Insurance was no help at all.
Why would a Dealership sale an Extended Warranty to a customer that would not cover the cost they charge for required work.
When you re serious about buying a car Willie Chester is the man to see! The entire team here at Mark McLarty has been amazing. Would never buy from anyone else now!
Excellent service all around. Ray Lay was honest, dependable, and open with communication during the entire car buying process. This is a great place from such to purchase a vehicle.
Great front office staff in the service department.... Tia, Nicole and the others are very professional and listens to the customers needs. I can sit and chat with the service department staff all day, they make you feel important!
However, The technician s need more training, they tend to look for reasons NOT to use my extended warranty. I paid for a front in alignment when I received an oil change, the next time I came in for a scheduled oil change the technician said I needed a front in alignment ( Sir, you worked that problem out the last time I was here ) This makes me question the work that s performed on my vehicle. Every time I get an oil change I have to go back and request for a sucker to be put on my windshield to show when my next oil change service is needed.
McLarty West location worked on my trunk and I was told by the McCain NLR location that my trunk was NOT seated correctly. Now I have to fight a battle with the West location on fixing my trunk the correct way. I wanted to purchase my daughter a car from this location but I m leaning towards another dealership
Straight forward, down to earth folks that treat you like a person not a number. Every person that I have had dealings with does evertevery within their means to make sure you are taken care of and meet your needs. I will highly recommend the team at McLarty Ford whether you are in search of a new or used vehicle.
We had a WONDERFUL experience at Mark McLarty Ford! John Hill went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect car. This was our daughter's first big purchase on her own. She needed something dependable, yet "cool", while still affordable for a college student's budget. John showed us multiple vehicles within the McLarty Auto Group inventory that were within our parameters. He didn't push higher-ticket items, which is common practice with many in sales positions. John's longevity in the car business proved to be very beneficial in addressing questions and concerns about a wide variety of makes/models of cars. Brandon Hill assisted him throughout our time at McLarty Ford. He was very friendly and personable, offering honest feedback as we made decisions. He has a bright future ahead of him! Kevin Richardson was efficient and professional as he walked us through the financial aspect of the purchase. We appreciate the integrity, the hospitality, and the commitment to excellent customer service, that was exemplified by the staff at McLarty Ford.
Good experience buying the vehicle. HORRIBLE experience getting service and oil changes. They gave me 3 free oil changes. I would rather pay $50 for an oil change in 15 min than to wait 3 hrs both times I've been here for an oil change.
Adam Webber was incredible to work with. Fantastic service, knowledgeable and friendly. The folks at Mclarty Ford made us feel comfortable and Adam went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience we have ever had.
My experience with the team at Mark McLarty Ford Lincoln was exceptional!! Willie Chester, my Sales Consultant and a GM/Chevrolet Hall of Fame inductee was great to work with. I went there looking for a Ford Edge and ended up getting a Lincoln MKC Reserve due to bonus money and a great interest rate!! Michael Betts, Sales Manager, provided me with a dealership experience that went above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you for your kindness & professionalism!! Everyone on the MMFL team deserves 5 Gold 's!!!
Scheduled recall work 4 days in advance. When I arrived to have the work done, the service advisor said it would be "late" before it was done. I asked how late, and his question was "did I need my car back today?" How many people can go without a vehicle for multiple days? Then the questions started about additional services, etc. all of which came with hefty price tags. $54 for an oil change was ridiculous enough, so there's no way I was going to let them charge $100s for air filters, fuel system treatment, etc.
Returning to McLarty will be a last resort. Smith in Conway will get any future work that needs to be done by a dealership.
I do not know anything about their sales team, but their service team is terrible. I paid to have an oil change, and my tires to be rotated. They lied on their records of what pressure they put in my tires/what they had, because they did not even touch them. Did not rotate them at all. The service tech made a comment to someone when he saw me, a 25 year old white female, about how he figured I was black because of the radio station I had playing in the car.
Ridiculous amount of time required to do even the simplest repairs. Dropped my car off first thing on a Monday morning. They didnt even get around to diagnostics until the end of the following day. Then they of course had to order a part which has to be shipped from out of state. Here I am on day four still without a vehicle and probably wont get it back today either. They dont offer courtesy vehicles but dont seem to have any urgency getting your car back either.
My advise is take it somewhere else like Crain where they actually care about customers.
John and Brandon Hill are the very best! Extremely knowledgable about cars and wonderful customer service. We have come to John for years and will continue to do so. He made the process for me buying my first car enjoyable and stress free, I knew I was was treating me and taking care of me like his own.
The service department is horrible. They "fix" your vehicle just long enough for it to limp along right out of warranty. And when you bring it back, even though it is obvious that the current issue and the previous issue are directly related they try charge you full price like you're some sort of idiot.
