The Sales rep Maxwell was great and explained each and every minute detail of the car. He was very accommodative of all our questions and was willing to make multiple adjustments to the offer to meet our exact needs. He made sure that our priority car features are met within our slated budget. I would highly recommend going to Max for any of your Mazda car buys. We were not rushed into purchasing the car since it was our first buy and I really liked that.

Overall the dealership was very friendly. My daughter never got bored and enjoyed her time there. I would highly recommend NorthHill Mazda for all your Mazda buys :)

Experience was awesome, from my first visit to delivery of my new vehicle. I have two small kids and a large double stroller, so it was important to me to test the cargo room and how the car seats fit in. They were more than accommodating. My test drive with Chris was great - he really explained the features of the car well. Everyone was so friendly. I can't say enough good things about North Hill Mazda.

David H provided us with an excellent experience. He is not your typical sales man. David was not pushy or was he in a rush to sell us a vehicle. He even gave us an off-roading experience.
The only negative experience was, when we went to pick up the one year old vehicle, we noticed that there were lots of rock chips-paint damage on the hood. Duver was quick to cover it up with the touch up paint while we waited. We did not expect to find these many rock chips. The explanation that was provided to us was that, they were not aware of this damage since the vehicle was dirty :(. Our advise would be to check your vehicle (after cleaning) before you sign the papers.

Since I bought my Mazda 5 at North Hill Mazda back...

Since I bought my Mazda 5 at North Hill Mazda back in 2014, I have always received an excellent service and I am very pleased with the work ethic they show every time I take my car in for service. But mostly I am really happy with their flexibility to accommodate what you can call emergency or last minute services when I have needed ( from a flat tire, a broken windshield wiper or even have a look to the breaks)
Their team is very friendly and happy to help with all the concerns I have regarding my car. Sometimes if they are busy and my appointment was a last minute I know I have to leave my car for a while but when it is possible they look at the issue right away and have my car ready as soon as possible. Like today, when one my tires had a nail and they fixed the problem immediately and 30 minutes after I was heading back to work!

Amazing experience! David put so much work into ensuring that I was satisfied with my experience at the dealership. And Robin was clear, concise, and straight to the point when it came to the financing portion of buying a new car. They truly made my experience memorable and I would definitely recommend North Hill Mazda to anyone!

I own a vehicle which I bought used from Northhill...

I own a vehicle which I bought used from Northhill Mazda. It has been a great car. I've kept up my maintenance by bringing the vehicle into the Northill Mazda team which has resulted in a reliable vehicle for myself and my family over the past 4 years.

Recently, I brought it in to diagnose a subtle sound coming from the front wheels. Anne-Lynne and and Michael's team initially had some trouble diagnosing the issue (as it was really subtle) but they eventually resolved it which was fantastic!

They are always very courteous and trustworthy and although this issue did take longer to resolve than all of us anticipated they remained composed until it was all complete.

My car is now back running in perfect shape. I highly recommend using the Northhill Mazda team for service.

They said the GM of the dealership would contact me on Monday of this week in regards to my complaint and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at North Hill Mazda. I'm left with a car that is in worse condition than when I had them repair it, while they are profiting from my $1300 in service charges. How is this acceptable service? Regards.

Amazing customer service from the whole North Hill...

Amazing customer service from the whole North Hill Mazda team!! Lots of thanks definitely goes out to David Sosa, whom went above and beyond to help find us the perfect car. From the first day we met him they were closing in 30 mins, but that didn t bother him at all. He stayed with us almost an hour after closing, letting us test drive multiple CX-5 models, helping us work out numbers, and showing us potential cars that fell within our budget. He had a great sense of humour, not pushy at all, which made my boyfriend and I immediately comfortable. We had already visited a few other dealerships before this one and received the best experience from here. He was very responsive with messages and phone calls. In the end, we could not say no to him. He really put a lot of effort and care into making us happy as the right price was so important to us. Thank you so much again David Sosa for selling us our first car together CX-5 2014! :D

While I was eagerly waiting to pick up my car, Eric was been very patient explaining the transporting and delivering process of my vehicle. I bought my 2016 Mazda CX5 GS from David Sosa at North Hill. David was personable and really had my best interests at heart. Knowing that I was concerned about the financial burden that comes with a new vehicle purchase, David talked me through the benefits and where I could save money (i.e.: gas mileage, insurance, etc). I price shopped at every Mazda dealership in Calgary and no one could match or beat David's price or professionalism. Thank you David, I will be a Mazda North Hill customer for life.

