Service department extremely slow in getting work ...

Service department extremely slow in getting work done. We left our 2013 Ford F-150 for service on 11/25/18 & no service started by 11/28/18. Can t get much information on WHEN work can be started, much less completed. Very frustrated & disapointed.

Charles, the manager, and Alfonso our salesman, were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had our newborn baby with us and they were so accommodating with our time as anyone who has kids knows the baby rules the schedule. We came knowing which car we wanted to look at and they had it our front and ready to test drive by the time we parked! Everyone on staff was friendly and pleasant to do business with!
They have earned customers for life at McLarty Ford!!

The service department was great! I had my car worked on at another dealership and was frustrated so I took it to North Point Ford. We are waiting on a part. I will reserve further judgement until the work is complete.

McLarty Ford provided excellent service to us.
I was greeted with kindness, and offered a drink or snack, and shown the waiting area which was very comfortable and clean.
We were originally told there might be a 2-4 hr wait, and was offered a loaner vehicle, but chose to wait and was pleasantly suprised that my vehicle was done in hour and half.
Jonathan kindly showed me how to operate bed cover for my new pickup.
Great experience with this dealership, very pleased, and LOVE MY NEW F150.

They were awesome the only thing I would say is on the recall process if there are appointments scheduled days in advance parts should be either ready to go or ordered the day before the appointment. Just so customers aren t without their vehicles for longer than they have to be! But other than that super great!!!

Really pleased with the service and price that I got from Willie and Ray from McLarty Ford. I had driven for over 9 hours (total trip) to get a deal that I thought was better, but not ending up being so; therefore, came back to who I could trust. Thanks Willie, Ray, Mike, and James.

I had an AMAZING experience with these guys, I initially went to Nissan and actually got screwed over with HORRIBLE customer service. I remember McClarty Ford Lincoln called me shortly after and told me they had the best finance team in the state. Needless to say, I was skeptical at 1st, but these guys KEEP THEIR WORD. The main 2 guys that really went out of their way for me are NORMAN TINDOLL and a guy named KATZ. 2 great guys that will work hard for you!! Not only did they deliver excellent customer service, but they also got me a fully loaded car.Most importantly, it was the car that I wanted!! They were actually patient with me, not just trying to rush me into a car so they could make a sale. It was more than I expected, but obviously I was extremely satisfied. If you are looking to buy a new or used QUALITY vehicle, hit these guys up, you wont be disappointed!! Thanks again guys!

Had a recall on my ford and took it to this dealership. They told me I could come in immediately and had it fixed the same seat. Snacks, TVs, chairs, but the best part was Mr Cliff who gave me a complimentary ride all the way home to Little Rock and told me a bunch of history abt the city on the way. Great service.

I would recomend McLarty Ford to anyone. I am one happy customer! Tom Campbell was a great salesman to work with. He treated me very well and they kept their word through the whole process. Fantastic employees! Good inventory and had exactly what we wanted so we bought.
Worked with John Hill and Willie Chester. Absolutely no pressure from them to buy and they were able to answer all of our questions.
I would highly recommend this dealership and these employees to work with anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

By far the worst car dealership experience I have ...

By far the worst car dealership experience I have ever had...if I could rate lower than one star I would. I sent an inquiry about a pre-owned vehicle and an internet sales manager contacted me the next morning to say the vehicle was available. We went back and forth through text all day about my trade in and I told him I would take off of work to be there at 3:30 to work a deal. I get to the dealership and get they run my credit and work up the deal and then let me sit there for 30 minutes only to then tell me the exact vehicle I came for has been sold. Rest assured anyone that asks me about McLarty will be directed elsewhere. I will never be back.

We contacted Allen Buck in the service department....

We contacted Allen Buck in the service department. He was very courteous and took action immediately. He promptly created a work order and documented the service repairs needed then explained the car would need to be left a few days

When we arrived to pick up the car we were approached immediately by Allen and he went over the details of repairs done. We were completely satisfied with the service and appreciated Mr. Buck being so courteous and professional.

We always know we can depend on Mr. Buck at McLarty Ford.

Best experience I have ever had at any dealership.. I was unsure as to what I wanted and my sales consultant Nicole Tinnez was very patient with me.. We went through about 120 cars to find the perfect one for me... THe finance guy Jesse was awesome too! He did all he could to assure my payments were in my range... They did not try to push me into buying anything I made my own decisions and I felt great afterwards. I highly recommend North Point Ford and mostly ask for Nicole she's great at what she does!!

John Gilbert and David Burton made buying a car as a 21 year old super easy and super enjoyable. I walked into many dealerships that didn't give me the time of day. My 2 salesmen were patient and taught me all about the features of my car and even helped me relax on the test drive. I will definitely return to Mclarty Ford to buy my next vehicle. Anybody looking for a vehicle go see John and David. John is great with numbers and made my mother very comfortable with the buying experience, and David is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles including competitors in the same class. wish I could give more stars

I crashed their Christmas party wanting to check out a Lincoln. Adam was great at helping me. I was interested in a vehicle from another Mclarty dealership 30 minutes away and Adam volunteered to pick it up and bring it to me for a test drive. Really appreciate their help. It's been a long search for the right car and the good price and they did just that for me.

Had a great experience with the service dept, I was traveling 175 miles for a Girl Scout conference and on my way there Friday evening I broke down close to Menifee but had no warning lights on, waited awhile, added coolant, and managed to limp it to my hotel in Little Rock. I called as soon as they opened Sat morning and explained what had happened, told me to bring it over anytime and they would look it over. I brought it around 10:45am, they drove it, checked my radiator, all my fluids, ran some tests, and gave me the all clear by 11:30 am I was back on the road and made it safely back home without any more trouble. I tried several times to pay but the service man refused and said that he knew what it was like to be far from home with vehicle problems and that if it was his wife he would hope that someone would do the same for her, absolutely awesome!!!!

My experience was frustrating. Made an appointment for a Tuesday and my car didn t get looked at until Thursday. The dealership was a week behind on appointments. An appointment shouldn t have been made if they were too busy and didn t have time. My service person Glenn was nice and friendly through the process and pushed my vehicle thru.

The staff at McLarty Ford Lincoln has been beyond helpful to my husband and I in our car buying experiences. David and Katz made upgrading my Explorer an extremely easy process and we never felt pressured or pushed into anything. They even had my seats reupholstered to leather and offered me a loaner vehicle until it was completed. HIGHLY recommended to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle.

By far the best experience I ve had when it comes to dealerships! Bill Carter was very patient with me every time I said I didn t like something about a vehicle he suggested and we through quite a few! I was pretty skeptical about even being able to get approved because of my low credit score but he made it happen! I ll be leaving with a brand new 2019 F-150 today!

Best Customer Service I've gotten in a long time. Tia made sure to break down the repairs so I knew exactly what was going on and how much it was going to cost at all times. She even made sure my rental car was similar to my car so I was driving something that I was comfortable with, could fit my 3 teenagers comfortably and was also good on gas milage! And I quoted having some of the repairs done elsewhere but they couldn't beat the price at Mark McLarty Ford. Thank you so much!

On my wife tried to purchase a new ranger from them and everything seemed to be going good that afternoon she gets a call saying they needed to be able to show more income and ask if I would cosign so they could show more income so I did it's and never heard anything else from them it's now been three days and wife gets a call wanting her to setup appointment to speak with G.M. we never even got a call saying we got you approved or we can't get you approved right now. So why would we even consider making a appointment this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer ship and I will never us them again if that's the best they can do.
