I brought an old Mazda in for servicing (which I had bought used 9 years ago) and the service department let me know that the rust in the rear end was so bad it was becoming unsafe for highway driving. There was no question - I loved that Mazda (Protege 5) and wanted another one. Of course, I did my research and discovered that the new (2015) Mazda 3 was still highly rated for performance, service and safety. So thanks to Anna Lynne (service), David Sosza (sales) and Lindsey and Danielle (Finance) I now have a new car and so far I am thrilled (except the new car smell - phew! I had no idea).

I have always found the North Hill service personnel to be very friendly, efficient and helpful, as this is the third Mazda I have owned over about 30 years! This time around, I am grateful for the extra effort that David put into finding the right car (and colour, haha) for me!

I look forward to working with the North Hill Mazda team for continued excellent service now that I have my FIRST EVER new car!!! (MAZDA3 GS Hatchback)
