Alan took good care of my truck and myself. Good attitude and good attention to the details. Reminded me what maintenance needed to be done and quoted me a price for each item. Service was fast and efficient.

I purchased a 2015 Fiesta SE.....great little car. Regardless what the other reviews say, I had no problems with the sales staff here. I was going to give them 4 stars until I found out after the purchase I could have went to one of their competitors and got another $700 dealer rebate. I purchased a 2015 Fiesta SE.....great little car

Pros:
Young sales and finance staff.
Friendly and courteous

Cons:
Didn't come off MSRP much at all.
Didn't get any dealer rebates, only got factory rebate which all ford dealers was given.
My credit score dropped dramatically due to them sending off to every bank / finance institution out their trying to get me the best rates.

Ronnie Sanders went above and beyond I believe in finding the truck I needed. I called the dealership and explained what I needed. Gave him the max amount I could spend witch 20 other dealers told me it would be impossible for them to get me a truck in that range. Ronnie gave me an even lower price than my budget. He has been a life saver.

This car buying experience was by far the worst I have ever been through. I am now stuck with a vehicle that doesn t perform as listed nor expected. David Mitchell ruthlessly lied to me; only to then pawn me off on another salesman to bail out of answering questions and listening to my concerns. He first urged me to sign the contract without seeing the vehicle. The following day, I got the vehicle. I noticed a visible scratch behind the passenger rear door; he said he didn t trust anyone in his detail department to fix it and he would do it himself. So far I trusted him. My mistake! I bought this vehicle with 2500 miles already used as NEW. I accepted a higher payment due to a lower interest rate. 9 days later the car is not even getting 21 mpg; I drive Highway only (60 mile commute every day); this Escape is listed at 29 mpg for highway travel. I contacted Mitchell and he said we would look into getting me into an EcoSport instead. I went to the dealership the next day, he then pushed me off to the other salesman. I thought he was just busy; looked at the other vehicle and was pleased with it. Mitchell later advised me that I needed to register the Escape first before we could make the trade. He said the numbers would not be a problem; the discounts, rebates & incentives were there. I wouldn t have any other cost or a different payment. All lies. Once I had my paperwork to register the car, I did exactly what he asked me to do. I contacted him the following day to let him know, I was ready to get out of this gas hog. He text me, stating The Other salesman would call me in 30 minutes. He called a 1.5 hours later. Asked for some personal info and the Vin #. Another 2 hours passed and he called to tell me that they couldn t do the trade. The discounts and incentives weren t there for the EcoSport. Another lie. Their website clearly shows them listed. He said he would call me back in a couple of hours and i never heard from either salesman again. I have been had; cheated, mislead and lied to. I was not treated fairly; not as a consumer should be treated. I was simply a number; a peace of paper with dollar signs. I will never do business with McLarty Ford again and will advise everyone I know against it. I asked for help; the daily commute on I-40 often scared me in my Altima. I turned to David Mitchell for help; only to be dismissed as if I was a nobody. To him I was a nobody to Mitchell. I am someone who lives paycheck to paycheck and tries to save money wherever possible. Now, I have a bigger car payment and a bigger gas bill. I would take back my Altima in an instance, because I am not getting ahead with what i was sold and told.

Bought a new F150 Truck. Wonderful experience. Great salesman plus speedy and efficient service with finance manager. New management has this dealership rising to a new level of customer service and satisfaction. In addition, have received 2 follow-up calls to make sure everything was working and I was satisfied with the purchase.

I took in my Ford Focus for transmission issues. Alan made sure that not only was I taken care of (provided a rental, helped with towing), but overall was very friendly and helpful. I've visited North Point a few times, and continue to return because of the service team.

From start to finish the personnel at this dealership have been nothing but professional with my family and I. As a new car buyer I love being able to have sales associates talk to me, rather than down to me. Hosea Dortch will take care of you!

Hosea Dortch took well good care of my car buying experience. I ve had problems with other dealerships due to my credit history. I came in looking for something used and cheap. Came out with a brand new 2018 Ford Fusion at a price I could afford. Thank you McLarty Ford NLR.