Recently I was quoted one price for both the head...

Recently I was quoted one price for both the headlight assembly and the corroded ballast - I didn't know what a ballast was 10 days ago- (Approx $600 plus installation) No problem!

4 days later I was informed I would be charged an additional $500 for the ballast that was in the original verbal quote - and that I has mis-understood the quote. After eventually admitting to their error they offered to cover the cost of the additional part (as they had indeed misquoted) we agreed to order in the parts.

An additional 4 days went by with limited answers as to when the car would be ready and with no car to drive. Today (10 days after the initial diagnosis and still without a car) I was informed they did not install the part and would not cover the additional cost, but could "maybe" offer 10-15% off the additional part.

As a sales professional if I mis-quote a rate to a customer I eat the mistake or at the very least provide the most excellent customer service possible to right the wrong. This was not the case.

If you choose to go here I would suggest get your quote in writing.

My wife and I recently visited the North Hill Mazd...

My wife and I recently visited the North Hill Mazda showroom and over a span of 2 weeks we decided to go for the Mazda CX5. Whilst we were making the decision, we also wanted to sell our Jeep Wrangler (2014 model) and the team at North Hill Mazda including David Sosa and Sylvain made it their mission to satisfy our needs. With the number of questions and requests we had, we left the showroom that day with a promise from them to give us a call within 48 hours with a reasonable offer for the Jeep Wrangler. In less than 24 hours we got a call from David Sosa and he not only met but exceeded our expectations. We got the Mazda CX5 at a very good deal and were able to sell our Jeep Wrangler at a decent cost.

Fast forward to 4 days later, our new Mazda CX5 was ready for pick up. We met with the Finance Manager, Danielle and even though it was the end of the day she was so energetic and cheerful, and made the financial side of things quick and easy for us.

Lindsey Allen took us on a tour and explained every aspect of the vehicle to us in depth. She has also been following up on our experience with the new car even since. Not to forget, Rob (General Manager) who personally came down with a magical blower to get rid of a small little windshield washer stain on the car. We were absolutely blown away.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with the entire team at North Hill Mazda and we would definitely recommend them. As happy and satisfied customers, we will be going back to enjoy their services again!

My husband and I bought our first Mazda (the 2016.5 Mazda CX-5 GS) just over a week ago and we're thrilled about our new purchase! I'm the driver in the family, so our sales associate, David Sosa, did a great job in listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle and addressing my questions about the car. We had pretty much come to North Hill with our minds made up about which model we wanted, but I have to say, the whole team made our car buying experience a breeze! Sales Manager Sylvain Beauchamp was personable and Danielle Chesney in finance was knowledgeable and hilarious! Excellent customer service! Kudos!

Based on previous reviews, mine will likely come as no surprise. I went to North Hill Mazda based on their high reviews, and because some of my friends and family had purchased Mazda vehicles before (one from the same location). If I could, I would give this location 10 stars out of 5.

I was in search of my first new SUV, that was safe to drive and within my budget. I hoped to find a sales rep who respected these terms, without trying to sell me something I wasn't happy with. I absolutely found this at North Hill.

The first thing I noticed about the dealership was that the work environment was friendly, honest, and that all of the employees got along so well. This, to me, is a very good indicator of a business with integrity. I had checked out a few other dealerships, but North Hill Mazda's service was incomparable.

The service from start to finish was amazing:
1. When I called, a very friendly person, Amanda, booked an appointment for me within the hour, as I was in a rush.
2. Upon arrival, I was immediately helped by David Sosa, the outstanding Sales Manager of the store. He walked me through the entire process of buying my car, from first meeting to when I drove my car away. I had a list of items that I hoped to have for my new vehicle. On par with other reviews I have read, he was kind and honest, not pushy in the slightest, and organized several options for me that matched my list. He managed to find me a car that checked all my boxes. David spent so much time with me, and patiently answered my (ten million) questions.
3. Alongside David, Eric (a sales rep) guided me through the process of buying the vehicle. He was calm, kind, and impressively knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in every respect.
4. Lindsey, the brand experience manager, was in contact with me quickly and efficiently about the paperwork, and was lovely to speak to.
5. The other team members - Oleksii and May - were so kind and made me feel very welcome.

