Fantastic leisure centre with gym, hydro pool, wellness centre and classes of all kind
Love this pool. The water playground is perfect for kids there's a baby pool for younger ones too! And a cafe you can access from in the pool area which is handy we go here all the time :)
My son and I have a great time every Saturday morning for lessons
Great facility for swimming and fitness. Very well run and popular based on the number of people that use it.
Indoor pool with welness center, spa and suna and kid friendly pools and play area . Kids swimming lessons, swimming clubs and water slides, (I dont like waterslides, a have a morbid fear of them), cafe and shop to buy some bathers if needed. My kids love this place and so does the wife and I.
Staff were great and kids loved the water slides. The lines were long though and could have gone much faster if there were two staff members assisting up at the top of the slides.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Awesome facilities and services. Staff are fantastic. Been a long time member. Great place for the whole family... Always something to do.
I go to the pool for Physio and the help from staff is excellent
Great place, but parking is managed by private Corp Care Park.
They over charged my account $80 when i was all up to date with payments, said they would send out a check i never got, so i left the gym i still get messages from them demanding money even tho they owe money DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!!
Do not sign up before looking around for other businesses offering similar services as you'll regret becoming a member of the place
PARC Is a perfect pool to go to anytime of the year because it is indoors! they have a large play area for the kids,2 massive water slides many pools, large and small for swimming, they also have a great aerobic pool for older people wanting to do aerobics or slow swimming or for anyone that would want to sit down in the hot tubs, there is also a big gym personally I haven t been there but it looks great!! the one downside is that it can get very very busy with a bunch of families and people but none the less Parc is the perfect indoor pool for a majority of people!
Love the Parc, good clean facilities, helpful staff.
Nice warm pool for children , toilet and shower could be cleaner and staff could be nicer (:
The gymnasium gets busy after 6pm, they conduct group training classes in the Gym which takes up a lot of the space for weight lifters and cardio bunnies. They don t have any mirrors around any of the squat racks or Smith machines so that s annoying. They have a good range of free weights and Swiss balls but then again lack of space unless you go to train before 5pm.
I absolutely love parc! Best gym around the area with caring staff. Has everything you need to keep fit and is affordable.
The Pool is great, definitely recommend it. There is a little toddler pool, a lap pool, and also a heated steam room. However, The swimming lessons are something else to talk about. The lessons are OK themselves, but if you want to join the swimming squad you must complete a certain amount of levels, which i find absolutely rubbish. The Slides are OK, the gym is good, and the Cafe is a tiny bit overpriced but still delicious. Another issue is that there are WAY too many swimming events and activities, which take up at least four lanes, which makes the remaining five lanes very crowded for doing laps, and activities are held every holiday, so there is not much time to do laps.
It's a swimming and gym complex for the community. It's used by school children, teens and adults of all fitness and abilities. There's a cafe, creche and a wellness centre that offers all types of relaxation and beauty treatments. There's 2 spas, sauna and pressroom. As well as 2 water slides and a water play area.
WE had a fantastic experience here, the facilities are great and the staff are very passionate and friendly. The whole family had a great day!
We come here every school holidays and enjoy the inflatable obstacle course and water slides. The entry, lockers and cafe food is reasonably priced. Feel like the stairs up to the slides could/should be hosed and cleaned more regularly. So icky climbing up barefoot.
Would highly PARK, we used the swim school which is a bit average, but as far as facilities go it's fantastic. Your mileage may vary.
Great venue with very helpful staff. Always clean even during peak periods.
I have been going to PARC for over a year now, but truly ended on a sour note. The customer service was sub par and the short blonde haired manager in the gym was terribly rude and makes members feel not welcome in that environment. Andrew Castillo is the only coach up there who truly cares about his members and getting to know each person that crosses his path. The blonde lady up there should take a note out of his book and be a little bit more kind.
Awesome pool but... When sitting in the rubber rings the light turns green but life guard is busy on the other ride which causes a delay and a 10 minute turn around for a 10 second ride. Needed a second attendant to keep things moving.
This place is fantastic! Baby areas, medium areas for older kids, through to full lap pools and a serious water slide. Staff are organised and on to it, if you see an issue. Be going again this holidays!
Extremely busy for school holidays.
But well staffed and they were watching swimmers the entire time.
Cafe had reasonable prices and fairly quick service.
Entry price was $30 for a family.
Very modern gym, very friend staff. So many group fitness classes running, great facilities, worth the membership, lots of inclusions.
I'm a member here. It's all new and very professionally run.
Love how the water slides aren't pitch black inside unlike other Rec centers I've been to...lot more fun here!
Just wish there was a staff member for each of the two slides during busier times so it could be a lot faster.
Territorial, rude and obstructive. This is what PARCfit are when they are at Frankston Foreshore and Oliver's Hill. Blocking pathways, using poles and stair rails to attach their ropes, running in large groups not giving way to others (everyone has to get out of their way or be trampled), the constant yelling from instructors and the general attitude from the group as a whole is disappointing to say the least. PARCfit have a complete disregard for other members of the public using the public space.