If I could give ten stars, I would. My husband and I were in Arkansas visiting my dying father. The day after we arrived, our brand new 2015 Ford Fusion broke down for the 4th time since we bought it. The dealership we bought it from, Red McCombs Ford in San Antonio, Texas had already rebuilt our engine twice due to a warped head that was a manufacturer defect and then misdiagnosed the same issue just before we left for Arkansas. We had to find a dealer in Little Rock to take it to for repairs and found North Point Ford. We ended up having to leave our vehicle there (thank goodness North Point Toyota was next door, we bought a truck there the day we left our Fusion and that was also an excellent experience). Needless to say, we were very upset with our dealership in Texas and with Ford in general. Upon arriving at North Point Ford, Justin, in the service department listened to our story. I was visibly upset and he assured us they would diagnose the problem by the next day. When we went back to find out what the issue was, Justin immediately took us into the back to meet the Service Director, Kevin Gilmore. They let us (me) vent and showed great compassion for our situation. Our car was at North Point for 34 days. Our dealership in San Antonio did not make contact with us one time during this process, but Kevin went above and beyond to not only communicate with me regarding the progress of the repair, he bridged the gap between us and Ford's Customer Service Manager for the Arkansas region. Kevin was polite, communicated effectively, responded immediately to every email and every question, and made sure that our vehicle was transported back to Texas promptly after they completed the repair. While we do not live in Arkansas, we visit frequently, as my mother is still living there. Both North Point Ford and North Point Toyota have left a lasting impression on us and if we ever need a repair while there or decide to buy another vehicle, they have our business. In fact, as soon as we can get out of the Fusion we are stuck with now, we will buy our next vehicle from North Point. Thank you, Kevin and Justin, for taking such good care of us!

Extremely pleased with the service and overall experience. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress and was very courteous. The repairs were completed quicker than I anticipated. I ve now found a dealership that I can trust for future repairs.

everything was done well and I am very happy with the vehicle and how it was priced and cleaned. The only negative I had was when I found out there was only one set of keys. I thought all dealership would have a duplicate set of keys but they did not make that second set there at North Point Ford and Lincoln. I did go to the parts department and asked them to make a second set and they said sure thing but they quoted me more than $200 to do so. I found it cost about $40 or so at Lowes so getting something from the dealership is probably going to be too expensive for me! Bummer....but I still got the truck I wanted and for the price I wanted...GREAT!!!

Went to another dealer yesterday and drove some vehicles. They weren t very upfront with terms of financing and didn t really offer a fair trade on my Taurus. We walked away.

Came to Mark McClarty Ford this morning - leaving in a 2020 Ford Explorer at 0% interest.

John Gilbert was amazing to work with.

Great experience got everything the way I wanted it and better than I expected! I walked in with knowing what I wanted and left with it the same day! Mr. Willie Chester was the best rep I have had at a dealership ever

Excellent service by Mark Roman! Car process didn t take long too long, and they were able to service my car and get it ready to go in no time. In the evening I drove off a very happy customer. Thank you McLarty Ford.

The staff members are friendly. The waiting area has coffee and cocoa that's free. I've used this place for about 2 or 3 years. If I'm only reviewing this visit, I can't give 5 stars. I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. That is TOO long for a simple task. I think they should offer a courtesy car or offer some other alternative transportation so you don't have to sit around in the lobby, figuring out a way to pass the time.

Made my experience an enjoyable one. First time car buyer, and the team at McLarty made it easy for me. Would definitely recommend them and hats off to these Gentlemen: John Gilbert, Michael Roman and Kevin Richardson for going above and beyond to help me get a good deal.

After my recent vehicle purchase (used) I started having issues; I called North Point and they asked that I bring the vehicle back immediately. North Point not only took care of the mechanical issues, but they also provided me with great customer/dealership experience. Great dealership!

Katz is the man to see if you want an easy hassle free buying experience. I bought a 2018 GMC quad cab 4/4. I got a great deal and was in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes. Katz is the man.

I am posting this about my personal experience with the service department... they got my car in, gave me a ride home because they did not have a rental available at the time then called me asap when they did. I did not have to call them back the next day at all and ask they just did it.

Horrible customer service. Didnt want to give us the time or day once we decided to wait on purchasing the truck. We decided to wait on the truck after started the process of purchasing it. So when I asked for my money back that we was going to put down all he said, while he kept looking at his computer is "we will cut you a check", never told me when or what day to come back or that they will call when its ready. So then I asked for title back for my trade in and he said " you didn't give me a title". Then when I asked do I need to speak with someone else, he all Of a sudden found it. Then the sales Mike was so crazy rude. Kept blowing me off saying " I'm selling cars to customers " treating us like nothing because of the change in plans. The ford location in NLR .

