I wish I had purchased my first Mazda from North Hill years ago. I purchased a used Mazda 3 about 5 years ago from a different dealership and just purchased a new Mazda CX-9 GT from North Hill Mazda 2 weeks ago. What a difference! The new CX-9 can pretty much sell itself with the value that you get at the price but the biggest difference was the entire purchasing experience.

Everyone who we came in contact with from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we got our keys was a pleasure to deal with. David in particular who is the sales manager was especially thoughtful and caring for our needs when showing us the vehicle and he would answer all of our questions with genuine honesty and was very transparent with pricing and exactly what we were getting. He really did his best to make us feel like family.

To be honest there was some minor email communication setbacks that delayed us from getting delivery of the vehicle on the day that we wanted, but Rena was great and still very professional and helpful with that situation.

Eric, even though he was not the delivery personnel, he did a great job of explaining all of the great features in our car and very attentive to the details of the cleaning.

On a side note, the Mazda Mobile Start feature that we got for our car is not working yet even though I set it up properly on my iPhone. I will have to contact the North Hill about this but I am not too worried about that.

All in all it was a very pleasurable buying experience and I would definitely recommend North Hill Mazda to everyone.
