North Point Ford Lincoln Mercury Review

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile from Nicole Wilson. She was very helpful and informative. She even arranged a shuttle van because my car was going to take some time. Then she called to let me know my car needed to stay for a couple days and already had a vehicle for me to drive in that time. Everyone was very kind and fast and Nicole was right there to help at every point. I was really impressed all around and will recommend Mark McLarty Ford Lincoln.

Every aspect of our experience with Northpoint Ford was enjoyable and accommodating. We felt no pressure, we weren't being dogged and followed around. The service department called and said I need a cam phaser and it was going to cost 3700, I wasn t getting any fire to my spark plugs and the right side of the motor, took the truck to best auto and tire in Conway and they put a cam sensor in and the truck runs fine, I will never take anything to Mark McLarty Ford ever again or buy anything from them again

Northpoint has always been above the rest when it comes to quality trained technicians, and excellent customer service.. I bought my king ranch from there and it's been serviced there ever since.. i don't plan on going anywhere else.. I'm a customer for life..

Had a factory recall on my airbags. Dropped my car off the night before. Had me done and ready to pick up the next morning with plenty of time left to get McDonalds breakfast. Friendly staff. Great experience.

Today I took my car out to McClarty Ford for an airbag recall and I was so pleased with the attention I got. They brought me home and picked me up when they were through. Both drivers were very pleasant. I was only scheduled for the airbag replacement but they serviced my car and washed it while it was there. We have bought our last three cars from them and have always been pleased with their service.

If you receive a free oil change or wash just ignore it. It is a scam. I called them and asked if I can use it even if I don t buy a new car. They said yes and gave me an appointment at 6 pm. When I got there they told me that they cannot change oil after 4:30. Asked me to give test drive only instead. I won t buy any car from McLarty for sure.

Check prices online and Kelly blue book before you buy anything here. They put a pretty hefty markup on the sticker that's on the vehicle. Even more than what the list online, which is the top end of the blue book value regardless of the condition of the vehicle.

Norman and Ronnie were amazing! This is the SECOND vehicle we ve bought at McLarty with Ronnie and this experience proved just as pleasant as the first. Fast, friendly, no games, just good deals and wonderful customer service.
