Great front office staff in the service department...

Great front office staff in the service department.... Tia, Nicole and the others are very professional and listens to the customers needs. I can sit and chat with the service department staff all day, they make you feel important!

However, The technician s need more training, they tend to look for reasons NOT to use my extended warranty. I paid for a front in alignment when I received an oil change, the next time I came in for a scheduled oil change the technician said I needed a front in alignment ( Sir, you worked that problem out the last time I was here ) This makes me question the work that s performed on my vehicle. Every time I get an oil change I have to go back and request for a sucker to be put on my windshield to show when my next oil change service is needed.

McLarty West location worked on my trunk and I was told by the McCain NLR location that my trunk was NOT seated correctly. Now I have to fight a battle with the West location on fixing my trunk the correct way.
I wanted to purchase my daughter a car from this location but I m leaning towards another dealership