I worked with Nicole Wilson. She was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I had to drop my truck off and she made sure a shuttle was available to take me back to work and pick me up on time at the end of my shift. The shuttle driver, Cliff, was very polite and professional. I will be returning for any services needed for my vehicle in the future! Thanks again North Point Ford Team!

Great experience overall. Adam Webber worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted and worked tirelessly until we found it. He offered advice and options to make sure I would be satisfied with my choice. He also adapted easily as my choices evolved and changed. The dealership was filled with helpful, professional people. Derrick made the paperwork process smooth. Ray, Resident Lincoln Technology Guru, spent an enormous amount of time walking me through the features and setting up my preferences. Extremely satisfied Can t recommend them enough!

Our son s car air conditioner was only working intermittently, so he took it in to be repaired at McLarty. He was told the compressor needed to be replaced and was given an estimate repair cost of $1800. We decided to have a local (Batesville) repairman give us a 2nd opinion. He said the compressor was fine, and that the dryer needed to be replace. He replaced the $17 dryer, and it is working like new. McLarty charged us a $129 diagnostic fee to MISdiagnose the car, and we would have unnecessarily spent $1800 on a new compressor if we had listened to them. When I asked for a refund of the $129 diagnostic fee, I got the runaround. They argued that they didn t misdiagnose anything, and that the compressor is, indeed, bad. I think it is hard to argue their point when the a/c has been working like new since the repair. I will not be doing business at McLarty anymore, and I don t recommend them to anyone!!! Poor customer service and dishonesty won t get you very far in business.

I called to talk to someone about my car not starting.i went thru 4 people then put on hold for 28 minutes. Finally get someone and he tells me to call roadside assistance. I called them and they were here within a half hour. I waited 2 hours before calling back. They hadn't even put my car in the system yet. The guy told me they were going to keep it all week. It was Monday. I was treated very disrespectful being a woman. Wanted to talk to my husband. Excuse me!!! Car was done that day. They need to learn some basis manners in the service dept.

I went there with pre approval from USAA. MY salesman Hosea was ready they just finished detailing the Used Jeep Wrangler. We should have been in and out in an hour. I was buying it for my daughter. Bottom line 5 1/2 hours later we finally got out of there I stayed only bc my daughter wanted that Jeep. The first finance guy acted like we were taking his time from something else. Richard the finance manager finally took over and we were able to get out of there. I ve read other reviews the service department in the McClarty family of dealerships leave something to be desired and are not the sharpest knives in the the drawer. I took the Jeep over to the Jeep place and got into their system.

I recently had the WORKS done a used Ford Explorer that I had purchased from an individual. Allen, one of the service techs, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed to have done to bring the maintenance requirements up to date. I was limited on the time that I could spend there. He was not pushy about some of the things that I did not have done, just informative about the time line for the proper maintenance schedule, which I will have done later. I have used this dealership for over 25 years. They have always given me EXCELLANT service, needless to say, I will always drive a FORD and use their service department. GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE. 5 STAR RATING

I only had one experience with North Point by way ...

I only had one experience with North Point by way of looking at a truck online. In reviewing the details, it had what I wanted in body design, engine size, and mileage. I wanted the "internet price," so I gave them my email address and phone number. I received a response a few minutes later that indicated the truck "unfortunately DIDN'T RUN" (emphasis mine) and wondered if I was interested in a different truck. Wouldn't you think it important to have that information on the listing? It was NOT. At the very least this is misleading and at the most, a bait and switch tactic. I immediately requested they remove my information. I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FUNDAMENTALLY DISHONEST PEOPLE.

This review is long overdue. The crew at McLarty Ford was super helpful 2 years ago. I was traveling from Cali and my clutch gave out on me. They were understanding, expeditious, and kind!! I can't remember names, but if I ever do this will be updated. I had previous engagement that I had to make it to, so I left the state the day I dropped it off. They got my mustang fixed up over the weekend and I flew back from Georgia to get it Monday. Thank you guys so much. You're all awesome.
