Based on previous reviews, mine will likely come as no surprise. I went to North Hill Mazda based on their high reviews, and because some of my friends and family had purchased Mazda vehicles before (one from the same location). If I could, I would give this location 10 stars out of 5.
I was in search of my first new SUV, that was safe to drive and within my budget. I hoped to find a sales rep who respected these terms, without trying to sell me something I wasn't happy with. I absolutely found this at North Hill.
The first thing I noticed about the dealership was that the work environment was friendly, honest, and that all of the employees got along so well. This, to me, is a very good indicator of a business with integrity. I had checked out a few other dealerships, but North Hill Mazda's service was incomparable.
The service from start to finish was amazing:
1. When I called, a very friendly person, Amanda, booked an appointment for me within the hour, as I was in a rush.
2. Upon arrival, I was immediately helped by David Sosa, the outstanding Sales Manager of the store. He walked me through the entire process of buying my car, from first meeting to when I drove my car away. I had a list of items that I hoped to have for my new vehicle. On par with other reviews I have read, he was kind and honest, not pushy in the slightest, and organized several options for me that matched my list. He managed to find me a car that checked all my boxes. David spent so much time with me, and patiently answered my (ten million) questions.
3. Alongside David, Eric (a sales rep) guided me through the process of buying the vehicle. He was calm, kind, and impressively knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in every respect.
4. Lindsey, the brand experience manager, was in contact with me quickly and efficiently about the paperwork, and was lovely to speak to.
5. The other team members - Oleksii and May - were so kind and made me feel very welcome.
When I drove the vehicle away, the entire team came out and celebrated with me. More importantly, I drove away with a vehicle that I was 100% confident about, within my budget, and was better than what I originally thought I was going to get.
As for service on the car - I myself have not experienced it, but my friend (also purchased from North Hill Mazda) has had nothing but glowing reviews about them.
If you are looking for a dealership you can trust, I absolutely recommend them.
