I attempted to buy a new F-150 from these people, total waste of time. After multiple phone calls, emails, and that leads to a wasted trip. It appears my so called sales person just lied to me. Wasted my time and 1/2 day vacation to be told in person that "the deal won't work" . Sales person was given emails with my requirements for deal and offer from competing dealer. Credit app done, information exchanged, multiple phone conversations. Receive phone call from salesperson, here is what I can do which beats competitor and just come in and all will be ready.
When I get there today, my trade is now overvalued, the price of the truck was higher that I was told, financing was different, payments were higher. when her "boss" came in he said he just couldn't make the deal and told me to go elsewhere.

Never again will I set foot in this dealership, I have tried twice in the last 10 years to deal with this site and feel dirty after leaving both times. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