Parc swimming pool is really good and entertaining for kids and pay parking is really good you pay for parking and you can get your money back it's not like anywhere out in Frankston that you pay for parking and you don't get your money back it's worth the money I say anyway
They close down almost the 3 quarters of the pool for swimming lessons, let you pay to go in only to find out there s basically no where to swim leisurely, no signage to let you know what s happening and no information from the front desk. Disappointing for the kids!!! Management couldn t care less, I will be finding somewhere else to swim from now on!!
Clean, warm and friendly, just wish they used the full 50m pool rather than double 25m.
Kids love indoor waterslide park. Really well maintained pool and bathrooms. Gets very busy on weekends. Friendly staff.
Great facility overall. Clean and well maintained. And not expensive either. The kids had a ball. It would have been 5 stars except for the fact that they changeover their staff on the top of the waterslides by short staffing the slide until the next staff member arrives, which meant crazy-long waits standing dripping on the stairs at several points in the day - and that resulted tears from lots of the kids and many people giving up and slowly making their way back down the over-crowded stairs. It doesn't take an organisational expert to suggest that they should simply send the oncoming staff member up the stairs first before the outgoing staff member leaves their station.
The change rooms are stifling way too hot it's extremely uncomfortable for disabled and able bodied people.
New Sauna is good, but steam room door is hard to close, something is also wrong with the steam maker,
I do not recommend this place to anyone seeking employment THEY USE YOU AND ABUSE YOU
think again about applying there
It s not what you know it s all about who you know
Great place. Great gym facilities and equipment. Staff are also mostly very friendly
Very crowded gym floor, No access to ABS / Stretch area due to group PT classes being held in the area. Paying members should have some access when required and not have to sacrifice our time due to poor floor-space availability . Busy nights are no excuse.
Would like ceo to contact me re problems occurring most days and a reply to my email from 3 months ago would be appreciated.
Ultimate splashy fun. Relaxing spa. Steam room and sauna. Yes.
Fantastic facilities! Could do with some more parking though
Average gym setup, maybe because I'm not used to it, some equipment seem to technical and modern where it's not necessary.
Good place for taking kids, need more family change rooms.
Love the atmosphere, so much to offer, classes, lessons , gym, pools and more i love it, very cheap and always well maintained and well run
It s good and bad. The swimming lessons are good for my kid. But the problem is that too many activities were going onrecently and only very limited lanes are left for swimmers. It is too busy all the time. If my kid is not attending the lessons there, only for myself, I will choose a less busy swimming pool.
Taking my son here for his swimming classes. All the pools, change rooms, toilets are well maintained. Swimming teachers are helpful in making my son aware of the water safety and progress through his pre-swimming skills. Thank you
Gym has great equipment etc but busy ++ poor parking and it would be better if there was a kid free pool area
Great website that gave me all the info I could need. Have been coming here to lap swim in the evenings, staff are friendly and facilities have been top notch for a public aquatic center. So far I have only been using the inside lap pool but will continue to come here and try other areas.
Kids hubby and I had an absolute ball has great waterslides and is perfect for people like me who hate being in the sun
Mum loves the hot yoga and water aerobics in the hot water pool
Looked to purchase goggles and customer service was non existent.
Great swimming and overall facilities. Kids love the specific children water activities/equipment. The water slides are great for the older kids/adults alike although the wait times can be a little annoying (I managed to get to rides on the slides for about a 15/20 minute wait for each side).
Staff were not friendly,I mean the Lifesavers.. Very rude not just one but 4 in one day, were rude to not just my family but others to.I will be making an official complaint
I really enjoy PARC. All gym classes instructors are great, facilities are clean and spacious. classes are many and varied. I am a shift worker so the times I like to go aren t necessarily when others do. I love the virtual classes offered at off-peak times so I never miss out even when the gym is otherwise quiet. Beautiful pool, and good swimming classes for the kids. Swimming classes include open use of the pool and water slides which are seriously fun.
Got everything under one roof. Caters for all. Very inclusive
Great place for the family, kids love the water slides.
The Leasure Centre is a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for the young and old. There's lots of activities to keep your kids occupied. There's also two slides to choose from which are a hit for the young and old.
Went to watch my little niece swim, great teachers cant fault them. But there not enough pools, the place looks so huge from the outside but theres only 2 adult pools and they are for swimming laps only, no wave pool or leisure only pool.
This is really a great place to take little ones as mine love the play equipment & pool slides & my 8yo & teenage boys love the water slides. Like any public pools there are risks of other people bringing sick kids but apart from that incident we do love going there.
Concessional discounts, great swimming teachers for lessons. Food and drinks pricey and not great tasting.
Would give extra star but had to return to desk to pay for locker
Should have been advised whenpaying
We enjoyed ourselves so much over here, good facilities, not too crowded, great place!
Best gym and aquatic centre! Well worth being a member.