When I drove the vehicle away, the entire team came out and celebrated with me. More importantly, I drove away with a vehicle that I was 100% confident about, within my budget, and was better than what I originally thought I was going to get.

As for service on the car - I myself have not experienced it, but my friend (also purchased from North Hill Mazda) has had nothing but glowing reviews about them.

If you are looking for a dealership you can trust, I absolutely recommend them.

After driving our previous car for 15 years we were very apprehensive to enter again a car dealership. However we just bought a Mazda3 at Norhhill and it was a very pleasant experience. How things have changed. There was no pressure, the team made us feel like family. They did their utmost to accommodate our specifications and our "financial envelope". We are very satisfied with the treatment and our purchase at Northhill Mazda and shall not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would highly recommend North Hill Mazda for the purchase of your next vehicle. From the initial contact by phone to the delivery of our new CX-5, I was impressed with the time David Sosa, Kurt Mulder, and Lindsey Allen took in providing us with excellent customer service. They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional.
Being an out-of-Calgary customer, David and Kurt made a special effort to be readily available by phone and email to answer any additional questions and complete the initial paperwork.
At delivery, Lindsey patiently went through the vehicle's features and warranty with us. Kurt efficiently completed the financing and David made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before we left the dealership.
We are more than pleased with our 2018 CX-5 GT... excellent quality, style, and handling. North Hill Mazda and the CX-5 both lived up to the positive reviews that were written about them online. Thanks.

0/5 - DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICING!!!

They do not service your vehicle correctly the first time you bring it in... it needs to be brought back the following day or week for them to fix their mistakes.

1st visit - installed the incorrect remote start. Did not check in the system to confirm which one I had paid for.

2nd visit - After having my vehicle for a full day on my 1st visit, I had to bring it back the following week for another 8 hours for them to install the correct one.

3rd visit - oil change. Did not adjust the settings in my computer correctly so about a month later, I had to go back for them to set the computer properly. I informed them that one of the stitches on the leather on my backseat needed to be fixed through warranty - they told me they had taken photos and that the ticket had been sent to Mazda Canada for review and that they would be contacting me in 1-2 weeks to schedule the repair.

4th visit - get trailer hitch installed. Still had not heard back about the warranty coverage for my back seat stitching (this was now over 2 months later). Said they were still waiting to hear back from Mazda Canada about the service request. My car was still running fine, it was not a dire issue. However, I bought a brand new vehicle and wanted the stitching fixed.

Phone call - called asking for an ETA on my backseat stitching and for the ticket number so that I could follow up with Mazda Canada and find out what was taking so long. The Service Manager admitted that the ticket was never sent in and that they "forgot" about it and asked me to send him photos via email of the stitching coming out.

5th Visit - stitching finally fixed after 5 months, oil change and winter tire change. After having my car for 8 hours, I picked it up to realize they installed the wrong steal rims (when I called to set up the appointment, I had specified that I wanted the alloy rims but they of course did not make a note of it and went ahead and installed what they thought was right).
6th visit - had to go back the next morning and they charged me the difference for the alloy rims vs. the steal (this was their mistake and my time - this should have been a $0 charge to me).

Now, this is where i lost my patience with this Dealership and have lost my faith in Mazda Service technicians all together...

1 week after getting the oil change done, my check engine light went on and I was getting error messages on my computer saying that the Smart City Breaks were malfunctioning. I called North Hill right away and they said to bring it in and they would run diagnostics.

7th visit - ran diagnostics on my car all day. Called me at 4pm to tell me that my car was ready. I asked the Advisor on the phone what was wrong and he said that we would chat about it when I came in and wouldn't discuss the issue over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership they said that they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle but they had put in a ticket with Mazda Canada to see what their next course of action should be. They then tried to tell me that because I was doing 125 km/h on the highway to Canmore that speeding might have set off the error messages (this is a brand new CX-5 GT - doing 15 km/h over the speed limit should not be doing this!). 30 minutes after leaving the Dealership, I received a call from them saying that they heard back from Mazda and that the PCM needed to be replaced - a major part that would take a few days to order in.

