I have been taking my Mazda vehicles to this deale...
I have been taking my Mazda vehicles to this dealership for years. Last week was the last time. I brought my new vehicle in for its first oil change, when I went back and paid for it, I got into my vehicle and the windshield was cracked from top to bottom. I went back into the dealership where I was told I would need to speak with a service manager the next day (I was also informed he would be on at 730 am). I left angry and returned to the dealership at 730 am to find out the service manager was in fact not in the store. What I got instead was the general manager. After pulling out a pen from his pocket to track the massive crack in my windshield he looked at me and told me it was my fault because I must have had a rock chip. He claimed when they hoisted the vehicle up on their machine the chip must have ruptured into a massive crack. He refused to do anything for me other then blame me. Comically they also left a note in my vehicle saying "thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle", yet all I got was a massive crack in my windshield. I have since contacted Mazda's head office, let's see if I hear back.
Needless to say I wont be returning to the north hill Mazda location