I took my vehicle to the Stoney Trail dealership the following week to get a 2nd opinion.They had my car for 3 hours to tell me that the air cap hadn't been closed when my last oil change was done - this is something that is on their checklist when they run diagnostics for a check engine light. My car has been running smoothly ever since. North Hill clearly didn't go through the checklist and I almost needed to repair a major part in my brand new vehicle for no reason - all they offered me to compensate for their numerous mistakes was a free oil change.

A couple of days ago I had a service appointment at Northill Mazda. Service staff was very unprofessional, careless and disrespectful. They tried to argue with me even though they knew that they've made a mistake. It is wrong to treat your client that way! I will never come to that place again. If you value your vehicle, do NOT go to Notrhill Mazda!

I bought my Mazda from Northill Mazda Calgary. My sales person Ms. Chantelle was one of the best. Her attitude and the way she cared for us was fantastic. She was so kind and genuine. She was the reason we bought our Mazda from there. Over all we had a great experience and the Manager there was amazing too. We visited other Mazda dealers but this one was the best. We also like our financing manager too. I will definitely go back there and have already recommended family to go there as well.

As soon as I entered on the show room floor I was greeted by Paolo Johnson welcoming me in and asking if I need any assistance find a certain vehicle. I did he showed me over to the Mazda cx-5, was able to go through the vehicle and explain me me all the details and packages regarding it. Not once was did I ever feel forced into buying a car as soon as I walked in like other dealers which is a refreshing experience. I would highly recommend going back and purchasing a car through him.

Just got my new 2016 Mazda CX-3 and I can say the Customer Service was just incredible. First with David Sosa the sale's man, really understood what I needed and wanted. Then with the Manager Robert super easy to talk to, really explains all the details, and last but not least Finance Kenny really got me a good low interest and so good upgrades.

I was in the market for a new car so I checked out this dealership. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I even took my 2 small children with me and they didn't care about them going in and out of all there displays. Great dealership go and check them out - Mazda is a great vehicle.

Third time having my Mazda 3 serviced at North Hill Mazda. Every time has been great. Efficient service with a thorough inspection. No unexpected surprise repairs; only recommendations on what service/parts may be required in the future. Employees are very pleasant to communicate with.

Very unhappy with my treatment from North Hill Maz...

Very unhappy with my treatment from North Hill Mazda.

I took my 2005 mazda6 wagon to North Hill Mazda after a major coolant leak. I had it towed to the dealer and did not drive it there as it was overheating. I was told by North Hill Mazda the car needed a new water pump and thermostat for the car. I took several days before asking them to proceed with these repairs. When I started my car at the dealership after the repairs were completed , the car was shaking and idling very roughly. I asked to speak to the service manager before leaving with my car, and he looked at the car with the tech who likely completed the service. The service manager said something might not have been put back right or possibly another issue. He also said that they don t look at everything, only the main problem. While I don t expect them to check all my lights, etc., if the $130 I paid for a diagnostic was limited to plugging into the car s computer, I could have done this myself! I also would have believed that there could be other issues had I not had the car at North Hill to replace a fan control module only a few weeks before, with no rough idling issues prior to, or after this servicing. This service also included a diagnostic check.

Had I known there was other possible risks I would not have proceeded with the water pump and thermostat replacement. What is more concerning is that they would have let me drive away with my car in this condition! I brought the car to Mazda since they should be the best at servicing a Mazda, but now I think that was a mistake. I would have expected them to be honest and have said your car isn t still right we would like to hang onto it. I would have even paid more for them to check this out. If this issue wasn t apparent to the service tech, then why would anyone bring there car here for service!

They kept the car for another week and told me they put a used mass airflow sensor in for free, but it still has a lumpy idle, and likely needed a tune up and spark plugs. I took a look at the mass airflow sensor they put in and the sensor wire was completely dirty! Could they not be bothered to even clean it? I am not even sure they replaced it. The car is slightly better than the first time I went to pick it up. But still idling quite rough, especially with the AC on, or sporadically while driving (scary!). I m now left with a car in what I would consider to be worse shape than when I brought it in for service for the water pump since it didn t even idle rough when it started to overheat with the coolant leak.

Not transparent! Avoid North Hill Mazda!

I actually shopped at all the Mazda's and found I liked this one the best. Dealt with David Sosa and he was honest and great help to get what I want. All the other staff there that helped out was fantastic. Going to stick with dealership even though it's not my closest one. The only con would be the parking lot but they're going to work on that.
